Super disappointed with this hotel. We decided to spend a little more because we were staying with kids. We chose this location due to proximity to family. The room was not really big. The facilities felt dated. The staff were curt and dismissive. They looked very helpful when dealing with package tours in the lobby. We also got 2 small bottles of water for 4 for our 3 week stay. Yep, you get 2 bottles with the room whether you stay 1 night or 100. Whether you have 1 person or 4. Penny pinching for a self claimed 5 star hotel.

Firstly I’d like to give an ode to Hong Kong as a city. What a city. Arguably the best city in the world. As for this Place, I bet this was was the place to be in the 80s/90s, full of grandeur and class. Business men smoking in their rooms when it was still healthy for you. These days sadly it’s looking a little tired, but it does retain some charm through the customer service and the reception area. It’s worthy of a 4 star hotel and a 4 star google review. Edible breakfast, nice pool and good gym with decent sized rooms. A bit far out if you like walking to places, but if you brave the MRT (which is great by the way, better than London’s) it’s well located next to a station. Overall, a good option to stay in the greatest city in the world. Long live Hong Kong.

Old dated rooms and terrible WiFi speeds (you can only connect 2 devices!) which throw you off after every 24 hour so you'll be in the middle of something, and have to re-register. You'll be lucky to get 1MB/s. The staff, aren't they something special. One or two are very friendly, but the majority are just arrogant and unwilling to help. They simply do not care and are just turning up doing the bare minimum possible. Front desk staff seem to be trained not to smile or offer any sort of customer service at all, very ill educated for this industry. Sales staff (in particular, Linda) will do whatever she can to charge you the highest rates possible despite any advertised prices to entice you. I'd avoid at all costs, there's plenty of other hotels you can go to for cheaper and better service than funding the wallets of these rude staff.

Booked a month stay as decent price considering it is not too far from HK island while I choose where to rent long term. More 3 stars than 4 stars but it has all the amenities one would expect, apart from wifi. Very difficult to work from the hotel room with such shockingly bad wifi, at least give people the option to pay for more reliable and faster wifi.

Faultless service from all the staff.  Excellent location adjacent to Hung Hom MTR. Staff were very understanding that my 'leavehomesafe' APP wasn't working. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool.  Spa and restaurants. Beautifully decorated. Connects to a mall for F&B. Small room but very comfortable bed and a quiet sleep.  Very loud AC. Shower is too low 350RMB. Pre-covid it would be 3X as much.  This city is dying, so sad to see. Lovely stay.

I wish I could give negative stars. What a nightmare experience with this hotel and agoda. They are no customer priority with poor customer service. They just want your money. Yes, I give money they give service. End up, money spent, no service and no honor to their customer. I have been travelled around world quite often with a silver flight membership, this is the worse hotel with the worse service. Don't excuse it's the agoda's problem. Agoda is your business partner. If they did something bad, the hotel itself has responsibility too. If you want to have a comfort and happy trip, stay away from this hotel and agoda.

Overall the customer service here has been quite good. Especially the caretaking staff members have been very positive and attentive to our needs during our stay.

The staff in the hotel is reachable, good, kind, patient, very helpful and most important is Smile ♥️ I like the one room attendant here I can feel comfortable with her I hope I can see her before I leave tomorrow. And everyday they do cleaning. Overall a very excellent hotel thanks for your good service. Will come back soon💞 **GRAND HARBOUR METROPOLIS HOTEL,thank you so much!😍 Thanks 7 days to stay here💞💞💞

The front desk staff is inefficient with slow check-in, and slow response when calling to request room cleaning At 25sq.ft, the room size is smaller than expected. The TV is too small, only about 20 odd inches. The hair dryer is a old design and has to be pressed all the time when using and the wind speed is weak. In addition, only Western-style black tea bags are provided, no Chinese tea or green tea bags. The toilet flush button is narrowly placed between the glass shelf and the toilet lid, which is very inconvenient to press. The hot and cold water controls are old design in the shower room and have to be tunned separately, making it difficult to control the water temperature. The overall service is average, without any surprises, not even comparable to domestic three or four-star hotels in the Mainland China. Yet, the location of the hotel is a credit with many eateries and shops nearby. The outdoor swimming poor is fine with good water quality and view!

