    Well run and busy hotel with hard working and professional staff. We stayed on level 7 facing the harbour. Although very close to the freeway. The large windows were well insulated and no noise problems. Perhaps may not suite everyone, the beds are hard compared to European style. Buffet breakfast is very popular at this hotel.

    We celebrated wedding anniversary in this hotel. The hotel room was clean and tidy but really old-fashioned. Street view towards many commercial buildings which made us kept the curtains closed. It was quite disappointing as we knew there were newly decorated rooms could be offered. The anniversary blueberry cheese cake was tasty however.

    Definitely request the refurbished rooms. The old rooms are awful. We wanted to leave after the first night because we were allocated an old room. It was terrible. We got upgraded to suites which were incredible. The service is unmatched, very discreet, very understated and very professional. Definitely our new hotel of choice in HK.

    Luxurious hotel situated centrally in hong kong. There are a lot of great restaurants near here. The restaurants in the hotel itself are also very good. The concierge is very helpful and can arrange for tickets for various venues. The rooms are decent sized and the toiletries are really good. There is an afternoon tea service here that is very good as well.

    It was not a pleasant stay as expected as before. Perhaps it's during the peak season near the year end, the check in process took quite awhile. Rooms were not ready by the check in hour. We were then invited for a drink at the bar nearby. Staff were polite but we felt that once we were seated at the bar, we were being ignored and nobody came to inform us when our room was ready. We went to the counter to ask the staff whether the room was ready, and then we were took we could enter our room. That was really not the kind of service expected from Mandarin. Also, though the staff were polite, yet it didn't make us feel like home or warm-welcoming as before. One thing to note, in appreciation, the house-keeping staff was attentive to details, putting down a special bookmark on top of my schedule book on the working desk. That was a pleasant surprise. About the food at the dinner buffet, seafood was not fresh enough. Dessert was the best out of everything.

    certainly the best service from MO staff. Warm welcome from their heart. A very pleasure experience staying in MO. House keeping lady super kind and care so much. Only thing to improve is if they can ask us which type if room we book abs guide us up to the executive lounge to check in. it would be perfect.

    All staff are polite and presented professional. Rooms clean and tidy, food is delicious. I can’t enjoy the swimming pool as it is quota limitation. Hope can enjoy next time. Overall experience is good.

    The staff service is excellent! One of the best staff service I experienced during hotel stay. The best service starts from checking in, during the stay and check out! some points wanna to raise about the hotel as well. First of all, the swimming pool is really small. Is it possible to expand the swimming pool in the future? We also enjoy the Mandarin Lounge service with high tea set. Staff service great, but the choice of food in the high tea set can be improved maybe? The small sandwiches taste so so indeed. In general, great experience, I will definitely consider to stay in Mandarin Oriental Hotel no matter in HK or other parts of the world

    Overall excellent. All staff were polite and helpful. The Front Desk staff especially, went beyond their duty requirements to assist in navigating Covid compliance regulations. Without their assistance this would have been tricky, with their assistance it was largely taken out of my hands. I was very grateful.

    Great location (near offices and public transport). Staff always willing to help and delight guests. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is probably the best I have ever encountered. Halal food available in the in room dining which was a pleasant surprise. Food servings very generous.

    Wedding anniversary staycation. We stayed in a Club room with Harbour view which was extremely comfortable and well appointed to allow for some work followed by rest and relaxation. We basically stayed in the hotel and made use of the MO Spa, Club facilities and in room dining. All of which was excellent adding to our overall feeling of comfort. Staff were there if you needed them, otherwise we were left to enjoy in peace. Overall we had a memorable experience. Thank you MO.

    Personally, I found the tooth brush was too soft. Also, I did not like the favor of the toothpaste, as I could not have a fresh feeling in my mouth after I brushed my teeth. I also did not like the soap too, it just too plain and I could not find any scent from it. Also personally, when I had my breakfast at the Clipper lounge, I found the chair cushion was relatively too soft for me to seat on when having meal. The chair was also a bit heavy for me to move it back or forth.

