Very nice hotel, albeit quite pricey. Staff were very attentive and also polite and helpful. Rooms were quite standard in size, but had very good quality and felt like what you would be what you pay for. Pool is available from 6am~7pm, and the gym is open 24hours.

Stayed for quarantine first week of July. I was worried at first after reading some bad reviews. I stayed with my wife and daughter in the superior room. Food was good, room was very clean, service was responsive. Delivery from outside of the hotel such as Deliveroo gets delivered to my room very quickly. Also get to refill my Nespresso everyday which was very important to me.

I was wrong in choosing this hotel . Thinking it’s a 5 stars hotel with a Michelin star restaurant , the meals got to be good. I was totally wrong. The food is barely edible. You have to hungry to finish the food. They don’t provide soup with lunch or dinner either. Paying over $2600 per night is waste of money. Thank god I only have to stay 3 nights for the quarantine. Can’t imagine if I have to stay 7 nights with such tasteless meals.

I cannot believe this is a 5* hotel and I'm paying 2k per night for it for quarantine. No where near the standards of even a 3* hotel in terms amenities, service, room decor. Service is especially bad. Dinner doesn't get served until 830 after calling many times. Phone operator hang up on you while you're still talking. Deliveries do not get delivered to the room 4, 5 hours after it arrived at the hotel lobby. Do not recommend and will never stay with this hotel or its affiliated hotels ever.

Stayed at a suite for 3 nights, the suite included the club access. The room: - The suite was at level 3 and next to the store room, it was quite smelly. - there were some small flies in the room - The room decor was nice, very British style, but the maintenance was quite poor. The corner of the wall was a bit broken and not very clean. The club: - both food & alcohol were just so-so, not worth the price - i went ground floor for breakfast instead, as the food served at the club was cold and had less choices.. But they didn’t tell you the difference. - the place was quite small and the ceiling was low. Service: - most staff are polite and helpful - I left a pack of nice dried shrimp (蝦米) in the fridge but they said they couldn’t find it! Quite disappointed about this, someone must have taken this. Overall, it felt like a 4 stars hotel only.

Terrible porter, worst porter i ve met in my entire life. Complained a lot when deliverig bagages to my rooms (was a bit shocked about it because i had no request whatsoever, only receiving) and lackluster help during loading bagages to my car when i left for airport. In fact, i had to load the bags to the Uber car myself while he stood watch on the side. This is worst than a 3-star hotel ! Otherwise, Good rooms and facilities.

Absolutely terrible porter! The man that delivered my luggage was named "Justin", could tell from his shocking attitude that he didn't really want to do the job. Went through the room intro singing and asked if I had any questions. When faced with an enquiry that he didn't know the answer to, just kept saying "thank you", ignored me and walked out. Could see him laughing in the mirror as he closed the door. Also, had another incident where the "Langham Service" took ONE HOUR TO EMAIL the in-room dining menu, and the food took another hour to arrive. By the end the club sandwich / fries that arrived were cold and stale. The hotel's excuse was that they were at capacity, which is unreasonable given the premium charged for NYE, one would expect that excess amount to be spent on ensuring guest experience remained consistent (if not better) than ordinary nights. The only staff that were up to scratch were in The Langham Club, which costs extra to access. Not sure if these staff receive special training or are just better remunerated. Spent circa 700 AUD per night for an exec level room, the experience fell so far below expectation. Definitely does not compare with any of the other Langham / Cordis I have stayed at, namely Jakarta / Gold Coast / Sydney / Melbourne / Auckland. Never experienced this level of hospitality at an alleged "five star" property before, at any hotel chain.

-Fly in our room - Opened welcome letter and leftover dimsum from langham for the former guest was left inside our room when we entered - not kid friendly hotel. Some staff raised brows when my kid shouted while playing in the lobby, some guests were irritated as well - This hotel is for adults, business trip, honeymooners - service was ok, the receptionist said our rooms had twin bed but when we entered we got the king size bed but the housekeeping was generous enough to give us free extra bed - 3 nights stay with family, not recommended for family trips

We were met with a few unpleasant surprises when we first arrived at the hotel which prompt me to express these concerns. I am very impressed with the way the hotel manager Adrian handled the whole situation. He was very understanding and patient with us. He even went as far as checking the CCTV to locate the staff member that we mentioned to ensure the feedback we provided was accounted for. Thanks to Adrian and rest of the staff, staying at the Langham ended up being a highlight of our trip as they went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our stay went seamlessly. We truly felt that this hotel cares about its guests and we are looking forward to be back in the future!

