I called them so many times no response at all. Please don't waste others precious time. Especially who are overseas and don't have access to embassy. Really dissatisfied

A nice big old hotel but well maintained and comfortable plus spacious. Easy to walk all over TsT.,conveniently located. Room service staff were excellent. Front office staff needs to improve on customer service although they looked tired and over worked !

location is great. hotel really need renovation. it smells when entering the floors and rooms. but since already check in and pay, no choice. On the day of checkout, cleaner keep telling us if we checkout yet so they can clean rooms. okay, i told them not yet since it only 9AM (check out time is 12PM) and will check out by 11:30AM. keep asking and opening our rooms. told us if we all can move into our other family room so they can clean the one room we are at. Maybe should change the check out time. NOT WORTH the money to pay!

The staff are really nice, but there’s what seems to be mold in the comforters. It’s only visible when shone by light, so it looks clean at first. Bathroom walls were chipping as well. As for the breakfast buffet, it was decent. I don’t suggest having it daily tho, it’s easy to get sick of the same food.

Kimberly hotel was a very frugal option, plus the location was outstanding. Being in Tsim Sha Tsui, we enjoyed the proximity to mass transportation, restaurants, and bars in the area. Kimberly hotel will always depict memory lane to bring in the nuance of a travel experience that personified our life stage. I can't be happier with the staff who were so willing to help and supplied pliers to help us get the metal stitches out, a memory from a week ago when we went out in Roppongi.

At first they put us in a smoking room but we were changed to another after telling the staff. Service was nice, room is cleaned but the bath has a very slow drain but they’re doing renovation to that. It’s situated in a very good location with many restaurants and stores nearby

Run down and old hotel with carpeted rooms. However, carpets were all worn out and parts were torn. The rooms were not properly cleaned either, with food crumbs on the floor. Bed sheets were yellowish with stains and blankets were mouldy. By the end of the trip, our skins were itching badly. Bathroom was quite small too and the bathtub also has some stains. Made multiple calls to their reception to ask for some items (cup, pillow, towel as only two of each were given when there are 3 of us booked and paid for the room), but no one ever picks up the phone. Turned on the 'Do not disturb' light for the room and house keeper still asked to clean our room. Pretty much defeats the purpose of the 'Do not disturb' doesn't it. Also came back to the room one evening and realized a bag of trash was placed infront of our room door. Unsightly and unhygienic. Overall staff were all not very friendly and does not seem to want to answer questions on how to navigate the place. One and done.

The Kimberley Hotel is centrally located in the bustling shopping and entertainment district of Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon with 45 minutes drive from the airport and 15 minutes from the Hung Hom Train Station & Kowloon Station. The MTR station, Star Ferry, Avenue of Star, Hong Kong Space Museum, Cultural Center and major corporate offices are within walking distance. At the Kimberley Hotel, the three elegant restaurants and Bar are on offer to guest, as well as business center, gym and health spa for your recreation.

Old style room but good enough for us considering the price. Hotel service is good. Location is fairly good considering amenities, food, shopping centre are within 2 min walk distance. Night life is within short walking distance. Mtr not near but within walking distance. Try to take the main road to/from hotel, and not the smaller roads if you are walking with luggage. Steep uphill if you walk the smaller roads.

The rooms are quite old and outdated. same for the dusty hairdryer.... Worst of all is my room has no wardrobe & hangers 🤦‍♀️ Front office staff are friendly, but one of the Porter/concierge guys is extremely rude. Overpriced!

We enjoyed our stay here. Like most reviews have mentioned, rooms are dated and old, but our toilet and bedsheets were clean. They could probably upgrade some of their furnitures. We arrived during a typhoon night and were given a 4-person bedroom for 3 people. Room sizes are very spacious, we could open 3 large luggages fully with still a lot of walking space. Drinking Water is refilled everyday as well as the standard coffee/tea, toiletries. Front desk receptionists and the cleaners were very polite and helpful. We did not have to give a deposit during check in. Location is superb. 5 minutes walk to TST station or a mere 6-minute walk to East TST station. It's also surrounded by pharmacies, eateries, shopping, and famous tourist spots.

Fantastic location just a couple of hundred feet from Nathan Road, Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR Exit B1. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The only disadvantage is that the room decor is old-fashioned. I’m summary, this is a value-first 4-star hotel.

