This is a great hotel and located in a nice shopping area. My Wife and I was pleasantly surprised for getting an upgraded room upon checking in. The room is clean and have nice amenities. The standing shower is great with nice water pressure. I wished I had asked for more pillows though. Convenient to the MTR and grabbing a taxi. You will it go hungry in this area. Spent 2 nights here and the check in and out was hassle free which is great. I would recommend it for couple travel or small family. Will be back.

Location is great. Rooms are small but clean and fine. There are only 2 lifts but they are reliable. Staff at desk are cold and unfriendly. Literally don't even greet with 'hello' in English or Cantonese. There's no tea or coffee in rooms or in the lobby 'due to COVID'. Bed is short. I'm only 178cm and my feet went well off the bottom.

Location is really great and it's in the middle of shopping street. The room is quite big and has sofa. You can leave luggage at storage room. The things that I don't like here are woman staff who looks annoy all the time and don't want to provide service. Hotel provide only 2 small water bottles and can't ask more. The room price on weekend is quite expensive.

Worst hotel in the world! Terrible staff, extremely bad attitude, horrible and dusty room, noisy air-conditioner and no sound proof! Not take their responsibility and no apology for the extremely low quality room and services! Do not stay there or you may waste money and get your holiday ruined!

Value for money. You can’t find any other hotel in busy TST that’s inexpensive but cozy and nice. The only downside is the tiny rooms. You get what you pay for. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing considering the size and inexpensive interiors. However, the bathroom doors are open wide and the toilet bowl uses some kind of water that really smells. The blackout curtains need to be cleaned. You can see the stains and dust.

Although not big, this cute boutique hotel has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Very clean bedding & bathroom. Excellent location in the heart of Tsimshatsui. Lots of design elements in lobby, lifts & other common areas. Free coffee & tea, magazines, computer & comfortable seats in lounge area. Only small complaint is bad soundproofing where you will be easily disturbed if have noisy neighbours. Other than that, all is good!

Attitude Hotel is in convenient location for traveling. Staffs were nice and paid attention to details. They offered to upgrade the room as it’s my travel companion’s birthday with the room that has the same number as his birthday. The room was clean. While we stayed here, they helped putting out Typhoon notification at the entrance to notify travelers. Thank you for the nice experience staying here.

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated however the room size is ridiculous small even for HK standards. If you are tall or EU average size you might to fit in the bed. Nearly not space to open your bags. Location is great!

Room was clean and quiet, although pretty small but this is to be expected. Bit of a damp smell in mine. Location is brilliant with only a couple minutes walk to nearest MTR station, and 15-20 minutes to the promenade. Check-in and check-out was smooth, although there is a HK$500 deposit which was returned in full with no issue. Overall pretty good for a weekend stay.

The location of the Hotel is great, stone-throw away from TST MTR exit B2. It diagonally opposite a low traffic mall, The One. Room design is quite unique, a little of new age feel. Beside these, the room is not the most comfy to stay. Bed is hard, closer to china style, not British. You can hear every single word someone else outside or next door is talking. Any kicking noise was as if it’s directly on your wall. Towel is very used. Moulds can be seen in various places in bathroom. No hand soap at basin. Due to the position of the bed, queen-size, I have to climb up the bed to draw the curtains. Not too comfy to stay with the noise.

Staff are fluent in English. Easy check-in and check-out process. Rooms are small but I think this is pretty common to all hotels in Hong Kong. Our room was pretty and stylish, complete with what I need - hair dryer, water heater and coffee cups, fridge and safe box. Reservation through their website is easy. Modification has to go through email communications. Location is prime and accessible to all bus and train stations. Stores and restaurants are just below the hotel. Their Lobby has 2 iMacs to do business with. Lobby is also stylish with comfortable chairs.

They have a very popular hotpot steamy restaurant on 3rd floor sharing a common elevator access. Good for a hotel building?

They have 3 room sizes, so choose the right one correctly. the smallest room is 15m2 and is good for 1 adult ( unless both occupants are small / petite ). I got the 25m2 room and it was spacious. Location is perfect , close to everything. There are nearby restos, convenience stores, hardware store, etc. Service is good enough, reception staff are straightforward and will attend to your questions or needs. Room Cleaning person I met was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in the future.

The room is too small. In agoda shows room size 15 sqm. But actually 10 sqm. (Smaller than30%)

It was my first trial to stay in this hotel, i like the interior design in the room, general cleaning in the room is good, but the towels were reused long time, can see it is from white to grey colour....not looking good...the stain inside the shower cubical is still on there! Dont understand the painting on the wall..."Life is but the taste of tsim sha tsui" what is the meaning?

I chose this hotel based on the design and location. It's perfectly located in Tsim Sha Tsui, close to the MTR. The rooms are furnished nicely and with a quirky style. We booked the Urban Double Room so knew it would be small. It's fine for 2 people, but it has minimal amenities - only a kettle and bottled water, no included tea or coffee. There is also no tea or coffee in the lobby 'due to COVID', which seemed like a poor excuse. One reason why I may not stay here again is the very bad service from staff. Vincent checked us in and did not even greet us, and looked like he hated his job. Given there are heaps of hotels in the area, I would try another place first before rebooking.