We booked the Langham for 2 nights for the kids as they had a Paddington themed stay. We arrived at 12 and was told to come back at 3pm as the room wasn’t ready. When we came back at about 4, we waited about 45 mins for our room as we were told it wasnt ready after we asked the staff several times about it. We were left waiting for quite abit when the staff went in to get our room keys for us and we had to ask the staff for an update as we stood at the counter. Hotel did service recovery later on by providing us with breakfast but I guess it would have been great if they actually took the initiative to keep us updated on why we were waiting at the lobby. We had a toddler and an infant with us and it was difficult to manage a crying baby while left waiting. We had no idea what we were waiting for. Also, when we arrived at 12, the staff actually noted that it was our daughter’s birthday and told us they would prepare a slice of cake, but this was not there upon check in. I guess we were a little disappointed with the whole check in process but other than that the stay was good and my daughter really loved the Paddington themed stay! Location wise this was very near to harbour city and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, so it worked well for us as we are pretty familiar with HK in general.

You can take bus 271 as it stops right in front of the hotel. The staff are all sincere and helpful. The interior of the hotel including the rooms are quite clean and bright. My experience here was really pleasant and comfortable. I love Langham. I would definitely pay for another visit in the coming future. Please wait for my return.

High CP hotel. The services are wonderful. The food quality vs the cost are really justified.

The hotel was kind of enough to rebook me in when other hotels were full. The staff are excellent and doing a great job in the circumstances. The food is completely fine but you can also order delivery which is super convenient too. The room size is decent and very clean.

Booked the executive suite and other than the slightly squeaky wooden floor which could sometimes get a bit noisy at night, everything was divine. Beautiful room and lovely staff in the executive lounge, and yes really NICE food for breakfast! Lived up to its reputation for sure. (Tossing between 4 or 5 stars but given its hefty price, I wouldn’t say it is the best value :) wish there is a 4.5 as an option.)

This hotel is a Hong Kong tradition and extremely popular with (wealthy) locals as a destination for supper or dim sum prior to a night out (e.g. the nearby Cultural Centre/classical music) shopping/ movies / the waterfront. There is an authentic British pastry kitchen in the basement that serves all of the restaurants and the room service....the cream, cottled cream, and whipped cream pastries and cakes are always fresh. One of the must-haves is the white strawberry cakes (with white cream) when they are in season....red strawberry shortcake out of season. There is a tea blend called 'Langham Blend' available that is first tips Darjeeling (Wedgwood/Silver service), so the tea sets and cakes are definitely above what is available at either the Mandarin or The Peninsula. No question. In terms of decor and ambience, the hotel deserves a bit of credit for trying to do something different; there is Contemporary Chinese Art throughout and then there is caramel marble in an intricate parquet (throughout the hotel). The rooftop pool was just recently refurbished and they are very loose / free with the customers. No one will interfere with you....you can order from room service poolside if you wish...the pool and hot tub (believe it or not) have a view. This is because this part of TST near the Star Ferry is low rise.// All of this to say: if you have some money to spend and you want to see authentic Kowloon, you want to be surrounded by glitz and Michelin-starred restaurants, you want to catch a glimpse of a Cantopop star...yet you want ease during your stay ( staff not up in your business, friendly, fast service)...in a full-service 5 star hotel that even has a spa...then you should stay here. It's really easy to get in and out of the hotel, too...there are not multiple elevators or long waits or heavy security. It just takes a few seconds to get to the room. For all these reasons, this hotel is pure relaxation and fun, with a location next to Tiffany, Bulgari, West Kowloon, etc. And it's really not that big. It has a boutique hotel feel to it. I hope this hotel just stays the same forever.

Elegant hotel in a very accessible area within walking distance from the harbor. Near subway and a wide variety of eateries at all price points. All of the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful, with special shout-out to the Concierge desk.

Stayed here right after the end of quarantine hotel at this location, so I was able to see the transition from it going back to regular hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious (in asia standard), and more importantly, the service was good. There was a few hiccups but it was fixed by the staff immediately. This was also a baby friendly hotel, they provided a crib (looks super comfy and baby loved it) as well as some amenity for baby and also a very cute stuffy for her! Thank you Langham for a pleasant stay, hoping to return in the near future.