    I had an amazing experience at The Mandarin Oriental. The staff and facilities were excellent overall. The food was good. The Spa was great! The top-floor bar was sexy and interesting. The staff made me feel very welcome and were able to accommodate specific requests throughout my stay. For a place that holds a lot of history, it still feels fresh and new. This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to others looking to stay in Hong Kong.

    I love this hotel and try to visit it at least once a year. It is old-worldly and elegant. Luxury on steroids. The staff is helpful and friendly and very well-trained. The gym and pool are well-maintained, well equipped and beautiful. The food is excellent, and a visit to the Spa is a beautiful experience. This time there was some problem with WiFi- streaming, and unfortunately could not be resolved during my stay. However, the staff tried to correct it and their IT- man, who came to see me (this is how good this hotel is) will surely try to fix the problem in the new future. Highly recommended!

    Beautiful hotel throughout. Cleanliness, service from all areas, dining, comfort, location, made to feel welcome and special. A true 5 star experience. I think this may be the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and there are many to choose from. I would come back in a heartbeat. And hopefully I will in the not too distant future. Was my first time in Hong Kong as well so a great experience to take away.

    Great experience in Hongkong because of wonderful staying in Mandarin Oriental Hotel. 1) Perfect location 2) Polite and superior staffs make us respected and wonderful memories for my kid. 3) Excellent amenities and room condition.     We celebrated my retirement at the MOHK. The hotel lives up to the fame of MO. The staff were attentive and personable. Coco at the Mandarin Club made us feel like home. She was cordial and made us feel welcome. Food and services at the lounge was selected and adequate though at times could be a bit crowded. Our corner suite was well appointed with world class housekeeping. This is a hotel to relax or enjoy your time.

    From the moment I walked in to when I sadly had to leave to travel home, everything was outstanding. The service, the rooms, the bed (glorious) the bed linen, the smell. I bought the room fragrance from the shop so I can try and pretend I am back at The Mandarin, the spa treatments, the Captains Bar and lastly, the best restaurant in HK, The Grill. All at the most top level one could ask for. Thank you all at The Mandarin for making my stay, each and every time, the most wonderful experience. Aide in the Club Lounge was exceptional, Michael the Hotel Manager could not do enough to make the stay wonderful. Helen x

    Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong was an exceptional experience. The property's sheer beauty and charm has left a lasting impression on us. It truly is like a home away from home, enveloping us with warm and welcoming embraces every time we entered the foyer and were greeted by the gracious and friendly smiles of the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the exquisite dining experience at Man Wah, the opportunity to relax and experience the Mandarin Club, and also enjoy the ambience of The Aubrey and its unique cuisine. All the staff are nothing short of outstanding, and their treatment of us during our stay was truly exceptional. It was incredibly difficult for us to bid farewell, as we felt like we were leaving behind a special place and wonderful friends. Thank you.

    The attention to details by staff is just impeccable! The housekeeping crew even rolled up our messy charging cables like brand new! They serve Evian water in rooms although more bottles will be better. To save environment, maybe can opt for bigger bottles

    Our experience was fantastic and we enjoyed great service even though it was a bit crowded over the weekend the staff was always there and ready to go the extra mile. You feel as a part of history walking the halls of the hotel or your suite watching the pictures. The best hotel experience we have had in Hong Kong so far, highly recommend

    Well nice and clean friendly staffs. Room is big almost half of my home. 🤩. Children enjoyed so much. The toilet super big and excellent. 🤣👏My children love Bublé bath 😃. All the services inside the room is great compare to others hotels I have visited before.

    We have stayed in MO a few times and they are always meticulous, helpful and friendly. The hotel can get quite busy due to the packages but all out needs re very well taken care of. The room is well maintained and food (both restaurants and room service) re top quality.

    Many round of happy times at Mandarin Oriental included the special afternoon tea with a Royal Family theme. The cafe and the cafe Claudette and the other venues were all good. Love having a bit of Portuguese egg-tart at the cafe and enjoying the consistent great service at MO.

