Very professional, friendly and helpful staff! A well designed hotel connected to an artistic shopping mall. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Special thanks to Jeff, he is very considerate and helpful! My mom's on a wheelchair, Jeff helped us to carry our luggage all the way from the lobby to the parking lot (where we can return the wheelchair, and get a taxi) and helped us to get a taxi. We would also like to thank Haydon. He is very helpful and responsive to our needs despite our short notice (changing our reservation from a standard twin room to a bigger "corner room" with a reasonable rate). He is understanding to our needs and very professional! We would like to stay at this hotel again.

The old Hyatt regency (used to be located where iSquare Mall is today) was the first Hyatt hotel outside of the US and carried quite a name and brand. In it’s current iteration in K11 it’s not really living up to that high standard but it’s a very decent mid-range stay. You can feel the 12 years the hotel has carried with little refurbishment. Nevertheless it doesn’t look shabby or run down. The rooms have a decor which was modern in the late 2000 and that didn’t age well. But the bathroom looks spacious and quite modern - at least the Club Deluxe King sized option. Definitely get the harbour view side as the view especially for sunset is really pretty (high floor - 20+ recommended) Club facilities were a bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Quite limited selection. Not the healthiest food was on the evening buffet. Option to get sparkling wine when you ask for it. Breakfast on the club level is also slightly disappointing. Selection feels again a bit limited, eggs to order. At least there is plenty of space (unlike the Hyatt Centric) even during peak season. The pool is shared with the Masterpiece residences. So be prepared to line up 15-45min before your slot (no reservation) and only 18 people can get in during Covid restricted times. On weekend afternoons during school holidays that makes the pool unusable for normal people.

First of all I booked my room and with my membership I should be guaranteed a upgrade when the room is available, however due to the unpreparedness of the hotel I need to wait for hours at the lobby until 330 pm in order to get a room while the check in time is 1200. Second the staff who checked me in, whose name is Carlos, didn't even ask what kind of room and what kind of package I needed when I checked in. For example I would love pay extra to add a breakfast package and he didn't ask me when I checked in. And when I wanted to add that after I checked in he said oh it is impossible to add (is not like I want to have free breakfast, I want to pay to add the breakfast to my package). He only willingly to add when I insisted. And when he added he didn't even ask how many people are going to be in the room and just assume 2 and charge me for two without telling me it's for two! And the hotel manager called me and the thing he offered me is he will make sure I get an room upgrade next time. With my membership I should get a upgrade everytime, so he offered me something I already have with my membership so it's pretty much a joke. Anyways, the whole experience is just ridiculous and not smooth at all. I have stayed in the hotel for so many nights and I realized the service has been going downhill since then.

The service was good though. Lunch buffet was quite disappointing, with a limited choice of meat and seafood. The lamb was overcooked and pretty tough. The sirloin served in the meat station was tough and lack of flavor. The lobster was not fresh, lack of seasoning and overcooked. It is tough and tasteless. The cheese was hardened. The kitchen obviously needs more practice and guidance in maintaining the food quality while serving a large amount of guests. Although there was a lot of dessert options, some of them were pretty disastrous. For instance, the freezing time for mango pudding was insufficient that the pudding was still liquid. Other desserts were okay if you are a sweet tooth, because they were too sweet to my personal liking. The best dish of the day was vegetables in soup and creamy chicken.

I stayed there 11 days. Room service is good. They fulfill all my requests without delay, such as surgical mask. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. One design in the room that is very thoughtful. One side of the mirror in the washroom can be slided to the other side. You can watching TV while you are washing your hands. If you want to pour out the water in the cup, you don't need to go through the door . One thing that can be improved is providing two different types of pillow. All 4 pillows are the same and too soft for me. The breakfast buffet in Hugo's is over my expection. I ordered 3 more slices of lemon for my lemondade during my meal for the first 2 days. The waiter gave me six slices of lemon at the beginning on the third day. When he was on leave, he even told his colleague my preference and have the same level of service. This is quite surprising me. The buffet serves some healthy food, such as almond milk, chia seed, flexseed and homemade yogurt. They are all my cup of tea. Hugo's weekend brunch is also very good. The rib is so tender. This is one of my favorite hotels and restaurants.

