This was my second time staying at the hotel. The hotel is in a great spot and is very nice and modern. The gym facilities are good and the breakfast buffet is great. However, my main issue comes with service. It took multiple calls to housekeeping for items like an ironing board. If you are staying in rooms close to the stair exit, there is sometimes cigarette smoke smell that makes its way into the hallway… maybe from employees? Not sure but not good. Also, I checked out last Monday 12/12. They hard charge your card for an incidental deposit. For me it was close to $400USD. I settled my bill with a separate card at checkout which is weird because they usually just deduct from the incidental charge. And now at day 6, they told me that my deposit could take 14 days to be returned to my card. No hotel I have stayed in ever takes 14 days to return an incidental deposit. They shouldn’t be holding on to guests money. As quickly as the deposit is given, it should be given back immediately. Usually incidental holds are pending charges that are released at checkout and funds are usually available within 3 days. The hotel has to do better and I hope my deposit is returned sooner than 2 weeks.

We had a great stay at The Mira Hong Kong. Overall service was excellent and the room was very nice. The hotel is very busy as it's quite large and centrally located. The location is very convenient as the hotel is located in a small shopping mall. It's very easy to walk to Kowloon Park, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was very modern and the bed was very comfortable. One really nice feature was the 'pillow menu' which has a great variety of different pillows to choose on demand. We picked the memory foam pillows which was very comfortable. The Mira, despite being a Marriott Partner hotel only (as opposed to being directly run by Marriott), still has good recognition of Marriott status. Although no lounge access is included for Platinum members, the free breakfast amenity was a good surprise (as it's not advertised for Partner Design Hotels). We also got a room upgrade to a larger corner room / suite with a bathtub. Breakfast was delicious with a good mix of Asian and Western options.

Pros : prime location. 3 mins walk to metro. And located in the main shopping street. Cons : Lack of maintenance premises. Poor noise isolation between rooms. Extremely packed and small pool area. Both sauna, and jacuzzi closed. Not allowed taking pictures in the club and pool, with many other restrictions. Do not recommend for this so called 5 star hotel.

I stayed here for two nights in a courtyard view room on the highest floor. The hotel is really nice with a dark, sleek vibe throughout. The location is excellent, in the heart of TST and just a few minutes' walk to the MTR station. The A21 bus from the airport stops just metres away from the hotel entrance. There is a Japanese supermarket on the basement level that is open 24/7, making it very convenient if you need supplies and/or snacks. There are tons of restaurants in the area as well. The room was perfectly fine. There were definite signs of wear and tear in the furnishings, and it's probably due for a refresh soon, but there was nothing egregious. As a Marriott Platinum, I received complimentary breakfast in the main floor buffet, which was a very nice touch as Design Hotels do not have to offer this. The spread was huge with tons of choices, including a live egg cooking station. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at The Mira and would definitely go back.

Very convenient, friendly staff and amazing service. From the airport, just take bus A21 and it'll drop you off a min to the front door! Location is very central and walking distance to pretty much anything you can think of. My flight arrived super early in the morning and they offered to hold my bags until check in was possible. Bags were even delivered to my room when I arrived to check in after which was nice. Bring a water bottle! My floor (16) also had a filtered water dispenser which was definitely an added bonus in cost savings and eco friendly. Ice cold water. They do offer umbrellas which was nice. I did get to try the room service since I couldn't get any food due to typhoon shutting down the city and pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. Very quick service too I must say. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, variety facilities, warm service, gourmet buffet breakfast, the only pin point was the waffle not up to standard, not crispy, a bit disappointed. Hopefully you would improve on this for my next visit :) thanks for the Mira team!

Excellent service, facilities and location. Would recommend for a small or long stay. The only negative would be that since they are only partnered with Marriott, you don't get the full Marriott platinum/titanium benefits.

