Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel: A Mixed Experience As an adult reviewing this hotel, my feelings are mixed. The hotel is fantastic for kids, but for adults, there are some drawbacks. Starting with the room, it feels somewhat outdated. A notable inconvenience is the shower, which has separate handles for hot and cold water. This means every time you pause the shower, you have to fiddle to get the temperature right again when you resume. However, moving beyond the room, the experience improves significantly. The staff here deserve a special mention. They are not only fluent in English but also incredibly helpful, making communication a breeze. As for the pricing, it's what you'd expect from Disneyland – on the pricier side. But given the overall experience, it might just be worth it for some.

The hotel was really good, the waiters were quick and neat at their work. The roo s are pretty clean with all the essentials we could need. The food given is a bit too costly but the food is ok. There are a lot fun activities do here.

Check-in and checkout are convenient. Their room is well maintained and has complete amenities. The room is huge and can fit 4pax comfortably. There’s a free shuttle bus from and to Disneyland Park, so transportation is not a problem. Food is quite expensive and breakfast is not included when you book their room. There are multiple restaurants inside the hotel, and you can go to other Disneyland hotels’ restaurant.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Disneyland. Staff is extremely helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious and we had an ocean view. The Kingdom Club rooms are worth the money since food is pretty much included. Children also get lots of amenities and activities. Will definitely visit again.

Nice environment and good service hotel ! One more key point is providing all rounded facilities to assist families with babies 👶🏻 thx Disney! As I reserved four rooms with my families members , i do really enjoy my birthday trip here !

Very nice resort hotel, exquisitely decorated. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Hong Kong Disneyland park is nearby and within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes), of course shuttle bus is available as well. Ideal for family vacation especially those with kids.

Love the garden with the maze shape. The room and the service are both good. However, I personally think they would use more Disney theme on their room decorations, it would be perfect 😁

Rooms were really nice, but downside is it doesn't block out the sounds of other customers walking through the walk way at night. Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. Food on the other hand was disappointing as they only offer by set menus and no a la carte whatsoever. Location was also kind of disappointing as we had to take a shuttle bus to and from the park to the hotel. Being a hotel customer does not entitle you to any special treatments at the park. Like getting in the park first in the morning. They have a queue for hotel guests, but it's just like any other regular line. They also don't offer half day tickets to the park. No point of arriving to the hotel early for check-in. Breakfast was nice. Wide selection from buffet line. Meeting the characters at breakfast were also a plus for the kids. Many minuses that balance out the pluses at this hotel. Don't be surprised if the minuses outweigh the pluses.

I recently stayed at Disneyland Hotel Hong Kong and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were not only comfortable but also quite spacious, offering a great option with 2 double beds for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The exclusive kids-friendly amenities added a delightful touch to our stay. While the only concern was the relatively expensive food at the hotel's restaurants, including in-room dining, the overall convenience and quality of the stay made up for it. The shuttle service to Disneyland parks was a definite plus, ensuring easy access. The staff, although generally good and courteous, faced a slight language barrier as not all were proficient in English. Despite this, their efforts to assist were commendable, contributing to a positive overall experience.

Love the vintage resort feel of this hotel. There is a Disney shop with good selection of Disney products. Few nice restaurants and I recommend to have a coffee/tea at Walt’s cafe to enjoy the view of the sea and outdoor maze. They have few good complimentary activities here, from drawing Disney characters to mini golf. The room is old resort style, however abit wear down. Really get the best full Disney experience staying here after a long day in Disneyland.

Amazing service from Disneyland hotel staff! We booked a kingdom club room and it was worth every cent! The Disneyland hotel has additional activities for us which we love! There’s the daily taichi with Mickey and the pyjamas Disney characters as well!

We had three unforgetable magical days at this hotel! It was so clean, smells really good, very spacious room, amazing staff! We saw many disney Characters just walking around the hotel, willing to have their pictures taken. The boutique shop sells cheaper products because of the 5% discount coupon upon check in. Plenty of things to do in this hotel.

Staying in this hotel was one of our best hotel stay that we experienced. The room was good and very well maintained. Service was great. There were many activities we can join during our stay including those that allow us to meet Disney characters, our kid loved it so much. There's live music in the lobby as well.

Nice view from our room. Lots of activities good for kids and adults during staycation but some recreation activities have to pay though. Fast room service and staff members are friendly and accommodating.

Just attended my friend wedding reception tonight. The hall is grand with beautiful chandelier. There are many lovely spots to photo inside and out especially for married couple. The whole party went smoothly thanks to our planner Vani. Staffs are generally helpful and friendly. We all had a great night, it's definitely a gateway to the magical land.

A five star hotel property to stay. The rooms are cozy, staff is very friendly and overall the events are well planned. Due to covid restrictions a lot of things were not possible, including the closure of main park. Within the hotel there are a lot of fun activities to enjoy for kids and for the adults to involve in them too. Watch out what happens in the various ball rooms. There is art, craft, music, movies, playrooms, characters show etc. Food is just standard, and a tad bit expensive. Rest fun assured. ☺️

Interior gets a bit old for the price tag. And I thought shaving cream should come with the razor! Nice little break from city life anyway.

A pleasant visit to Disney. Waiting time for the games is acceptable.

Good deals available around hotel stays and then entrance into the park. The hotel itself is quite nice, rooms are clean and a reasonable size. All their queues for checking in and their breakfast service are very efficient and optimized to try and make things easy for you. Breakfast food was quite good, and their Disney shop contained most of the things you can also find in the park. Overall a pleasant stay, but the real attraction is the park rather than the stay at the hotel.

Very beautiful architecture (I think they call it “Mictorian”, that is, “Mickey Victorian”). Nice Disney vibes.

Best hotel among the 3 in HK Disney. Each bed of the twin is wide enough for 2 people (probably 6ft wide). Restaurant is expensive but still fully booked. We end up dining in the Tung Chung shopping center.

About Disney hotel I have alot of comments for them.... 1.reception very slow, even the queue just less than 10 person only but still will take you ages to check in.. 2. Their rooms are not sounds proof,we can hear people in the corridor screaming, we've been stayed their for 3 days but so sad can't slept too noisy outside peoplle, children running around in the corridor playing, talking too loud. 3..they don't have baby food like below 1year no food.only food and vegetables.

Very good experience. Spent the first bday of my son in this hotel. Front desk upgraded us to a room with a big balcony. Good food in their restaurants. A bit pricey, which is expected with all Disney establishments. All in all, great time here.

When you can't travel to other countries for vacation in this pandemic, staycation at hk is the only choice you can have a short getaway from the hustling and bustling city. Disneyland is the best one you should pick if you have kids, especially going with your friends who have children too. The Chinese restaurant would never disappoint you if you are a big fan of yum cha 😋 the petite dim sum are delicacies you can't miss and do order some Disney character shaped bun like Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy. Kids must be satisfied with a meal filled by these wonderfully shaped dim sums.

It’s always a miracle journey at this lovely spot. Great accommodation and friendly staff, satisfying food quality but relatively expensive tho.
