Super close to Jordan station and there are lots of local restaurants near the hotel. We stayed in a twin room and it was clean and spacious. The washroom was way bigger than the ones I’ve seen in other hotels in Hong Kong. The bedding was super comfortable and we had a great sleep every night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

18.11.2019 morning 2am. We're running from the protest, no where to go while police force is shooting year gas everywhere But the hotel receptionist asked us to come in and keep us safe. His service is really super good. Nothing to compare. But this hotel will definitely our only choice when the next time we come to HK.

Pros Amazing location as it is in the air the heart of Hong Kong and the night market on temple Street, very clean and modern rooms, not the biggest but enough for couples. The staff let us keep our luggage with them while we were checked out and walking around. for the price, it was very good and served its purpose. Cons The view from the room was not the best as it was facing a construction building

Location is great, reasonable price, nice breakfast and the bathtub is amazing. Although I'd hope the hotel could reduce some one-time use products, too much plastic used.

Well priced hotel, reasonably located in Jordan. Rooms are spacious and decently equipped. A nice touch is little water bottles provided each day. The view from the rooms isn't all that pleasant and the corridors are dark and narrow. The service was friendly, the lobby is clean as are the rooms. The location is on a small side street with laundry options nearby. MTR and bus connections to everywhere are plentiful and convenient.

GREAT HOTEL! The housekeeping staff were superb. They'd wake you up because they want to clean the room. LOL Also, location is very good. Hotel itself smells so nice and clean.

Our room is quite large with fast WiFi, plenty of storage, a comfortable bed and pillows, and a nice big bathroom. The rooftop bar has spectacular views and yum brews (and check out happy hour!) and the cafe does a proper Australian flat white. Staff are friendly and accessible. I stayed here on my travel agent's recommendation and I would definitely stay here again.

The seat was torn and ragged, found a hair stuck on the shower head, plus the lighting in the room is dull. Definitely not coming back here again

Spacious room compare to same level hotel. Center location and close to station. Reasonable price , cheaper than same level hotel but better quality. Staffs always smile and good English communication.

Pros: - Very near to the temple street⛩️💆🏻‍♂️💆🏻‍♀️🦀 - The sky lounge with open roof to see the panorama view of vibrant HK🌃 - The check-in and check-out is efficient Cons: - The cafe is under construction so forget about the breakfast🍔 - The weight scale is defective and the replaced one is the same😅

Friendly front desk and Good location. Easy access to train station and walkable to basically everywhere like Tsim sha Tsui , Kowloon, Jordon etc, all are near. The rooftop bar was good, cozy to have drinks. However the hotel room itself wasn’t clean as I was expected like in the picture and looks not dated. Room size was fair but no view, I think there’s always many similar hotel nearby at this rate.

Decent for its price and it is in a convenient location (near Jordan Station). Quality isn't great but everything in HK is expensive so for its price - I would say it is acceptable.

- Small room but has all essential components - bathtub with jacuzzi is the best - subtle thoughts put into guests experience such as differentiating towels, e.g., one green and one white towel - TV comes with cable that allows us to watch live soccer and movies - small Christmas cookie gift Will definitely stay in this hotel again if I ever go back Hong Kong.

The rooms were big for its location and price. It is about 3-5 mins walk from Jordan MTR and have many good eateries around the hotel. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and they made my stay more pleasant. Take note that the gym is located in the next building and has limited equipment with not attached toilet. This was the only letdown for me.

The hotel was very clean, and excellent room service. One of the staff Rolf did really good, was very helpful and even guided me on the nearest restaurants, banks, best food, best places to visit and etc. Even assisted me on the billing issue unexpectedly occurred. They handled the issue very well and im very satisfied with their service. My next visit to HK im sure will stay at this same place. Once again Thanks Rolf. You are the BEST!

This hotel has decent sizes room, we stayed in a double room and felt very comfortable comparing with other hotels in this neighborhood, front desk was friendly in general, many restaurants and street food in the area, bus to and from the airport is 1-2 blocks away.

Very spacious and clean room. Chose a good hotel with nearby eateries. Luckily these eateries stayed opened during the typhoon period. Friendly and efficient staff during check in. Only 1 small downside which is for the hotel to review the towels that they supplied to the room as some are torn and tattered. Nevertheless, this is still an overall good stay which I will recommend to my friends =).

Terrible experience here. Cleaning staff was rude and insisted they cleaned our room when they did not. Talked pretty aggressive to us. Overall seems like a badly run place.

Had been upgraded to Grand Deluxe, room was really big with Jacuzzi. 😍 After chatting with the cleaning lady, she told me everyroom has a Jacuzzi even not a big room❤️

Very nice location near Jordan metro station, all staffs are super nice and help me with every issue. The room is so spacious that is beyond my expectation, we had a good time there. Highly recommend.

Our stay here in Hong Kong was awesome. The receptionist were very attentive and helping getting information. We can also drop off our luggage here for storage if we decide to go out of the city. Really really nice rooms as well. I recommend staying here as the prices aren’t too bad either.

Convenient location in downtown, close to major commercial nodes in TST

Sadly i can only be giving 3 star out of 5 from my recent stay which i visit yearly. This is because firstly during checking in, the room wasn't properly clean and daily thr housekeeping seems not care much. So very dissapointed. Secondly on day 1 and 2 the air conditioning shut itself after around 8 hour of operating. So on my 1st night i was force to woke up around 2am just to turn on the AC. Thirdly the sound of the AC were loud and is well disturbing during the night. Finally there are stain on the bedding and it was only change after my stay of 4D/3N. In general, this might be my last time visiting/stay in this hotel. I used to stay in this hotel everytime i visit HK but due to the fact of its rating of 4 star hotel, pricing and recent experience, it just doesn't make any sense to revisit and pay such a price for such a room that wasn't up to its standard.

Neat and cozy place to stay with friendly staff and great food. Room amenities are better than average. I wished the gym room could open longer into the night, and some basic instructions can be provided in a better way (floor guide, TV guide, etc)

Good location and convenient. It is very close to the Airport Express bus stop. Room is quite modern and they have a very nice bathtub with jacuzzi. Game room was fun to use and the rooftop bar quite chill. Hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

Nice modern decor, fantastic central location. Our penthouse unit had great views but could get loud at night when the patrons of the lounge were waiting for the elevator just outside our bedroom door. The spiral staircase is not the most kid-friendly. But overall was a great value.

As the convi going on the horizontal lounge is closed at the moment and the gym is under renovation. Cafe is good, hotel staff are friendly and nice.

Highly recommend! Booked 5 nights,from 2019 Oct 15th to 20th. We had been upgraded to bigger Deluxe Room with bathtub. Room size is comfy for two. Staffs are helpful and nice. Rooftop Bar is a must-visit site. 3 minutes walk from hotel to subway Jordan station and airport express bus also 4 minutes away.

Very nice room, super comfy bed. Coffee maker and mini fridge. Great location right by Nathan street. Super convenient one bus # A22 from the airport it costs 39 HKD it's about 1hr ride.

Great hotel two minutes from Jordan MTR Station and also street Market in the evenings. Staff are polite and helpful and room is comfortable and clean. Good restaurants nearby as well as shops.