The room was quite nice with bathtub and we booked for a package included VR which was quite fun. Staffs are friendly. REMEMBER to arrive early so you can book all the slots including swimming pool. However, the swimming pool is really small (don’t trust the pic) and you have to book it in order to use it. Even then there was still a lot of people. The most DISAPPOINTING was the breakfast. The fruits, cheese, yogurt etc you all have to ask the only one staff to get it. And when I asked to have cheese… the staff give me … ONE TINY SLICE😂 Seriously I think that’s cheap for a 13xx price tag. And there’s a long line in egg And waffle section and staffs are not so patient. Just randomly cook yours without asking what you want in the omelette. I don’t really expect that in 5 star hotel treat breakfast like a cheap 2 stars buffet. And Arrive there early or else you won’t be able to get in. Also, the bowls in the cereal section are seems not washed.

Very nice rooms with harbour view. Very good facility. Perfect location. Staff are generally very kind and helping, except a few who did not seem professional towards certain language speakers. Restaurants in the hotel are of average taste for very high price. Not recommended.

One of the best stays in HK. Rooms are spacious for this city. Service is excellent. Exercise room has some good machines. Only complaint is breakfast could be better.

Right In the heart of Tst! What a beautiful hotel and experience. Staff are so friendly and proactive. Even the house keepers are smiley and friendly. Absolutely love the design of the rooms. It feels 5* but they treat you in a down to earth way not protentious. Will Definately be back for a third time soon!

Let’s start with the bathroom, I really liked the huge mirror and the bright lights. It also had a tub and a shower. I found it a little strange that the trash cans didn’t have plastic bags.. but not a deal breaker. The room was big enough to lay out two suitcases. The bed was comfortable, I slept very well. And finally, the staff were very attentive and friendly.

So I visited this hotel when it was raining, and the bags they have for your umbrellas are quite hard to get. Like, you have to tug really hard to get them, and the bottom of the bag pierces easily... Other than that, very satisfied.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. The king bed was actually two twin beds together, which was supposed to still be OK, but the bed was slanted toward the middle. The bill was charged incorrectly after we checked out. And we had to try many times before we could get someone to answer. The hotel did nothing to compensate or correct the issue.

I tried the “Alice in wonderland” afternoon tea set, all the food was above standard, none of them disappointed me. The portion of food was just right, and the environment was comfortable. I am looking forward to the next theme tea set and wishing to go there again.

We had a great experience here. The room was clean and nice, quite spacious compared to HK standard. Great location in the heart of TST, super close walking distance to town and shopping areas. Service was very good, attentive and warm. Buffet breakfast and afternoon tea were also good. Great value for what you pay😊

I wish I could give it more stars because the food and room service was excellent! However, my brother and his girlfriend had their booked-in-advance massages pushed back an hour because one of the people before them wanted to extend their time. They had already checked out and were waiting solely to do the massage only to be told about the delay in a hastily written email with no explanation (they had to call to find out the reason). Just not acceptable at all.

I went with my fiance for a birthday lunch at Tang Court. We arranged it thru Melva at the front desk. She was super helpful and incredibly nice. She suggested some dishes to order from the michelin starred dimsum restaurant and even gave us a free teddy bear as a gift from the hotel. absolutely made the experience unforgettable

Room was nicely appointed but no view from the window, which for 7 nights of quarantine in a 5* hotel was very disappointing. Service from the hotel staff was very good, with quick delivery of items and they were always available on the phone. They earn the stars here. However, the reason that I could only give a 2 star review is that the food was at best hit and miss, and at worst inedible. Very little seasoning and some dishes poorly cooked. Indian meal selection was the best. For a 5* hotel and 2500 dollars a night, I expect better food.

We had a really pleasant experience there a month ago. Staff were always nice and helpful, the hotel was well connected to malls and is a few minutes walk from the metro station. The lobby always had a very nice smell, not sure if it came from the fresh flowers displayed, but that was really a nice touch. Rooms were of a good size, especially for HK. Toiletries were Diptyque.

Clean hotel with spacious room though a bit dated. Checking in and out was a breeze. Great location for shopping, food and near MTR access.

Such great service! Every person I interacted with was friendly, professional and helpful. Definitely living up to their 5 stars! Bar and Afternoon Tea service is off the hotel lobby. Enjoyed a great breakfast buffet. The pool and whirlpool is pretty small and awkward compared to come other hotels. The pool entrance is through the fitness center.

I don’t understand why ppl gave 1 stars. I’m surprised after I checked in for my quarantine. To me, they are so good: the room is clean, have espresso machine, free drinks in the fridge, fast response services, great hot food as well. Love it and will come back for sure !!

