This
is
basically
a
budget
hotel
with
nice
common
areas
and
a
Hyatt
brand.
The
rooms
are
tiny
(about
30sqm),
and
service
horrendous.
If
you’re
a
World
of
Hyatt
guest
(even
a
Globalist),
you
get
very
little
benefits.
They
do
everything
possible
to
reject
requests
for
room
upgrades,
such
as
insisting
the
better
rooms
are
unavailable
even
when
their
website
shows
availability,
and
claiming
that
they
cannot
allow
upgrades
unless
the
better
room
is
available
for
your
entire
stay
(even
if
you’re
willing
to
change
rooms).
I
also
stayed
at
Grand
Hyatt,
and
got
upgraded
before
I
arrived.
If
you
speak
to
their
staff
and
they
say
they
would
get
back
to
you,
the
likelihood
of
that
happening
is
under
5%.
I
faced
an
issue
with
my
room
rate,
as
I
had
originally
booked
a
stay
for
5
nights
but
then
shortened
it
to
3
nights.
As
the
2
nights
cancelled
were
the
weekend,
the
rates
for
those
2
nights
were
much
higher
than
the
3
nights
I
stayed,
so
by
shortening
my
stay,
my
rate
should
have
been
lower
(it
was
a
cancellable
rate),
yet
they
used
the
average
rate
of
the
5
nights
to
apply
to
the
3
nights
that
I
stayed.
After
speaking
to
several
staff
members
(because
no
one
ever
got
back
to
me),
they
all
insisted
there
was
nothing
they
could
do.
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
stay
somewhere
else.