Had a really good experience. When our original room’s air conditioning didn’t work, staff addressed our issue right away.

Room were too small, and sound isolation between rooms were bad. Wouldn't recommend.

The room quite comfortable and bigger than my expectation. The location was so great, closed the everything within walking distance. The WiFi turn out not so good within the room but in lobby no problem.

Go somewhere else. This place is a joke. You’d be better off staying in a shoe box and the customer service was non existent. Asked the manager for a good restaurant to eat and he sent us on a wild goose chase. Took a taxi as he recommended to a place about 25-30 minutes away from the hotel and the food was horrible. Avoid this palace like the plague. Or like a new variant.

Cozy nice place, walking distance to shopping centres, bus and train stations, convenience stores, and restaurants. With bar on level 4, and reception on level 5. Love the interior design with artsy installations, although room is quite small. Helpful staffs, and welcoming. Recommended for short stays

The check-out staff’s attitude was super super bad, and when I gave them suggestions on improvements for the hotel, they just ignored me and kept the attitude coming. Very bad experience.

I absolutely loved this boutique hotel! It has so much character! Every turn there was something to enjoy and look at! Staff were helpful too. Our room had just as much character as the lobby and I loved the decor. Bed was extremely comfy too.

Stayed here for a night. Booked an urban room with 2 twin beds, but when we checked in the receptionist said only a room with 1 queen bed was available, which was disappointing. The staff could have been more accommodating. The room and bathroom was well maintained, neat and clean. However it was pretty small, and can become tight especially if you have luggage. Good location in TST as it's close to The One shopping mall, MTR and bus stops.

Excellent Value for money! Modern, clean room with a nice bathroom. Lots of plugs. Huge comfortable bed with 4 pillows. Safe environment: key restricted lift and a huge safe. Polite English speaking staff. Great location.

Our stay was decent, it ran from 6/27 to 7/1, a very hot and humid period. The room is kind of tight (the bed occupied 1/3 the whole space and goes from wall to wall which I would expect in a Chungking Mansion guesthouse), but at least it's bigger than those hotels where the shower is right above the toilet. The bed was indeed a queen, so it was spacious enough for two short people (myself and my Lady) and it felt plenty good to sleep on. Maybe we were just lucky, but it didn't seem like noise from adjacent rooms was a problem. What made the room a bit uncomfortable was that it felt a little damp most of the time, especially the top of the sheets. There didn't seem to be mold on the sheets, but there might have been mold on the shower tiles/grout. We didn't have breathing complications for our 4 night stay, so perhaps it's nothing to worry about. It would have been nice to have more room to hang clothes to dry and more hangers (the laundry is ridiculously expensive, something like $8 to wash&dry a single shirt, they must be using baby tears for washing). Also, it would have been nice to be able to open the window to allow dampness to escape. The aesthetic of the place is cool, but I expected a little more from it, and some elements are repeated. The liner was coming off of the sink rim on one side (even before we stayed). The door man isn't especially polite/DGAF; we had more hospitality from another hotel we stayed in TST that was only $40 (USD) more for the same amount of time. The front desk is better mannered than the door man and helpful enough and they speak more English than the other hotel's front desk. They loaned us an electrical outlet converter for free that worked just fine. The mobile phone that comes with the room is kind of cool, but also frustrating to use. When you unlock the phone screen, sometimes it goes right back to the unlock screen and you have to unlock a second time and occasionally you'll have advertisements fill up the screen. None the less, it was helpful in getting around (and good to have a backup), it had 4G while our American cellphones only had 2G. I wish I had used the mobile hotspot capability and I wish it had a better/faster user interface. I might stay again just because the price was good, it's right above the cusp of being too cramped with the shower/toilet combo and being too expensive.

Positives: + 'Protests prices' - about HK $350 (£35ish) per night - made it very good value for money. + Excellent location. A few minutes walk to Tsim Sha Tsui metro station. Lots going on in local Kowloon area. 15 minutes from hotel door to Hong Kong island. + Relatively newly furnished and clean room. Optimal use of space. + Wall-to-wall windows make room feel bright and have reasonable views. + Espresso coffee machine in reception (free/unlimited use) Negatives: - Got tear gassed a couple of times entering/exiting the hotel - not Hotel's fault.... - ...However, one evening while standing in the ground floor concierge area, a manager came and shouted at me unpleasantly - ordering me to go to room immediately (due to protesting going on in the street outside). Ironically, where she stood to shout at me actually set-off the sensor in the (closed) automatic door, thereby letting in lots of tear gas, causing us all to cough and cry a lot. No apology for this. - Rooms are very small, even by HK standards. Fine for one person, but think two people may struggle for space. The toilet is only about 1.5m away from the pillow area on the bed.

The hotel is at the Granville road which is next to Nike and Lush. Reception counter is at level 5 and the lobby is full of local graphic and elements which i like it a lot. We got the Studio Suite Twin Room which comes with living room and very spacious for 2 people. Bathroom is decent and clean. Worth to try.
