Very
poor
experience
of
my
stay
in
your
hotel.
I
would
sincerely
providing
the
comment
below
for
your
improvement:
1)
Hotel
Room
Stay
-
Very
poor
air-conditioning.
The
sensitivity
of
the
temperature
sensor
is
low
and
the
action
time
for
air-
conditioning
is
slow.
Even
I
tune
the
temperature
lower
and
the
fan
speed
higher,
there
is
no
response
from
the
system.
In
addition,
condensation
water
keep
coming
out
from
the
air
slot
during
the
air-conditioning
operation.
-
Very
poor
quality
of
sheet
on
the
bed.
We
can
see
some
small
stains
and
pilling
on
the
sheet
which
made
us
an
uncomfortable
stay.
-
Bath
room
mirror
is
broken
in
obvious
eye
level.
That
made
us
an
uncomfortable
feeling
when
we
were
bathing.
2)
Buffet
Restaurant
-
We
did
the
8:30pm
section
of
the
buffet.
We
can
obviously
feel
that
the
restaurant
is
not
refilling
the
seafood
items
after
the
some
of
the
items
were
all
taken.
(e.g.
Lobster
and
Crab)
The
food
were
cleared
around
8:45pm
but
we
cannot
see
and
refill
until
the
restaurant
close.
That's
a
low
class
buffet
experience
which
i
do
not
expect
MO
is
doing
the
same
-
Unclean
oyster.
My
fiancee
was
suffering
by
food
poisoning
after
eating
the
fresh
oyster
in
the
restaurant.
After
doctor's
consultation,
the
food
poisoning
symptoms
do
match
with
oyster
poisoning.
-
Poor
services
from
waitress.
I
can
see
the
waitress
keep
chatting
and
laughing
loudly
in
front
of
the
customers
table.
It
is
reasonable
for
the
waitress
to
have
some
rest
time
but
no
right
in
front
of
the
customers
table.
In
addition,
when
we
request
a
waiter
for
taking
a
photo,
the
waiter
just
causally
take
a
photo
without
asking
us
if
the
photo
is
good
before
leaving.
Again,
it
is
fine
for
normal
restaurant
outside
but
not
my
expectation
in
MO.
I
feel
the
staff
were
not
well
trained
and
the
service
level
is
really
having
certain
distance
from
other
similar
grade
hotel
in
Hong
Kong.
I
do
wish
the
above
feedback
and
comment
will
be
treated
seriously
and
help
for
your
improvement.
