I almost have no complaints during my fifteen-night stay at this hotel. They upgraded me to a larger sea view room. The only problem I had was the very loud slamming of possibly a common access door right above my room (my room was 2205). The bed was comfortable, the Dyson hairdryer was a pleasant surprise, and the long-stay rate was unbelievably good. The proximity to an MTR exit was also a huge plus. Would love to stay here again.

The room was a great value for its price, spacious enough, had a decent sized TV, bathroom was adequate, and was kept clean and orderly. I cant wait how nice the hotel will be after the renovations in the main entrance are finished. The location was very accessible for MTR and busses, with a nearby money changer offering better rates than the airport's.

I booked sea view room for 4 people with 1 king bed, 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room in affordable price. Room is huge comparative with other hotels in hongkong. There're many spaces enough for shattering your belonging, and also provides many amenities. Even if not much sea you can see, I definitely like this hotel. Location is very good. Hotel is next to MTR exit and a city tram is in front of the hotel. Just 10 minutes to Central and 20 mins to kowloon. Staff are helpful and ready to serve you 24 hours.

Wow this is a good hotel in HK clean room Spacious, hard to find at this price in Hong Kong. There are 2 bottles of water per day and the room is cleaned every day. Strong water. Easy to travel in front of the hotel at the tram stop. And on the side is the entrance to the train (A2 exit), but it's a staircase. Walk to the back of the building for another entrance (A1) that has an elevator. and you can see seaview in your room

We booked more than a month in this hotel because of the nice pictures on the booking website. The size of the room is bigger than the standard of the HK hotel room. It is next to the MTR station, but have a long walk to the train after entrance. The hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel should be improved. The blanket and pillows smell like feet, with dirts on the bedsheet and brownish water stain on the pillows. The building is quite old, we could hear the next room talking and awaken in the mid night by loud noise like a thundering "waterfall" or fountain from both sided rooms when they had shower or turn on the water. We were waken by the sound from the tram at around 5 am.

Got upgraded to a suite since they fully booked our previous room reservation. Definitely made a difference! We had 2 comfy queen beds, 2 clean restrooms, and lounge areas spacious enough to accommodate our luggages. The area is near the street, has taxis/Uber, trams and just beside the subway. There are only few restos/stores open late at night though, but can definitely recommend this place.

Checked in Monday afternoon for a 3 night stay, Check in was easy. Room is clean with some essential toiletries that are complimentary. 24 hour doorman ensures no unwanted guests. Our room was quite, perhaps we are in 14 floor and far away enough from the street. We had a issue with ac not working properly, someone came right away to inspect. I recommend this spot, I would use them again if needed. Checking out today, will update later. Best Regards Jimmy Wong VIP AUTO NYC

We found this to be a functional hotel located in a great area. Our room was clean and reasonably quiet, and we were able to get good sleep during our time in HK. A few very minor drawbacks: - our room was a bit dark, as the only window faced another neighbouring building (probably quite common in HK) - we found the wifi to be on the weaker side - cosmetically, the hotel feels a bit dated/shabby in a few areas (e.g. there were taped up notices in the elevator/lobby rather than real signs) Overall a decent, good value stay. Would consider returning if back in HK.

This is NOT the most welcoming place I have ever been. The staff is gloomy, not a single smile, not happy guests, just routine, it was unpleasant to communicate. The best thing about this hotel is the location, very close to the metro, literally walking distance. The street where the hotel is located is a long shopping street with the same dried clams, dried mushrooms and other local goods. There are small stores nearby with basic groceries. The rooms are neatly cleaned every day, but there is no "do not disturb" sign, so the staff woke us up in the mornings by ringing the doorbell and offering to clean up. I didn't like the fact that you can't get a good night's sleep. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Overall it is a good option for an overnight stay, quiet neighborhood.

Great location adjacent to MRT. Rooms are a good size - we had a the twin share (corner room, large windows) and double (strange config with glass door inside to desk area - one small window, dark) so bit of a mixed bag. One thing to note is that the hotel cannot guarantee adjacent rooms (at all) so if you are traveling as a family it might not be the best fit.

Vor Hk the rooms are rather spacious and the value for money is great. The shower head was a little loose and sometimes only one lift would work which makes for a long wait in a 25-storey building. Otherwise the staff was nice and the location is great. I love sai ying pun and all the little cafes and local stores. Beautiful district.

The room is clean and well organized. The hotel is right next to the train station which is very convenient. Surrounding area has a lot of local restaurants with cheap prices.

No fuss hotel in the heart of the city; considering HK hotel prices, this place is great value for money. Location - super convenient, literally RIGHT above the Sai Ying Pun MTR station Service & Staff - helpful and efficient with checking in and dealing with any special requests (i.e. extending my stay) Rooms - clean, had all the amenities you would require and if you're lucky, pretty sweet views looking out onto the harbour (not the star ferry side, but still!) I got upgraded to the Family Suite and it was AMAZING. 4 beds, 2 bathrooms and a conference room/work space. Bonus - the water pressure is amazing

Me and my friends stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. The room is good, clean and spacious. We also made a surprise birthday event inside our room. It made us so comfortable during our stay there and the staffs are friendly and welcoming. It's located beside Sai Ying Pun station Exit A2.

