An absolutely brilliant hotel, loved the fact that the minibar was completely free to use, including some nice macaroons, along with unlimited little bites in our room. Great service, luxurious rooms with amazing modern roomy architecture and a great view of Central, Hong Kong’s iconic skyline!

Quality is in the details - housekeeping. I travel a great deal, around the world. I have never been so impressed by the housekeeping staff at a hotel as I have at the Hotel Icon: friendly, responsive, professional. My housekeeper organized my room incredibly. Several encounters with housekeepers where they went out of their way to be helpful and engaging. Lots of great experiences at the Icon, but wanted to give a shout out to your housekeepers.

Fantastic hotel. The bathrooms are totally unique and the rooms so very comfy. I've stayed in many hotels in HK and Kowloon costing more than the Icon, but for my money, the Icon gives the best deal at the best price. The staff are the most helpful of any hotel I've stayed at.

I didn't stay at this hotel, but when I was asking for information about a potential stay there, the hotel staff replied very quickly (a hour after my email was sent!). There words were drafted in a respectful, polite and professional manner. I will surely enjoy a night at this hotel based on the first impression of it.

Stayed for one night and the experience was fabulous. Started with the quick check in and an upgrade to a Harbour view room. The room is fitted with a King size bed with everything you need in it. Tsim Sha Tsui is within walking distance and a wide range of eateries in the hotel and nearby. My hotel package included an exclusive souvenir but was not given to me due to an oversight. I commend Miss Yip allowing me to pickup the bottle of wine at my convenience. Miss Yip also provided me with a box of macaron which is very thoughtful. I had a great stay cation experience at Hotel Icon and will definitely returns n the near future.

Good sized rooms with sensible features like filtered water tap for drinking water ( no plastic bottles) , free mini bar ( refilled every day ) , enough storage spaces for luggage ,etc . The bathroom was spacious with a decent sized bathtub . The view from level 27 was stunning . The staff are very courteous and I would definitely recommend this hotel . Value for money as well . They have a lounge( with free coffee and fruits ) at level 9 for guests who have to wait for their late flights ,etc, which is an amazing endeavour. What's not to like ?

It was absolutely amazing and the rooms looked super luxurious. There was also a buffet and lots of designer’s work. There is also a place on the ninth floor which is super relaxing and fun to play in.

Love this hotel. Pool has a great view, restaurants are great and the location is convenient. Stayed here 3 times, if I ever return I wouldn't hesitate to stay a 4th.

Highly recommend this hotel for those are looking for "baby or kids friendly", clean hotel. Service -- Staff are helpful and attentive. Location -- very convenient to Hung Hom MRT, Tsim Sha Tsui area. Catering -- hope can add some allergen alert on the menu / buffet dishes labels

Booked club 80 suite to celebrate birthday and had a uncomfortable stay. Service was really poor and impersonal. You can def get better experience in another hotel in hk for the same price category. Not recommended.

Professional and responsive service hotline: The staff on the hotline were prompt in helping me with the change of our reservation. I recommend this hotel for their professionalism in impressiving customers from the beginning of the trip and in servicing the customers' need. This hotel impresses me ahead before our stay.

I just completed my stay and this is by far one of my favourite hotel in Hong Kong. Both checking in & out was a breeze. The room is spacious, clean & well designed. The lighting, electrical outlets, and amenities are all well placed and ample to make your stay extremely comfortable. I called the concierge twice to request for an additional pillow from their pillow menu and ice, those were delivered very promptly. Likewise, the staff in the lobby are helpful & attentive as well. The free mini bar is a nice touch, modern hotels today are all going this route. While the TV comes with over 40 channels, it would be nice to have the function to stream my own content, not a deal breaker here everything else is great. Will return the next time I’m in town.

Good and friendly service, nice touch when they address you by your name on the phone (though a bit inconsistent). Room interior/decor starting to get a bit dated. Buffet breakfast used to have green juice, now only standard fruit/tomato juice so a bit disappointed. Love the game room and gym and pool area. Great view.