The hotel is in the center, it is so convenient to enjoy so many interesting places around. The building is built in 1990. So it is quite old. The room is small, smelly bed is not good but the restroom is pretty ok. The price at this moment is quite good. Just some employees here speak english but they are so friendly. Hope you have very good time here in hong kong

this is the place that suitable for traveler. The location is goods. You can take a bus number a21 from the airport to this hotel. However, it is quite confused for me to find the hotel because all the name of the building and shops on this road are named is "Kimberley" which is the name of this road.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR ROOM. CARPET SMELLS VERY BAD. SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTE AND PEE STAINS. WE REQUESTED TO CHANGE ROOM, BUT THE HOUSEKEEPING SPRAYED AIR FRESHERS ONLY. RESTROOM HAS MOLDS AND CRACKED TOILET SEATS. MY COMMENT IS THIS HOTEL CAN BE CONSIDERED 2STAR HOTEL ONLY. I AM POSTING THIS REVIEW SO THAT THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS HOTEL CAN IMPROVE THEIR ROOMS AND SERVICES.

Easy to come from airport by Bus no.A21 and stop on 13th bus stop. Get off the bus then turn right following the bus direction to see the alley. After that, turn left at the corner that is a mall. Go straight and the hotel on the right side. Check-in 02:00PM and Check-out 12:00PM

It is in the main city of Hong Kong, nearby to market places. Rooms are average, security modest. Staffs are modest, not very friendly, do not know whether due to language barrier or not!

It's a mid range hotel, not so fancy, probably need to change the look/interiors of the rooms. However the location is very convenient with surrounding food & shopping options.

Great location - 7/11 is just across, pharmacy in 10meters, restaurants and shops within 1 km. Train stations is 500m away, bus station is 300m away. Room is decently spacious compared to other HK units - it has a bath tub and toiletries and water are provided. Clean corridors and nice cleaning ladies who greet you everytime. No bidet and nothing can be played in the tv though.

Old school hotel. Slight uphill that you would need to go if you are travelling on MTR. All is alright, good option if not fussy.

The room isn't really spacious. Has got windows, nonetheless can't be opened. Though there is a separate wifi antenna in the room, the connectivity is really bad with frequent connection drops and multiple login requests. However, the room has basic amenities and the bathroom is clean.

Poor internet service.. Very low bandwidth!! . I am quarantine for 21 days and unable to do office work with such low bandwidth!.. And guess what you have to pay extra if you want to connect the wifi for more than 2 devices!!!

The room is very spacious, especially for Hong Kong standards; clean and well maintained, but all in all a bit dated. WiFi works fine and the reasonable desk is a big plus. T.V. Is rather small and there is a limited choice of channels (including BBC and National Geographic). Smokers rooms are available. Staff is polite and helpful. Location is quite good. 2mins walk to Nathan road, lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. All in all good value for the money.

The only good part of this hotel is the central location. Room fixtures are damaged. Toilet is old fashioned and it takes a hard time to flush. (well, it was the same during my last stay there years ago). Power points are still pure Hong Kong style when many hotels now offer multiple types not needing an adapter. They charge HKD 8 for 1 page printout thus raising a question if they make money from printouts!!!!! All in all, look for other options.

bad experience in hotel, the room is so dirty

  • 3/5 Gary N. 4 years ago on Google
Spacious enough and affordable. Smell of the room isn’t as pleasant, lobby is always packed, busy though their staffs have been rushing mad. Good price, lots of other shops around within walking distance to food, 7-11, SASA cosmetics etc. If you don’t expect much, I would say it’s a 3.5 star hotel instead.

The hotel is VERY OLD and lack of maintenance for sure. Lot of mold inside the blanket, but you need to put it against the room light to see it. Cleanliness is highly concern. Wifi is super slow or maybe it just my room is at the corner so I get no signal. Doesnt deserve 4 stars, maybe 2 or 3

Northern part of TST but it is extremely close to Donki Store. Rooms are larger and spacious while MTR is still accessible but takes a few more steps. You're room view may vary and temperature control isn't very cool even when set at 15°C.

Rooms are dated, the water from the shower is so slow. For the price it is okay.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Hong Kong. The price is reasonable and the location is superb. Airport pickup and drop off point is diagonally across from the hotel. I've stayed with them twice already and would love to return for future stay.

  • 4/5 Franz Martin Vera C. 1 year ago on Google
Check-in was okay, we reserved for two rooms, however the other room took 40mins to get prepared. The location was excellent as the hotel is near the TST (D1) MTR Stn. A lot of 7-Elevens and there’s a KFC nearby. Overall, the hotel is very good.

  • 4/5 Jacky C. 11 months ago on Google
It's a decent hotel. Dated. It's location is probably It's best feature.