Love it a lot. Decent price and great service! I love the view and space of the room. Definitely will go there again! I specially book it online and got like 70%off, the space of the room amazed me and the location is great in Hong Kong island. Just need to take a bit walk to the metro, but it's not a big deal, many food and things to buy around, definitely would stay there again next time.

Before booking, please be aware of the following : Note that the notes below were written after a 3-week-long mandatory quarantine stay following a trip abroad. Room size 16 sqm (actual size) for the price of 220 sqft, with pillars and curbs strongly affecting the floorplan, with 2 single beds, is small and does not let you have much space for exercising... Wifi Slow (speed test : 2.8Mbps up and down !) and often broken down. Not reliable for Work From Home activities. Make sure to have an effective data-packed mobile plan and make use of your own hot-spot. The staff rests the wifi router on demand but it is seldom stable for more than a couple of hours. Delivery The hotel accepts to bring to your room any food or light parcel delivered to the lobby. Take advantage of this because the service provided by the hotel is very limited (see below) ! Bed and linen The bed mattress is 100% wrapped in a noisy plastic foil. Pillows are also fully covered with a noisy plastic wrap inside their cases. The mattress is covered with ikea's basic mattress protective cover, the one held with rubbers in the angles and that creases everywhere. Bed linen is guaranteed 1st price selection, partly synthetic fabric. Bath towels can be quite used : some unravel and fray on the sides (yet not all). No holes but fingers entangling in threads happens regularly. Windows 3 out 4 windows (angle room) are locked. The staff would not provide a handle or tool to open them. No way to have some air flow through the room, unless you manage tool delivery. Cleaning No cleaning or laundry services... and limited means to do the cleaning yourself : soap bars are supplied on demand. No toilet brush. No cleaning products, wipes or cloth. No vaccum cleaner or broom, not even to lend. No wire or hanger to dry your laundry after hand washing. Please consider this situation in case of mite or dust allergies. Communication with staff Communication between staff and resident through WhatsApp, due to a broken room phone. Food and beverages 2 complimentary 25cc bottles of water for a 3-week-long stay. Weekly meal selection : for each meal, choices among 2 dishes and 2 or 3 paper-packed drinks (room temperature Hong Kong style milk tea, coffee or sweet soy milk). No plain water or juice available. Whatever the choice, rice will be included in every single meal : breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don't expect continental breakfast or similar fancy dish. Fresh veggies and fresh fruit offered only once a week. Weekly meal delivery time selection : breakfast offered at 8 or 10, lunch at 11:30 or 14 and dinner at 18 or 19. But times can vary up to 1:15 hour before or after the selected times. I happened to get breakfast at 9:15 and the following lunch at 11:25. Your weekly selection (menu, drink and delivery time) is carried over from one week to the next and difficult to change : it took 3 days to effectively change the breakfast drink on the menu. Cutlery is restricted to disposable chopsticks, a disposable plastic chinese soup spoon and paper glass. No lending of a steel knife : you need to peel the weekly orange with your fingers and cut the food you order for delivery with whatever tool you brought. Yet, sturdy cutlery can be ordered in HK and delivered.

I am still staying in this hotel while writing this review. First impression, a small hotel but comparatively room size ok. However, better stay away during the covid 19 for mandatory quarantine. First of all, meal is serving always late ranging from 15 mins to even an hour and mostly food is not warm enough. Explainations given because the weather is cold and full house. What a shocking answer to hear! Food safety? Air condition down 3 times that I have to call the front desk for such a problem. Once I have noticed the maintenance sign appeared on the a/c panal ,and I called the front desk if they can do something about it, I was given an answer that they will not do anything until there is no air flow from the air outlet, what an answer! Air quality in a confined area! Last but very importantly the privacy of clients particulars which my wife has already made an email complaint letter to the hotel website. There is only slight improvement after calling the Health Dept Hotline twice during this stay. My experience is that there is not much use negotiating with front desk or the manager. If you choose to stay in this hotel, bring along a heating pot and enough snacks for yourself, tolerate their practice and you are good. I am about to leave soon. Good luck to the one who choose this place!

I am writing this review as I stay in the hotel for a 21 day (mandatory quarantine). The hotel was of the opinion that I ate the dinner I was supposed to receive and was lying about it. Upon repeated requests to them that was not the case (in spite of having video and photographic evidence) they were quite adamant, to the point I had to ask them to review their own camera footage if they didn't believe me. I called repeatedly that the delivery which was to be done at 7 PM hadn't shown up, eventually they stopped even responding to my calls, I was promised a call from the manager at 10:30 PM but even that did not come until 11:10 by which point I was pretty tired of being accused of lying about a lousy dinner. Would not recommend this place during or after COVID, especially if you value your dignity.

Stayed here for my 21-days quarantine. Pretty good service and room amenities. A friend had delivered a Lady M cake for me, cleaners had mistaken it as trash, but they managed to buy me another one the next day. Overall good experience for 21 days in a room.
