I cannot say enough about this hotel. I expect a lot out of any Four Seasons which I stay in. However, out of all the Four Seasons at which I've stayed, this one is by far the best. In fact, it may be the finest hotel I've ever stayed at on the planet. And I've stayed Claridge's avd the Georges V and many others. I don't even have the words to describe how awesome this place is.

Located on the island of Hong Kong . The rooms are very modern and have the touch of the four seasons Hotel . Upon arrival to the hotel you are welcomed and the team waiting for you , and take you directly to the room for the check in . They take the extra care to ensure their service levels are high . The rooms are very wide compared to the Hong Kong standard , and you have the aroma smell of the Four seasons in the room. Sometimes the words do not express what you see . So the images are worth the words .

Everything about the hotel was special: we had a suite overlooking the harbour with an amazing view. The gym is large and well-equipped, the rooms look beautiful and new, and designed with the userโ€™s comfort in mind yet looking really stylish. At the end of our 3 night stay I was not ready to leave!

Our family stayed here (2 adults + 1 toddler) for 3 nights. Every single staff was so friendly and helpful here. We had a wonderful experience here and my kid enjoyed the pool so much. The only few things I hope the room could be improved on: When you close the glassdoor of the shower room, the closing speed is fast so it just slams and makes a loud sound. It scared our kid a bit. A door damper would be nice. There is only one socket for shavers in the bathroom. So when I needed to use my hair staightener, I had to go to the room, which has no mirror. If you wish to go to HK station and take airport express, the easiest way is to go through IFC mall. But there is no way you can reach the mall without using escaltors or stairs. With 2 big luggages and a stroller, it really was not convenient. But in general we had a five-star experience in the hotel. Thanks to all the kind and friendly staff there.

Family staycation prior to my baby was born, and it was an early celebration of my own birthday. Appreciate the team preparation and the complimentary cake, drink, and room decorations. It also comes with children welcome package. The service was perfect! High recommend staying here! The breakfast has a lot of options too. Our kids loved it! It was a delightful stay!

Four season hotel is one of the most luxurious hotel in Hong Kong, Service is professional, Room is spotless and cozy, suited next to the harbour, it is the most beautiful view in Hong Kong. We ordered the breakfast room dining, the presentation is as good as in the Michelin restaurant. The food quality is top and it is the one of the best breakfast that I ever had.

The room decoration quality is the best in town. However, service-wise, although the attitude is very good, but the guest's most simple demands cannot be met or got the problems solved quickly. It can take more than one and half hour and 4 telephone calls to the front desk to fix a very simple TV cable problem. Thus, staff training in much more depth is very much necessary to qualify herself as a five star hotel.

I stayed at the 4 seasons when it first opened it was a lovely experience. I was looking forward to trying NOI and I must say I'm grossly disappointed. We took the signature finner full menu. Chef Paulo and Luigi both aren't around. Everything was salty or overly sweet. The courses individually were poorly executed nor do they make sense in a menu. It's like a nasty mimic of Japanese handling fish, theirs was fishy and blend. The squid dish was soaked in a mightily salty broth. The peas covered whatever flavour there should be for uni. Bread well its a cute Hokkaido sweet glazed that my kids love, shockingly i found that a relief to cleanse the fishiness and bitterness from my palate. The venison was cooked well, the sauce again too heavy. The pasta.... for an Italian restaurant it was cold the pasta didn't blend with the sauce its like adding cold soba into a dish after its been cooked. Prawns were cold n raw didn't have flavour. Dessert, lol ice-cream with chocolate sauce with a spoon of caviar. What a waste and didn't do each other justice. The sweet potato flan is a sweet mush I took a wee bite n left it. This came after the lobster which was half raw plated with again overly sweet pumpkin mush. I have expressed my opinion gently and repeatedly to various staff for chef to taste his own sauce but all stared at me wild eyed without knowing how to respond. The wine pairing which is around hkd2000 with service charge, very average wine and the chardonnay I think has gone bad and was served very very warm. I don't know where the star comes from and its very undeserving. So 2 ppl plus 2 wine pairing it's over hkd10k there are plenty of options out there. The ingredients did look fresh but it's put together in a messy non sensical manner. NEVER AGAIN.

A nice hotel, with high ceiling level at Banquet hall. However there is no floor plan on each floor to indicate the layout for restrooms, restaurants and hall, you may need to seek staff to help out and guide you through

One of the best hotels if not the best to stay when in Hong Kong. Amazing views, excellent service, superb food, and very nice decor. Breakfast buffet was top notch with several selections.

I had a stay in mid November 2023 at this lovely hotel . Everything was good to my expectations for this kind of hotel with one thing to my liking. It was the shower pressure level so strong that I seemed to stay there longer than my usual. Though I didnโ€™t have a chance to dive into the pool at this time. It was one of the highlights of the hotel

Birthday Staycation - First time staying with the Four Season Hotel The staffs are lovely and helpful, and the room is spacious and wonderful with the view facing Victoria Harbour. We had dinner in the room, and with the harbour view the meal was delightful - food was served in a warm cart, which nicely kept the food in the best condition. Other facilities: swimming pool Overall this hotel is one of the best hotels in HK!