5 stars based on value. Dollar for dollar, the best value hotel I have stayed at in Hong Kong. Friendly service, clean rooms, great location in TST. If I wanted better, I can certainly find it, but at more than twice the price. Thanks to the staff at Icon!

We stayed here on a family holiday travelling from the UK. We did a split trip as we went to Disney two days in between and the hotel kept our luggage secure while we were away, which I thought was a very good service. The hotel rooms were very clean. We had an issue with our shower drain when we arrived but staff came and fixed it within 30 mins of reporting the problem. After Disney when we arrived back the room we first was given had a weird smell, the priority check in staff were very good getting us another room. The view from the room was stunning. Could see the nightly light show. The breakfast in The Market was fantastic. There were lots of options and my son really enjoyed the pastry section. The dim sum and noodles were cooked perfectly. We also had access to the Above & Beyond lounge. The views were stunning. The pool and games area were clean and the staff were very tentative. My son loved the PlayStation. We would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, Hung Hom MTR station was very close. Also very near places to eat. The science museum was just 5 mins away and it was very good for our son's age.

Great staff, great hotel, great views. My room was pretty good if a tiny bit dated. The location is fine but a bit of a walk to the MTR.

Great hotel in a central location. The interior is well designed and the building offers a really beautiful pool area.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Hong Kong, the staff are friendly and the facilities are great. The rooms are of a high standard and the location is great for accessing trains whether you are going to the Hong Kong side or up north into the New Territories.

Interesting hotel room design. Love the space like feel. Staff Roy (play area) and Zoe (reception) were excellent. Roy always greeted you with a smile, and Zoe went above and beyond to help us figure out the itinerary to the HK geological park, calling them up, translating for us. Only issues for me was that the hotel breakfast was underwhelming. And the room service occasionally forgot to top up some of our mini bar items. in our 7 day stay.

Highly recommend this very chilled and greatly located hotel. So many good features, Above and Beyond lounge on 28th floor was my getaway morning and night with stunning views. The absolute standout here is the staff!!!! Angel and Jobie looked after us so well! The were just outstanding and all the staff should be commended. It certainly made our stay very enjoyable. Great English, helpful and always smiling . We were a large party and nothing wastoo much trouble. Great facilities, warer filters and just all round ideal hotel! Absolutely recommend. Icon should be very proud of their team. Every staff member we enciuntered were helpful and polite.

We had a 2 night stay at the ICON. We took a suite which was huge and very stocked and furnished. Club room was good, not as wide a selection of F&B as others such as Grand Hyatt but nice for the price. Pool was booked for an hour and we had fun in there. The games room by the pool and gym is great too. Breakfast was very good. I'd say that they need to work on their espresso as coffee was poor. The French press on the second day was better. We ordered from the pick up menu from Green Restaurant and were really impressed with the quality, quantity and price of the food which saves the faff of in room dining. Overall a relaxing stay with great staff.

This review has been long overdue Was fortunate enough to see the scoopers deal on the FB Staycation Scoop page. Definitely get the Club Floor because we breezed right past check in thanks to Harry at Concierge guiding us all the way to the Club Floor, he was so helpful and even got us a late check out which was thoughtful since we were on a Valentines Staycation. The rooms are clean and sanitised and are marked with a clean sticker that is unopened when you enter. The club lounge was the highlight, the views were amazing and just sitting there and watching the world go by all the while being taken care of by the staff who always ensured our drinks were topped up. After returning to our rooms we were delightfully surprised to have a personalised set of gifts from Lavin and Richard Hatter, they both made sure we were recognised and that it was our special celebration. Lavin made us laugh with some of his quirky jokes. The champagne was well received! The room was great, bed was so comfy, bathtub relaxing and shower so rejuvenating. We were nice enough to get a partial harbour view room and just ended up watching the harbour lights for dinner. Mainly just stayed in our room as most other things were closed, but also managed to get down to breakfast which was another treat and addition to the foodcation. Tip: sit outside as its not too busy, quieter and peaceful and is a nice little spot to just chill out. Highly recommended and will be wanting to go back when the facilities are open.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and gracious. Great location with nearby museums, restaurants and bars. Breakfast is extensive and multicultural, with a helpful and skilled omelet chef! Was planning to spend time by the pool, but the weather has other plans, so good thing we upgraded! Our room is very comfortable and the bathtub actually fits my tall husband.