I stayed for eight nights at The Mira Hong Kong. I chose a studio room. There was no view and a loud noise from above every 20-30 seconds. I asked for another room to escape the noise and was upgraded to a park view room. Pay up for this if you can afford it! Everything else was perfect! Breakfast buffet is fantastic. I used the pool and jacuzzi every day and it was so nice. There are also a sauna and steam room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Location across from beautiful Kowloon Park is perfect. Easy 4 minute walk to a metro station and 15 minute walk to the harbor.

Outstanding hotel. Good service, love the room. There’s pillow options to suit your sleeping style and a nice big bath tub. Location is good as it is about 200m from TST station B2 exit. Also near many bus stops where you can flag a bus.

Bad soundproofing in room, hear noise from next room until 4am. Didn’t sleep well. Front desk was not very helpful on dealing with noise Room is clean, but drain in shower is a bit clogged. Nice location, plenty of food choices near by

Pros: rooms are nice, especially if you get upgraded. Gym is convenient and the pool looks fun. Great location and vibe. More affordable than other major hotels. Cons: while it’s listed under Marriott, do not expect the same benefits as Marriott properties. For instance the lounge is only offered to long staying guests. They were nice enough to extend me this benefit but nowhere on the site is this spelled out. The lounge itself is pretty lacking with no breakfast or happy hour. The service can be improved. I asked concierge repeatedly where to get a travel adaptor (they don’t provide one) and the three places they recommended did not have them. I had to search for half a day before finding a local shop across from Nike.

It is better not to. You will be tired of waiting in line for over an hour to check in. There are only 4 counters and it takes 5 to 10 minutes to process one group. The line just kept getting longer and longer. I had ordered an afternoon tea set, but it was only available after check-in and I ran out of time. I can't believe this is a 5 star hotel. ーーーーー Thanks for your reply. How about devising a handwritten paper for quarantine that guests are required to fill out while in line? I think such a simple thing would cut the waiting time in half rather than devoting manpower to meaningless queuing. I look forward to your next improvement.

Great location in Kowloon. Walking distance to many restaurants and connected to a nice mall. The breakfast was very good. The room was very nice. Staff was friendly. Place is busy, plan something to do while you wait to get checked in, not a horrible wait, I went for a walk through the mall and grabbed a bite.

Luxurious and clean rooms. Classy lobby. Complimentary TWG teabags in room. Basement heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi was a Godsend after a day of walking at Disneyland. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at the Mira Hong Kong. The location is so convenient. The rooms are small, but modern, and did contain the necessities. Breakfast at the hotel had great variety, and was tasty. The noodle bar was really solid. I would stay here again, unless I required more space. Stayed November 2023.

There is free WiFi buddy in each room. You can bring this out during your stay. Breakfast menu didn't have much changes daily. There is Connecting escalators and lift access to the small mall in L1 and L2 where you can access to Big C etc. Good when hit with bad weather. Temperatures within the hotel is much colder than outside. Smoking is possible at level 5 open terrace but need room card key access. Gym and swimming pool is great

Good location however rooms are average. They have just basic amenities and all the rest you need to ask for. Asking for a iron and iron board was a mission. takes ages to be delivered to the room and they ask for it back the soonest. Noise cancelation between rooms is awful. Breakfast pretty average as well. Service not the asset of this hotel for a 5 star hotel I would expect a lot more. I would not recommend if you are looking for a great experience.

Great location within walking distance from the MTR, restaurants and malls. Room is modern, spacious and clean. However breakfast selection appears to be repetitive during our 4-days stay. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Decent stay here for four nights, it’s a busy hotel located in the heart of TST. Bed was comfy and staff was tentative. Breakfast selection was impressive For a business traveler some issues finding a quiet place to work, must request an iron board and carry around two additional Keys. My elevator key malfunctioned a total of 5 times through out the trip which tough!

The Mira Hong Kong shopping mall is a delightful destination, boasting an excellent selection of restaurants that cater to every palate. The highlight of my visit was the extraordinary culinary experience, marked by mouth-watering dishes and an inviting ambiance. Additionally, the mall's staff were notably friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to the shopping experience. This mall is a must-visit for anyone seeking a blend of top-notch dining and warm hospitality.