Alex was the guy that greeted me at the entrance of four seasons by the lobby every time I needed a cab. Super kind, patient, sincere and generous, helping me with anything I had requested. He made four seasons feel like a warm place to return to. He also taught me how to say some words in Cantonese. Thanks to Alex I had a very lovely time at the four seasons in Hong Kong.

Stayed at Four Seasons last month with my family members and it was the best stay that I ever had in Hong Kong. The view was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. You can even select the type of mattress, pillow that you want. More importantly, no regrets doing the Executive Club stay. The club lounge kept us full with buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. I also appreciated all the little treats that the hotel staff left in the room. Finally, I would like to commend Marco Chow, Milan, Hugo and Christine for making this a great and memorable stay! Hope to come back again!

Hotel offers a spectacular view of Victoria Harbour and Kowloon Peninsula. There were lots of food options in room service. Swimming feels surreal with the swimming pool overlooking Hong Kongโ€™s icon. Not to mention the buffet breakfast and dinner with assortments to keep me captivated.

It's a very nice hotel right in the center of Hong Kong. A magnificent view and watching sunset was awesome. However, the service, in-room food, high tea were all only ok. Perhaps the expectations was set too high since other hotels in town were really that good and better.

Altogether it was good experience at their roof top pool bar at 6th floor. Staff was courteous and helpful. They accepted our food order even though the dead line for last order was passed. Infinity Pool view was nice and it was almost full. Food was yummy.

We were celebrating my belated birthday. Staff at front desk wished me when I checked in n I was upgraded. There was a cake, champagne n wishing card in the room. I was surprised with a lighted dessert during dinner in The Lounge. I couldn't be more spoiled. To make this short n sweet, I was 100% satisfaction through out the stay . It was a pity we couldn't extend our stay. Thank you for a wonderful time, Fourseason.

Went for a conference! First in 2 years. Venue staff were attentive. The lobby restaurant staff made out the place was packed when in fact it was hardly full. Expected safety process going in and out. Nice hotel and that is what the Four Seasons is all about.

Having a lunch buffet at Argo of 4 season. Small place yet the set up and environment were good. Services was not up to a Supreme hotel level. Staff not focused and helpful. Food were fine with limited varieties. The beef fillet on life frying pan was not available with goose liver being replaced. Far from my expectation. Little disappointed. We reminded the waitress saying that three of our guests were on their birthday month for celebration yet it turnout to be just one birthday desert served though, brought back two later, very disappointed.

Amongst all hotel visiting throughout the locked pandemic period, Four Seasons is far most the best! Room, facilities, food - all these are given and they just land without negative surprise. Service part is unexceptional - their service from booking, check in, room services, restaurant, till check out - every moment you know you are their treasuring guest. The hotel indeed place customer first, not slogan, but performing in full. A very pleasant stay with them. Thankful.

I booked The Four Seasons in January for my partner and my anniversary weekend. I was disappointed with the government's decision to close pools two days after I booked, as the infinity pool overlooking Victoria Harbour was an enticing reason to book, but never mind - not the hotel's fault of course. I informed the hotel of my anniversary and they accommodated us wonderfully. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and a delicious chocolate cake! We also had the deluxe room service for dinner and breakfast, which was AMAZING and in my opinion, far nicer than dining in any restaurant, as we had our private, incredible vista of Victoria Harbour high up from our room, intimate lighting, and crisp tunes playing from the Bose speaker the hotel provides - all whilst tucking into succulent steaks with the right bottle of red wine (and the complimentary sparkling wine beforehand!) What more could you want? The room was cosy and beautifully decorated, and the bathtub was deep! We will definitely return again soon. Thanks for the memories!

Have enjoyed a happy staycation in Four Seasons. Room is spacious with a good view. All the staffs are very friendly and some can even call your family name. The team in the swimming pool is very helpful particularly Issac. When I am trying hard to pump my inflatable swimming pool creatures, the team come proactively to help to inflate the plastics. And while I am hesitating to take it back to the room or not, they suggest they can keep it for the next morning when we revisit the pool again. Very warm services!! ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚

I have visited numerous hotels in my lifetime and this hotel experience should be my worst one in 40 years time. Bad service attitude from the top starting with my their hotel general manager and going down to their director of rooms reservation team as well as their spa managers one โ˜๐Ÿป star ๐ŸŒŸ is too much for them ah! Cannot imagine another hotel worse than this one :( If u are looking for lousy service attitudes and poor hotel experiences, this hotel is not to be missed. The memories will last u for a lifetime that u wonโ€™t want to patronise another Four Seasons anywhere else in the world!

We had a nice Easter staycation here in Four Seasons with our kids. Everything is fantastic! I have been a great fanz of four seasons for all these years, and never get disappointed by any of their locations. We were all well greeted and taken care for during my stays, even for my kids and my maids. With plenty of activities for kids (yet under the lock down policy). Food was super! Nothing to complaint. Will definitely back when the swimming pool is reopened.

The hotel doesn't match the price tag. Its nice but nice is not good enough at $3000hkd per night. No organic food, no in room filtered water for bathing or drinking, no in room air filter, pool is heavily chlorinated so unusable for any health conscious people like myself. All of which is easily upgraded but obviously they don't care enough about customer health and satisfaction, and care to much about creating an illusion of luxury.

Well taken care during my stay. Impressed with the breakfast and in room dining. Not to forget to mention four seasons team professionalism to attend to my enquiry and ensure arrangement is top notch.
