I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. This latest stay was very disappointing, and I will never pick this hotel again. The biggest issue is the lack of maintenance. The hotel rooms are small and efficient, but they used to be clean. Now I am welcomed with damp towels, gym locker room smell, and literally mold growing on the caulk around the bathroom edges. Staff service was polite and efficient. I strongly urge the owner and management to do something to fix their cleaning and maintenance routine.

For the price, it was a clean decent hotel. The staff were friendly. Of course the rooms are small and location of the hotel is little bit distant from many attractions. It was little bit of walk from the nearest Subway station especially with small children. Maybe I noticed the distance more since it rained for the most part of our stay.

Staff was flexible and accommodating. The hotel had up to date Gym made the experience even better. I really enjoyed the stay. Check In and check out process was simple and smooth. Storing luggage for an excursion after check out was not an issue.

Choosing a hotel can often be a bit of a lottery and people's views can be very different. We have been very pleased with Hotel LBP. Good location, very easy check in, good size room, free coffee and soft drinks, a n outside patio for the smokers, very helpful staff and all for around £100 a night. Very good value for money by Hong Kong standards.

I was here in 2019 to the nine nine fetival,before all this happend........ It is a very good hotel. We stayed 13 nights.it is very central but not touristical . a nice park, to relax in this megascity, is a short 2 min walk away. Rooms are small, for an european , but bigger than the average in HK. When we will have the chance to visit HK again.We will stay here.

Great hotel in a great location of Hong Kong. The rooms are small as you would expect in Hong Kong but they are very well appointed and have all the perks you would need and then some. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. They even brought my wife a cafe for her birthday. which says a lot about how the company appreciates its guests. It is a quick walk from the hotel to anywhere you need to go in Hong Kong while still being in a quit area and very affordable.

This maybe the best hotel in Hong Kong. Very good service desk. Very nice common area, gym room and all facilities are clean and decent. The staff help me upgraded my rm to business( originally I booked luxury double) Room is comfortable and clean. Location is great coz bars and restaurant are everywhere. I have a very good stay with my partner. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was small/compact but guess standard for Hong Kong. Otherwise it clean and modern. Shower was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had lots of little extras like good free coffee and complimentary soft drinks, etc. Location was OK for us, less bustly than kawoon but not far from ferry, etc

Stayed here for 4 nights for the entire duration of our trip and the overall experience was great! It wasn't peak season when we stayed there so our room was upgraded to a bigger one!! The room we stayed in was clean, had a mini-kitchen and a living room!! They also have a small patio where you can have your complimentary breakfast. We bought our Disneyland ticket from the front desk so we wouldn't line up once we get there and it came with a small HK Disneyland token/souvenir. I would definitely stay here again and actually recommended this to one of our friends who was planning to visit HK this year.