Call me impressed. The room is big and modern. The service level is 4* quality and occasionally 5*. Most importantly the food in all the restaurants I tried were top notch. Club floor is also classy and well appointed.

Having lunch at Cafe Green at hotel icon today. The setting is definitely very comfortable with plenty of light. The noise level is only 57db , like conversation between two persons. However, the pull pork burger is way too salty, the egg and shrimp risotto has no taste at all.

We stayed 5 nights in the hotel. First four in the club 80 and then the last in club 65. Club 80 absolutely beautiful with spectacular views. Club 65 is quite different even though it is a suite as well. The hotel generously offered free mini bar, afternoon tea with free flow of drinks including alcoholic drinks. But the service at the afternoon tea needs some improvement. Breakfast was good with good service and careful attention to food hygiene. Location was good. On the whole a good stay for us. Just service at afternoon needs improvement.

We stayed here a year ago for a month during our renovation, and overall really enjoyed the stay. Good Yulia, the customer representative provided great service generally Service levels were really good Quiet rooms Common room exclusively for long-stay guests, with unlimited tea, coffee, M&Ms and apples Daily pastry & hot/cold beverage for takeout breakfast Nice gym & pool (even though not open during our stay) with great harbour view Cash coupon for in-house food purchases 10 dining vouchers to use at the excellent The Market restaurant buffer meals Great location, close to MTR and cross-harbour buses Not-so-good Not enough bedside space Can't close curtains all the way to get a completely dark room during the morning Provided portable charger was not initially charged (not a problem as I didn't really need it anyway) Room needs some maintenance. Squeaky drawer was quickly addressed by maintenance team. One of the inputs for the media centre was defective but they gave me a work-around instead of fixing on the basis that it would take some time to fix. Cover for media centre also kept falling down

Excellent food and good value for money stay. Now that East Rail Line gets to Admiralty, this hotel is just two stops from Admiralty and 3 stops (with one transfer) from Central. The chinese restaurant, above & beyond is a must try!

A fantastic hotel. Club rooms which provide access to the lounge are very well priced. There is also an opportunity to bid for the next room up and save money on the normal rate. We dis this for a harbour suite and saved $$$. Check in very easy on the top floor. The lounge has an amazing view and the free flow is regularly topped up while you are there. Harbour suite was excellent with a well stocked complimentary mini bar. Pool is pretty standard but heated and well maintained. Gym well equipped as well. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options for all tastes and diets. Will stay again

No harbour view but a great city view. Superb room, high quality. Comfort bed, good service. Not a great location but recommend to business travelers.

I love this hotel! Market on 2nd floor is the best for buffet lunch and dinner while sitting in the sunshine for breakfast is perfect to start a day. Simply lovely.

Such a disappointing stay, facilities are still alright but the service is probably the worst stay ever out of my most staycayion experience if not all. Staff at the front door is totally ill-mannered asking the guest to scan the Leave Home Safe App. Though it is obligatory, the staff is not observing the situation and just deny our entry in a super rude manner, not willing to help and even insult us saying that we are trying to sniff in the hotel.

it is a very nice hotel! the buffet is mouthwatering and popular. have to book 1 month in advance! The room is nice too but it does not have smart TV. It is near Hung Hom Station and Tsim Sha Tsui East Station. only a 10 min walk by the bridge from Hung Hom Station. Very easy transportation. Near Tsim Sha Tsui Station (15 min walk), Tsim Sha Tsui East Station (10 Min Walk). Any many bus station near the tunnel exit where u can travel to Hong Kong Island/ Kowloon Side. Also near the Tsim SHa Tsui waterfront.

A good hotel with good club rooms , spa, gym facility and an outdoor heated pool good for a winter day. Check in easy and enjoy mostly good service. Harbour view room was good with a well stocked complimentary mini bar. Lunch, dinner and breakfast was excellent with lots of options.
