We spent two nights here to celebrate our wedding. The rooms of course had the most amazing view as you'd expect and the restaurants offered the most luxurious dining experience. What I am impressed most is the the professionalism and genuine care and attention from the hotel staffs. We felt we were really well taken care of during our stay.

This is a very high rated hotel with luxurious interiors and exteriors. A very fancy structure. I'm really amazed at the wonderful services they render...so friendly and comfortable environment, they've got special services for everyone. There is wheelchair accessible parkings and entrance ♿♿♿, they've got high and low chairs, high and low tables, high and low beds, a very chilling swimming pool with a refreshing bar of varieties of quality wines by the side. Is a place children enjoy going to. Go there on holidays, vacation, and weekends and you will enjoy it. Is also a good place for business meetings. There is a nice car park as well. Mention your choice of service and allow your money to do the rest. The rooms are of high quality and standards, if you are looking for where to spend some cash and enjoy, you should really go there.

RC Hong Kong is a beautiful and very unique hotel. We had a fabulous stay there, the room was huge and very luxurious. A big highlight for me was the pool and spa - located 490m above sea level, it's the highest jacuzzi I've ever been in. Service was very good and housekeeping especially was very detailed. I also really liked Ozone bar, and as a hotel guest, we were provided with a beautiful window seat which normally requires a minimum spend, but was waived for us. Drinks at the bar were delicious and they even provided us with on the house welcome drink and negroni shot. For those with fear of heights, taking the elevator up or looking down from the room may be a bit scary, but I enjoyed the experience a lot. The hotel was very communicative before the stay as well, the most I've ever seen even compared to other RC properties. They made sure to enquire about my pillow and mattress preferences and also provided options around airport transfer, spa, and restaurant bookings.

I stayed here for one night in the “Deluxe Victoria Harbor Suite” and had a very pleasant time. My experience at the Ritz Carlton started with a pickup from Hong Kong airport in the hotels Rolls Royce Phantom which made the arrival into Hong Kong very pleasant as the time it took from getting off the plane to stepping into my room at the Ritz Carlton was only 1 hour (good off the plan at 2PM, got into the Rolls Royce at 2:30, and stepped into my room at 3:00!) - so fast! My room had an amazing view as is to be expected with a title like “Grand Victoria Harbor Suite”, and came well appointed with plenty of free water, coffee, soaps, and even a nice bottle of champagne. The only downside was the electric toilet, which was somewhat of a nuisance and had a blinking red / blue light underneath which lit up the bathroom all night. I wish hotels would just stick with the “Toto” brand as all others are inferior and end up not working as easy. I had all my meals (afternoon tea, dinner, breakfast, lunch the next day) were at the club lounge. Every time I ate there, it was great and they really put out a nice selection of foods. For dinner they had a risotto station where the chef made risotto as you like and in the morning there was a nice omelet / eggs station. Finally for lunch the next day they had some fresh pizza which was great. Overall service was fantastic and you are treated like royalty wherever you go in the hotel. I hope I can have the chance to come back to HK again in the future because I will defiantly be paying another visit to the Ritz Carlton!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Natie from The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong for the extraordinary service provided. My stay at this hotel was an unparalleled experience of luxury and exceptional service. From a week before our arrival, the customer relations team, especially Natie and Monomi, extended a warm welcome via email and meticulously organized our itinerary. The hospitality we encountered was nothing short of spectacular. Upon early arrival at 6 AM, the front desk graciously allowed us to check in and surprised us with a delightful breakfast featuring Hong Kong's iconic milk tea and pineapple buns. In the afternoon, Natie went above and beyond to adorn our room, welcoming my partners and me with a beautifully written greeting card that touched our hearts profoundly. They even captured these moments with photographs, a lovely personal touch. The hotel itself exudes opulence, boasting breathtaking views of the entire Victoria Harbour and the city skyline. The housekeeping service was impeccable; they tidied our room daily, folded our clothes with care, and the concierge made sure to delight us with a variety of snacks each day. The breakfast spread was vast and indulgent, contributing to an overall experience that stands out as the best value for money and the finest service we've received in Asia.