Hi we just have a incredible Thanksgiving Dinner Delivery from Hyatt's The Cafe. The whole dinner was set for 4 person, and we have 9 person so I ordered 4x Lobster Bisque and a Rice in Lotus Leaf. The Turkey was made just right and it was a decent size too. We definitely can't finish it all in one serving, so we will continue to go at it for next 2 days. And the side items were amazing, the kids love the Parma ham, and surprisingly the fruits that came with the dinner matches very well. We even eat it during the dinner. The dessert pumpkin pie and walnut pie was very good too. Also, I would like to compliment the Delivery team, they are very well prepare and kind. Too bad I forgot to tip the guy. My overall experience with the Thanksgiving Dinner Delivery was GREAT!!! Keep up the good work!!

An amazing hotel opposite the tst subway. The room had everything I needed: toiletries, hairdryer, fridge, Mini bar, lovely deep bath in a wet room, iron and board, robes and slippers. Water and tea and coffee making available. The room was perfect and cleaned daily. The bed was large and luxuriously comfortable. Breakfast was such a good variety with everything from Chinese food to pastries, fruit to English breakfast items. Dinner choices served more simple. I had a veggie burger and chips one night. Desserts were not quite so interesting. The swimming pool area was spotless and well staffed. Not heated, but I prefer this. Great changing area and toilet facilities there. This was the best location I have ever practiced a presentation, sitting on the sunbed in the sun. 😁 Beautifully decorated for Christmas and a local group of musicians played there one day which was fun to see. The staff could not be more helpful. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Room was good , staffs and services were ok. Outdoor Swimming pool itself was good but temporary changing room was way down standard and staff was impolite.

This hotel is centrally located with full amenities. Staff is good and attentive. There is mall and access to the train station. Restaurants are entertainment us literally outside or in the attached mall. The downside is at this moment, Covid19 restrictions are in force. It limits access to pools, bars and restaurants if you are coming from overseas. Compulsory measures are in place for community testing. We had to eat takeout, and mask requirements are enforced. Our vacation was worth it, but the Covid19 restrictions puts a damper on the whole experience.

Stayed from 15-21 Dec 2022. Fantastic hotel with superior location, great room size and nice view. Hotel staffs are genuine with their services and this is truly a 5💫 hotel expectation. Keep up the good job !

This hotel is horrible. Regarding both the attitude of the staff, as well as the conditions of the room, my experience was disgusting. From when I first walked into the hotel the security downstairs was rude and condescending. I told him I would like to check in and he told me that "this is the Hyatt Regency." instead of directing me to the reception. As if I am someone not fit enough to stay there? Im not sure. The receptionist who checked me in literally said nothing apart from asking me for my ID and after issuing my keys asked "is there anything else?" I was shocked and just left to go up to the room. She did not provide ANY information about my stay, not one thing. When I got up to my room the first thing i was greeted with was a filthy floor in the hallway, visible dirt and hair was found in other parts of the room. At this point I had enough and called the front office manager. He came up to apologise, but nothing was offered to fix the situation except someone coming on and giving the surfaces a light wipe down. The apology was disingenuous and I felt that the manager was more annoyed than anything with my complaints. I am so disgusted with my treatment here that I am now leaving and cancelling my three night stay here. I will cancel and have to pay for one nights charge but I wont even be staying for that. I want nothing more than to get out of this disgusting hotel and to never come back and will be leaving 90 minutes after checking in.

Everything was good. Especially the location is just perfect. The hotel is connected right to the K11 shopping mall and the MTR stations. There are many restaurants and supermarket at K11 mall. Easy to go shopping and easy to head to the other places. The room was also very neat and the service was also very considerate. It was a really comfortable stay. The only thing that I felt disappointed was the pool since it was closed during my 3 nights stay. But I understand since it was only a few days after the typhoon.