    Warm customer service. Helpful staff. MO upgraded from city view suite to sea view suite for us and provided teapot set as they know we were going to use the suite for a simple ceremony. They are so generous to offer and exceed your expectation. Unforgettable memory created and will definitely stay again to enjoy their impeccable service.

    Very poor experience of my stay in your hotel. I would sincerely providing the comment below for your improvement: 1) Hotel Room Stay - Very poor air-conditioning. The sensitivity of the temperature sensor is low and the action time for air- conditioning is slow. Even I tune the temperature lower and the fan speed higher, there is no response from the system. In addition, condensation water keep coming out from the air slot during the air-conditioning operation. - Very poor quality of sheet on the bed. We can see some small stains and pilling on the sheet which made us an uncomfortable stay. - Bath room mirror is broken in obvious eye level. That made us an uncomfortable feeling when we were bathing. 2) Buffet Restaurant - We did the 8:30pm section of the buffet. We can obviously feel that the restaurant is not refilling the seafood items after the some of the items were all taken. (e.g. Lobster and Crab) The food were cleared around 8:45pm but we cannot see and refill until the restaurant close. That's a low class buffet experience which i do not expect MO is doing the same - Unclean oyster. My fiancee was suffering by food poisoning after eating the fresh oyster in the restaurant. After doctor's consultation, the food poisoning symptoms do match with oyster poisoning. - Poor services from waitress. I can see the waitress keep chatting and laughing loudly in front of the customers table. It is reasonable for the waitress to have some rest time but no right in front of the customers table. In addition, when we request a waiter for taking a photo, the waiter just causally take a photo without asking us if the photo is good before leaving. Again, it is fine for normal restaurant outside but not my expectation in MO. I feel the staff were not well trained and the service level is really having certain distance from other similar grade hotel in Hong Kong. I do wish the above feedback and comment will be treated seriously and help for your improvement.

    We visited the Mandarin Oriental HK after hearing so much about it and from the moment we arrived we were looked after with graciousness and sincere care. The location is unbeatable and the restaurant offerings are vast. The Aubrey, an upbeat Izakaya was a highlight. Devender their head beverage manager knows his spirits like no one else and helped us to pair the best Japanese cocktails with delicious food. We were also warmly greeted by Besjon who leads the Rooms Team. This place is run by professionals who know how to deliver the best service. Can’t wait for my next visit!

    We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Services were excellent - Staff was attentive and helpful. We also very much appreciate that a connecting room has been arranged for us that makes our stay more fun and memorable. We also had the 3 course dinner and breakfast in the 2 hotel restaurants and loved both of them. One flaw would be about the bathroom. The water temperature of the shower was acceptable, though it could be hotter. But the water of the bath was definitely not hot enough so I finished the bath in around 5-10 mins in the next morning.

    Warm reception and prompt service for room make-up, baggage handling, restaurant reservation etc. I find the WA chat helpful. Harbour view is superb, generous size room as we have total 6 luggage and it still felt spacious. Food is of good standard, including in room dining. We love the Spa. I have not stayed at an MO hotel for quite some time, however, this extended stay is a pleasure. The hotel upkeeps its high standard and I enjoyed the excellent staff service. In my future travel, I will probably make it a point to stay at an MO property.

    Nice sea view The food variety of dinner buffet although not too much , they are fresh and delicious. Also , soft drink is free of charge is a very nice offer. The staff here are very polite and helpful . I'm sure will come again .

    staff was great, super helpful and very prompt with our complex needs. only reason I took a point off was the breakfast buffet some food was slightly stale (bread mainly). but overall, not much to complain about, fun stay!

    A beautiful hotel and team making my first trip to Hong Kong a memorable one. Thank you to Micheal and team for looking after us and the incredible service. The attention to detail with little touches of delight, like the beautiful book mark left in my room, is what genuine hospitality is about.
