Very old hotel room even for so called pure air signature room. Cracks on walls. Not hygienic with bad smell. The TV was very tiny, not clear and using analogue signal. The rooms are not properly sound proofed. The windows are not double glazed so the noise coming in from the streets. Bars, clubs, saunas nearby hotel located. Noisy & complicated. Looks like a 2-3 stars motel. I would definitely not go back again. Not worth its price.

I was travelling in a group of 4 and we shared a large family style room. The room was large as expected with a huge bathroom and amazing shower. The water pressure on the shower was perfect. The room we had included 2 double beds, a twin sized bed and a couch. The family rooms are located on the first and second floors, but a large room was a fair compromise for a better view.

Excellent stylist and handy hotel. Very friendly and helpful front of house staff. Booked a family room in 2nd floor, super quiet a slept till 9am without hearing any street noise. Comfortable beds and awesome shower. Good value for money !

Good location. Efficient staff - 'check in' was a breeze! Room was a comfortable size. King bed was comfortable as well with four pillows (2 firm, 2 soft). Bathroom was almost as large as the room. Shower was terrific with great water pressure. Smoke sensor was sensitive so have to turn on the AC. Actually the AC was the only con- worked too well so and we were a tad cold all night. Room also came with an air purifier tho air quality was fine. Tea, coffee, and kettle were provided, as well as fridge, and complimentary bottles of water. Great value for the money!!

Staff extremely nice and helpful. Location is very convenience, in the centre of TST. Affordable price with good services, highly recommend.

The wifi sucks in loading video, but browing websites are ok, the staff are nice.

Horrible client services!! Don't care the client, just want their money!! First of all, a female representative name called Karen she said she is manager she even didn’t deserve to be staff also manager She is very rude all time visit many times she don’t deserve to working in hospitality industry shame on you. Before they working And survive due the the location but now ossais New hotel opposite side will show them with the excellent service rooms and price.

Be careful. This is not a 4stars hotel. Very old furniture and in bad conditions same as carpets. You can tell by the walls as soon as get if the lifts. Bad taste and poor quality. I booked a room with a wifi device that wasn’t given until I complain. Not a single help if you carry many bags. Just go across the road!

Reception service is good and the room is also nice with acceptable facilities for a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the not enough internet bandwidth is a problem especially during peak using hours at night time; no luck to play video or having online meeting.

Staff was very nice, rooms were quite spacious, but the view in my room wasn’t good. Wifi was ok, but kept disconnecting, I could stream netflix but every other episode wifi disconnected. Rooms seems clean, but when I looked under the bed, I found dirty old udon noodles that were not from me. Decent location with many restaurants nearby, okish vibe

The room is clean. Excellent location. Amenities are fine, and wish they offer body lotion too. The cell phone and portable WiFi device are useful. The bed is a bit too firm to my preference, but the comforter and pillows are nice. Cleaning staffs did a great job cleaning and tidying the room. Front desk is helpful and courteous, some are very friendly, but they they wouldn't initiate any greetings till I said hi or good morning to them first. Overall it was a nice stay. I would recommend and stay there again.

poor customer service on booking reservation hotline, nice Front desk staffs,room facility is good, if more choices for TV channel is better. After all, having a nice night at your hotel and consider to visit again in coming future

Luxury enough for the value of the money it provides. Best location for any type of tourist visiting HONG KONG.

Perfect locations! Just 5 minutes away from Tsim Sa Chui MTR. Lots eateries (both halal and non halal) and massage nearby. You can get everything within walking distance.