My husband and I loved staying at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the view in our Harbour view room was great, the staff very friendly and the location is just awesome. We had rainy days during most of our stay and it wasn’t a problem at all to enjoy our time considering the hotel is connected to K11 and from there the subway can get you anywhere you want underground without getting wet.

Good location amongst all the other Hyatts. But old and broken rooms and average service at best. Can clearly hear hallway noise at night. Disappointing breakfast and exec lounge. Don’t expect too much globalist benefits here either.

Poor organization and management. We stayed on the 24th floor. Unfortunately, some local had a wedding in the guest room next to us. They had the opening bridal door part in the hallway in early morning. Supper loud, rude, long, consistent and annoying. Waked me up and kept my brain up in early morning. I cannot understand why a 5 star hotel still assign other customers at this area since they know there is a wedding inside the room. So upset about the hotel cannot keep hallway area quiet.

First week was perfect - rooms (we had four) and housekeeping was wonderful. 2nd week - We were "upgraded" to the corner room. They said it's larger compared to the other ones, but I disagree. Corner room also means there's a connecting room right next to us who partied till almost 1am. Staff did their best to remedy the issue but it was disastrous as I had a little one with me who was trying to sleep. This room needed updating. Drawers and cabinets won't stay closed but the team sent a repairman who did his personal best. Dents on the cabinet doors. This room was sorta dusty. Only good thing about this room-it's located on the higher level right next to the executive lounge which made it an easier access. I must say, the supermarket is the best feature attached to this hotel!

My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a week and it was such a nice stay. The staff were super attentive, from check in to concierge to cleaning people. Will stay here again. Special shout out to the concierge (gentleman) who remembered my littlest one vomited after exiting the taxi from motion sickness and proactively advised the departing taxi to drive slowly with us. The club breakfast was also convenient and delish!

Rooms are very spacious by HK standards. Has a good view as most of the blocks in front of it are let in height. Service level is a below expectations for a 5 star hotel. We left some good with Hugo restaurant to be kept till we leave the hotel. Took more than half an hour to deliver our package after we call the operator. Had to call 3 times before the package got deliver to our room. I wanted to take a few photos of Hugo restaurant but was made to wait for sometime outside the restaurant without telling me why....I have up after waiting for a while.

I took my family there for a wedding party. The traffic getting to the hotel in TST roads in rush hours was terrible, 5 mins walk distance turned to 30 mins drive. Valet parking there from hotel staff was top notch, venue was grand, food was tasty. The manager kept asking me how was their service so far.

We had 2 nights here in a club suite room. The hotel has less luxury than others such as the Kerry but for the price it is a very solid deal. The location is great and the club facilities are good for dinner and drinks.

Had a few staycations at this hotel. Have always enjoyed my stays here. Breakfast at the Cafe is good, with items nice and spread out on the buffet. Good variety of offerings. Enjoyed very much spending the dining credit at Hugo's. Nice lunch at the very classic European restaurant.

All Hyatt in Asia is pretty much upscale unlike most of them in North America is more or less a 3 star hotel max. So it is posh by comparison.

Quality unlimited food buffet. Add 98 HKD fou unlimited wine and you get a nice luxurious party going. The lobsters are the main attraction here but the meat is equally delicious and doesn't require queueing every 15 minutes (hence the 4 stars). The staff is very dedicated and helpful. Plates are cleaned from your table permanently. For a romantic date book a booth. The library decor is very nice. Will go back when I'm that hungry again!

We had an exceptionally pleasant stay there. It was a staycation package with breakfast and dinner included. The Chinese dinner was a four course set, and the taste is mild and delicate. The breakfast quality is extraordinary, with fresh made your girls and Vegan pastries. We are lucky enough to have a room with a bath tub, and the bathroom design is the best we have seen, we definitely look forward to our next visit again.

Great location. Staff are very attentive throughout the hotel except those who work in the kitchens for breakfast. Tend to avoid trying to interact with people. Was hard to get eggs made and waffles.