Amazing experience, worth of seeing!!!! This is definitely on a bucket list for a Hong Kong trip! Even during the raining day, this place is absolutely special. Many rooftops Inthe area, but this is the tallest building in the best skyline in the world, so nothing to add there. Excellent place, moderate prices, but it is strongly recommended!!!

Great experience overall. As a member of Marriot Bonvoy, I got a an upgrade to a large corner room which made my business trip very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and always remembered to give me extra water every day. Room service was easy and the food was great. This is my go to hotel in HK.

Highly recommended and worth every penny! This hotel provides world class service and the best I have personally ever had. Every member of staff remembered all little details even down to drinks orders of pervious days. The concierge helped book all our excursions and dinner reservations nothing was too much. If you are looking for a place in the busy city of Hongkong to relax and have every need taken care of then this is the place! Massive thank you to all of the staff who looked after us.

My company has organised an annual dinner collat Cafe 103 tonight. The buffet settings look attractive with diversity of food, taste are fantastic, service is excellent. We are very grateful for their warm hospitality and service, especially thanks for a waitress called Jenny. She is very caring and sweet. Strongly recommend to have lunch or dinner at Cafe 103.

Paid an arm (and a leg) for the Victoria Harbor View suite and South China View Suite (2 rooms) ... but it's oh so worth it... We got the lower floors (108), not complaining : ) Victoria Harbor view cost a grand more (HKD), but it's called the million dollar view, I thought it was worth it, some don't... room size is excellent, nothing feels cramped or stuffed... 2 way entry for the toilet is a nice idea... but with the room size... they could've (should've) make it a 1 1/2 bath... service-wise they're 2nd to none... everything you'd expect for what you paid, one staff wasn't up to it but no biggie... stayed 2 nights and got the club package... which makes everydays' meal a no brainer, good panoramic inland view, decent selection of food, very comfortable seats, not a bad choice if you're not looking for something fancy. kids loved the pool

Amazing service, treat their guests as best as they can. Great staying experience. All their ladies and gentlemen are passionate and kind. The view is also terrific, the sea-view suite allows us to see the best sunset in HK. One thing not as great as we expected is the dirty windows outside (either in the suite or in the swimming pool), which partly ruins the overlooking experience.

Amazing service upon arrival until check out. We got upgraded to a suite as a titanium elite member. The room is very clean and the amenities were excellent. The view was spectacular too! They even provided a telescope in the room for us to explore. We are not allowed to dine in anywhere in the hotel as an international arrival traveller. We have to wait three days until our Amber code turns blue. We arranged a Rolls Royce limousine to the airport for 2300 HKD and it was a wonderful experience. Will definitely return and stay here in future as the location is perfect too. You can access the hotel directly using the airport express to kowloon station right below the hotel.

We went there recently for our friends' wedding. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The view on the Harbor from the suite is absolutely amazing. We were really impressed by their buffet that offers a great diversity of Asian and Western foods and tasty desserts.

We had a staycation for our son’s birthday. We paid a small supplement to get access to the club lounge. That was the highlight of our stay. The staff was so gracious and accommodating. The tea was delicious and the views were breathtaking. The rooms were still well-maintained after all these years. We will come back again.

Everything about this hotel is elegance except when you want to leave. Extremely busy, the staff is doing their best to crowd control, but when it comes to nationals here, they own the taxis and the people. You'd think there would be more decorum. Just don't expect it.

I loved my stay here. Marshall & Bowie from the concierge team were great. The club lounge has great views, and an extensive food offering. The gym is well equipped, although the pool is small, and the outside portion frequently closed due to thunderstorms. My room was comfortable, well equipped and had spectacular views. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The location is a bit away from the central area, although not far in a taxi. The hotel car was a very comfortable Mercedes QRS and the driver was very accommodating to take me to nearby places.