You can't have a better location! We got upgraded on 16 floor very quiet, stay there 8 days. We were there in the middle of December. The hotel changed the Christmas decorations, which is so elegant. TST has many luxury hotels. I chose this hotel because it has a nice pool, gym and great spa facilities. Thank you for every staff member taking good service for us. We had a wonderful vacation!!!

Strategically located right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. There are lots of good restaurants and shopping places near the hotel. The standard room is a bit small but cozy. The facilities is great, indoor swimming pool and great gym; a lot of equipment varieties. There are sauna and steam room as well.

Paid for two buffets, both are terribly mediocre. little selection as to choices, and all very mid range quality, not worth the money I spent. You are better off spending the money on the restaurants around the area.

Room design is modern and sophisticated. Practical and user-friendly designs including the mood switch next to bed. Well equipped with amenities and mini-bar. Strong wifi; strong water flow from shower and tub. Staff entertained our requests politely and efficiently. Staff Kenneth was nice enough to offer us a birthday cake for celebration, which was a surprise. However, the room TV is not equipped with streaming platforms like Netflix. And the TV can not be adjusted to facing the bathroom window, which is a huge disappointment and a waste of the huge bathroom glass. Also, the time needed for check in was super long. It took at least 30 minutes for our turn and there was no queue set up specifically for Marriott Bonvoy elite members.

Everything was perfect including the front desk agents, concierge, HSPK and RM service. One thing that was a scope for improvement was the internet connection, not really functioning. Other than that, just wonderful. A special thanks to the concierge guy, he offered me a great help to convey my luggage to the taxi since it stopped on the opposite side. Thank you to the one at Mira who offered me help. :)

The suite itself is nice, however communication with staff is abysmal. Despite letting them know of allergies both ahead of time and on the phone after checking in, allergens were still left in the room and we were not informed of it. Ruined the stay as started reacting in the middle of the night. Would have expected staff to actually listen to guests when the hotel advertises itself as "luxury". Can't believe I paid for such an awful experience.

General experience is below average, only highlight is the cleaner help clean the room friendly even I refused in the first time and the service person in the lobby help press the button when I carried many luggages 1' as white gold membership, I didn't get upgrade also didn't get any tips about what I could use as membership until I saw they have the membership lounge and checked by myself; when I live in other similar hotels, they upgraded my room from regular to executive suite and have welcome fruit in the room, also many other services; this place lag behind a lot compared with other hotels 2' they didn't have an adapter and tell me the wrong info to buy it. Cannot help solve this problem and keep saying sorry, we really don't have this and would give feedback to management even though I have said how urgent I am to attend a meeting in few mins and need an adapter 3' when asking for a charging line, the first one is broken and then asked for second one, while the delivery guy has attitude problem All in all, a 5 star hotel most competitive thing should be service, while Im sorry to say I didn't feel a good service here even as a membership

The rooms are okay but the bar downstairs is too loud. It’s almost 1am and I can’t get to sleep due to all the noise. There have been several nights where the neighbour has been really noisy and I can hear entire conversations and the TV being on until 2am in the morning - the walls are simply too thin. Even though it’s a non-smoking floor, I can smell smoke in my room and strongly out in the corridor. Apart from sending someone up to check, nothing else has been done about it. Been here for a week so far and not impressed. Still have another week to go here and can’t wait till I leave to go to the shangri la. The only pro is that the housekeeping staff are nice and polite.

Poor check-in system. All 4 counters running at minimum efficiency. While the queue grows, the manager stood by and do nothing. There are seats in the lobby, however you need to be physically standing in the queue. This kinda of backward customer service is just pure savage. So much for first impression.

The location of the Mira is great, 15 min walk to the harbor spectacular view. Special thanks to the housekeeping, girls are so fast and polite, even can help with that, what receptionists doesn’t know. Lovely place ❤️five stars
