Have stayed over a year, room is cozy with lovely city view. Superb location surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants, public transports are nearby. The sales team, reception and cleansing staff are helpful and positive. Though it has been a hard time for everyone due to COVID-19, my stay was pleasant and warm in Travelodge Central. Will definitely stay again when I return. Thank you so much! x

I work at night time and sleep day hours. Unfortunately every start of the day, the cleaning staff, mechanics, after-cleaning supervisors, all unprofessionally banging doors when going in and out the rooms and talking loud when working at neighbouring rooms. Then there is the sound of the water pipes, the conversations of other guests etc from next door, all could be heard during the stay. If anyone’s priority is a QUIET room, I suggest a big NO.

Well, after I wrote a review it was deleted ASAP. So let me repeated again and make it short. Not Good For Long Stay! Cigarette and nasty smell at the corridor and inside the room! When I asked for help, the reply was “ we don't smell any cigarettes, can't help you”. Loud noise from neighbors after midnight, even in signed contract said “no-no”! How do you deal with it? You call reception every single night to ask for solving a problem. And as a long stay guest, I didn't have a good test for 2 weeks. Solution? Lose paid money and leave this place!

Room had a smell coming from the toilet. After several room cleans there was no change.

It’s been a very nice location in Central Hong Kong! Very easy to get around! We were on our honeymoon/anniversary when we stayed in the hotel. The hotel gave us a free bottle of wine to celebrate! The staff are very friendly, they will help you whenever you need something! Definitely will go back again!

LAST RESORT OPTION I would only recommend this place if this was a last resort. The photos appear to make the room look very modern and clean; however, the room was far from that. You can obviously tell that they just renovated the hotel/room but did a very poor job. When reading previous reviews, I don’t understand how people are rating this a 10/10 when this is more like a 4/10. CONS: •The floor felt very dirty and you can see dirt stuck in between where the tile meets carpet. •The walls have old watermarks from the previous guests. •The towels that were provided had previous guest’s hair and red stains. •It’s on a hill so it would be recommended to cab here instead of walking. PROS: •Cheap (you get what you pay for) •Close to shopping

Clean, spacious, fridge, excellent customer service. 5 stars is not enough 10 stars for their effort and hospitality. They even have a phone with a map that helps you navigate your way around the city That alone was priceless . I will always stay at this hotel and highly recommend it especially as it's in a fantastic location.

Location is good. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Rooms are very different, some of them are good, some of them are also good but with a tiny window. When we booked a room, it was including breakfast. As it turned out it was a little cake, that is all. I think it will be correct not to write that the room includes breakfast. Cleaning of the room is not so good, because there is a lot of dust on a table, a bed light and TV. The fridge is also dirty.

For a budget hotel, this def exceed my expectations. Its clean and it’s centrally located. My room has a relatively decent view of a park. I visit Hong Kong very often before pandemic and staying at a hotel can get expensive if you are staying for 2-3 weeks. Airbnb isn’t as cheap as it used to be. This is a great alternative.

The staff denied my booking at the reception saying that they are not allowing customers for 4 day measure quarantine. The hotel website didn’t even mention anything about that. The staff was super rude didn’t even offer water while I waited there for 1 hr for cancelling the booking.

Really good. Great location, right by an excellent café and convenience store, and in a great part of town to explore. Good, sometimes very good price. I extended my stay twice and was very happy to spend a week or so here.

Travelodge central Hollywood is 10 minutes to central. The room we stayed was Deluxe Queen Room a double bed. This place is clean and roomy. Pleasant and helpful staffs. Walking distance to many eateries and local small restaurants. This old part of Sheung Wan is a place to explore some old British colonial architecture. Experience a tram ride to the city square. I will definitely stay here again.

Got early check in and late check out special offer with agoda membership. Happy about that. Not so happy with the room setting though. Was given room 1204. The toilet and shower place were separated by a few steps with a narrow walkway. The shower place has no hook so one cannot put clothes inside and the sink that’s outside is too small to place towels and clothes. Towels were placed in the toilet. So basically one has to come out of the shower wet, squeeze oneself through the space between the shower sliding door and the sink that’s half of the space of that sliding door opening to get the towel in the toilet. Will request not to be in that room if I ever book this hotel again Other than the weird spacing, it was reasonably priced.

Good quality budget hotel

Room was not cool enough initially so changed rooms. The new room was cooler but didn't have a window. Toilet was disabled friendly in the second room, but it just shows me that disabled people are not as welcomed here as in other budget hotels

Love my stay here each time. One of the few hotels that allow you to watch a movie from your own flash drive, or use the TV for your laptop with an HDMI cable. Everything is slightly different in quality and style. I find the rooms bigger, decoration more interesting, than similar rooms of the same price. Easier to make instant noodles. Friendly and helpful reception. I once left 2 flash drives in the room. Didn't mention it to them for a month , but still got them back.