Informed by Ritz Carlton staff about the NYE event, pre-booked and received a TABLE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Turns out it was a standing event and 767 HKD was effectively just for entry (incl 1 drink). Cocktails (what the bar is known for) were not available for purchase and only basic pours (250) or bottles (3000+). Even if you decide to buy a bottle nowhere to put / drink it. Event was oversold so could barely fit on the terrace to view fireworks, which was the whole point of going up to Ozone for countdown. Could have had a better view outside the hotel lobby.

Love the yummy pepper crab🤤🤤🤤 So excited that I finally made my visit here!! Located at 103/F, the view is absolutely astonishing. Unexpected Singaporean new dishes are added to the menu by ex-Shangri-La Singaporean Chef Kael! It is such a good deal dining here with the great food at reasonable pricing! Also, you may check out by Octopus card here. Simply tell the servers you want to pay the bill by your octopus card and they will bring over the machine. Easy peasy. The government consumption voucher is also applicable here!

Went for high tea. The food, the drinks, the service, absolutely amazing. The view could've been good, but since summer is approaching, it's been pretty humid this week and we're in high floors, all we could see out the window was pure whiteness. It was pretty cool, but of course, we would have preferred to see the Victoria Harbour. Food was expensive as expected, but if you come with family or friends, you can expect to have a good time

One of Hong Kong's best hotel. Superior views from the top as the hotel starts at 103rd floor. Rooms & service is 5 stars level.

What can one say about this hotel that hasn't already been said! Absolutely marvelous hotel with staff that understand and know how to treat their guests. From stepping out of the taxi when checking in to your departure, whenever that may be, you can be guaranteed the very best attention to detail. High tea, an hour at the pool during sunset, dinner at one of the very fine restaurant's is highly recommended. Make sure you book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Make sure you walk around the hotel to take some very nice photos of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and surrounding Islands from one of the highest hotels in the World. Remember to pop up to the Ozone Bar for even higher views. Would highly recommend.

Went there for staycation a few times during covid. The swimming pool is not big but its really great because it is on the top floor. Sometime with the cloud at your eye level, you will feel like swimming at the cloud city. Both hot and cold jacuzzi are available. Checked into the grand suite with lounge access. The only thing to pick was the low water pressure of the shower.

We stayed there for my Birthday. Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing room, amazing view. We had access to the Club which I really recommend. For me the best hotel in HK… not far to be the best in the World.

I stayed there for a couple of nights in January. The room was great and I was seriously impressed by the service. A young waiter named Marc Jolivet attended us very well and knew how to sell the food offer greatly. Will definitely come back !!

First , words cannot express my gratitude for Ritz Carlton HK and the great staff! My wedding was something out of the fairy tale! It was the wonderful wedding and it's all because of them. We came to them with a simple idea and they worked their magic and brought it to life and everything exceed our expectations. Ritz is a top-notch hotel and I am incredibly lucky to have had their help. From planning stage to actual day , They always made us feel they had everything 100% under control. They respected our input and added their professional advice to my ideas. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment..., They took a good care of our elderly guests, parents and made them feel so good! Highly recommended anyone who wants their wedding to be one of a kind and unforgettable day of their life .

It's my third time here and they never cease to exceed my expectations! Service is friendly yet professional, pool is luxurious yet intimate (the pool at sunset is to die for), room is stunning and breakfast delicious (it's hard to find better croissants in HK!). Special thanks to Vanessa who made our family reunion extra special. The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong is a must, if you're traveling or just want a nice getaway !

I had buffet at the hotel’s restaurant on the 103th floor tonight. Party of 5. We have had dinner at various Ritz Carlton locations. This has to be the worst. It’s advertised as having a view from the restaurant which is almost false advertising as the only view is from standing up and only from a few narrow angles from the far left or right of the restaurant. Once seated, you basically is looking at walls and mirrors. Food is very limited and not even up to a regular standard level. It's at best a 6 on scale of 1 to 10. I honestly think management should drop the buffet concept and not damage the image of the hotel name. Buffet is tricky and if you can’t execute the theme then it’s totally disastrous the way it’s presented. Please take off the emphasis on having a view as you don’t have a view of a view.