The Langham hotel has got everything you will require for a stay in Hong Kong from the hotel Buffet Breakfast to a Hong Kong Beer at the end of the evening. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure you have got everything you need during your stay and after! During my stay I discovered i needed a PCR test for my following trip to China and Tammy helped e sort this out taking the stress of it away for me. The hotel is near to a lot of shops, restaurants and the world famous Star Ferry boat. I would recommend staying here

  • 3/5 KimSiam T. 1 year ago on Google
Undeniably the location is ideal, about 8 min walk to TST MTR. Harbor City is just few minutes walk away. The room I gave just 2 stars because I don’t like the pillows. Very flat. I didn’t have a good sleep for my 3 nights stay there.

  • 5/5 Sakura78 1 year ago on Google
Very nice hotel very good breakfast (lots of yummy dim sum choices) but room is too dark and maybe a little « old fashioned » for me even if it’s very clean and nothing is missing! Very quiet room and confortable bed Nice bathroom with shower and bath which is very important for me! Service is high level Perfect stay, will come back for sure!

Great hotel. Great location. Fantastic service. Some bits of the rooms need a little more TLC but that's just nitpicking on my part. Beds are very comfortable, rooms come with a great work desk and ample space.

Stayed for 7 nights here, overall my experience was good. But i probably won't stay here again next time if there is still a quarantine requirement. Couples of suggestion: meal service is unsatisfactory, time of delivery always been late, they have a wide range time, 0800 to 1000, 1230 to 1430 and 1830 to 2030, of delivery which i can't understand and was not experienced in other Q hotels in HK before. Shower- hot water will flip up/down with temperatures very randomly.

Very good and efficient service. I had an issue with my first room as there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and requested with the Concierge to change rooms. They got back to me within 20 minutes saying I was allowed to change, after approval from the Department of Health. Within those 20 minutes of waiting, my quarantine dinner was however delivered to my old room. As soon as I was moved to my new room, the concierge sent me another meal (without me requesting for one). It was a nice touch, seeing I was unlikely to have touched my old meal until I switched rooms. Delivery e.g. parcels from family/friends or deliveroo was also delivered to my room within 10 minutes of arriving. The service of having someone take out the trash/dirty towels twice a day was also very nice. I was able to request new towels and amenities if required. Checkout was punctual and fast. Staff arranged for me to checkout at 1030am the day before. I had a knock on my door at exactly 1030am the next day from staff to help with the checkout process. No issue with wifi. Aside from the initial issue with the first room, second room was very clean and comfortable (though the room itself is a bit old in terms of style). Bathroom was very big, included a shower and a tub. The water pressure on the shower wasnt ideal and the tub had an issue with drainage (as in I couldnt place the stopper in for a bath properly). The only downside was the food. The Chinese options weren't appetizing, the western/indian options were much better (the curry option was quite good). Overall, enjoyed my stay and the three day quarantine flew by very quickly.

Too bad I can't give it a 0 star. I've been trying to contact the hotel for the past week by phone and email and nobody picks up the phone and replies to emails. I've waited over 30 min each time and the calls just disconnects. Worst, once someone picked up and when I started talking she hung up. I have a booking but will definitely cancel as this level of customer service is simply unacceptable for a so called Upscale hotel.

I don’t normally write review, but the staffs here are not trained to respect their customers, and this shouldn’t happen in a 5-star hotel like this. I am really pissed because I’m on a family trip which I’ve been looking forward to for a long time. The frontdesk girl (wearing glasses and a yellow jacket at around 11pm on 2/3) who handled my check-in was really impolite. Instead of welcoming her customers with smile and kind words, she was impatient from the beginning to the end. I booked the hotel through amex fine hotel and resort program, so when I checked in I ask where the hotel credits can be used as I normally do. Instead of answering my question, she impatiently said “I’ll tell you later”. And when she finally finished whatever she had to do on her computer, she said in a sarcastic manner, “now I can tell you what you care the most about, the hotel credits”. The next morning I had breakfast with my family in the food gallery. We stayed a bit later until about 11am since we hadn’t finished everything and was engaged in a conversation. Suddenly a shorthair female server came to our table with a large tray in her hands. She pretended that she was cleaning the table next to us, but was actually forcing us to leave by putting the large tray on our table first. She didn’t even say a word before she did that. After that she rudely asked “which plates can I take away?” (you can really sense her rudeness if you were here!), and she started to reach for the plates before we said anything. The service here is not even close to the Langham I stayed in elsewhere. To the hotel management: please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I’d be happy to provide feedback so that other customers don’t experience the same thing as I did!