Room is clean but needs more attention on the small area. Location is good if using Hung Hom station. Anyway, staffs need to have more service mind and specialize in your location, be helpful to guest.

An okay hotel. Staff friendly, helpful, and attentive. Room was nice. Good amenities. My travel agent booked the room and I liked it. None of the bad things I have seen in other hotels. It is not luxurious, but it is decent. I felt comfortable here.

We booked a studio with kitchen to stay for a month. The absense of a closet and drawers makes unpacking impossible. Only option is to lay the suitcases flat on the floor and sort out the clothing everyday. Further the 32 inch TV tells you the age of this hotel. The pool is of decent size and pool staff are friendly. Only setback is the Jacuzzi malfunction and no sign to get it fixed. Conclusion : short stay is ok if you do not have a habit of unpacking.

Ideally situated adjacent to Hung Hom MTR Station and close by bus stops. Pleasant view of Victoria Harbour from our room.

Very good hotel and near to a shopping mall and a station, which facilitates you in your transportation between different areas in Hong Kong.

Had buffet lunch. Variety of eastern, western and Indian food was available. Most of the food was delicious but pizza was not looking fresh. Overall good experience.

I wasn't impressed at first. The shopping mall of which this hotel is based in has very little suitable food options and as does the surrounding area of Hung Hom. The main selling point for me when booking this hotel was that I was looking forward to relishing the patio bar that has the uninterrupted views of Hong Kong's magnificent harbour and unwind with a drink or two. However, despite no mention on the website or on Google, this particular bar was closed. The only option was to crowd in with what seemed like hundreds of people to a dark restaurant (with blinds closed so you couldn't even see the view) and have a buffet meal. I didn't want a buffet meal! I just wanted a simple yet elegant meal somewhere quiet and have a drink, but this wasn't possible. The mall itself is pretty terrible and the food places all just local fast food outlets. My room was also too small so for me, so that was my breaking point. I told the manager, Keith, I wanted to leave with a full refund. He politely and calmly told me that this couldn't be arranged due to the conditions of my booking, but he instead found me a suite with lots of ample space and provided me with a couple of drinks tokens to apologise for the closure of the hotel's redeeming feature - the outdoor patio bar. This made the stay a lot more pleasurable. Although the food and drink options are still scarce, the service was pretty good and I enjoyed the suite.

Fantastic stay here for several months. Staff (cleaning and front desk both) are nice and friendly that gave me a homey feeling. Some might be trainees who seem nervous but they’re getting there. Room (the suite type) is spotlessly clean. Though the couch has seen better days. The hotel is undergoing renovation, hopefully replacing the couch please! Bed is supportive and comfortable. Room was upgraded for sea view for my second stay. Full set of kitchen utensils was provided upon request which is so helpful. Overall facilities look dated but fully functional and really clean. Nothing to complain about. Price wise I would say it’s expensive but value for money.

Lovely place to stay in Hong Kong. We had a week here, couldn't fault the facilities or service. Our room was a good size, great view, comfortable bed, great air con. Fridge was a good size and worked well. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The room servicing was very efficient. Buffet breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from, all cooked perfectly. Good price. Location is great, a wonderful shopping arcade right beside us, easy walking distance to the waterfront. The free shuttle service to their other hotel was great, every 20 minutes, close to heaps of shops, restaurants and services. I'd be very happy to come back here, any time.

One of the best hotel experiences of my life, not the cheapest in HK but so worth it. So close to the mtr, a million options on food panda and the best staff. Come early to enjoy the pool and the view.

Room: 1 star for the 700ft suite (逸緻豪華海景套房). Simply wasn't worth the price at all. A suite with not enough room lights, nonfunctional and very old tv, no bath tub, no sofa bed included as requested, too cold, bad room design. Feel like I was staying at a 2-star chinese hotel. Food: 4 star. Ordered two dinner sets from room service and they were great. One dessert (a cake) was missing though. Service: 5 star. All staff were very polite and helpful from the very beginning of booking to the moment we left. Wonderful.

Check in is really slow. I was waiting in line for 20 mins. Guest rep Gavin was behind the desk taken care other matters before helping the line. Prioritization is poor. Room arrangement is awful as well. End up giving me last room done the hallway, 2 single bed even I requested a week ago for 1 mattress.
