Very comfortable Hotel! Actually it was better than my expectations. Room is considered commodious. Views are pretty cool in our room and the soundproof was good because downstairs was a busy streets but we didn’t hear anything. Plus you can have your free breakfast in the morning. The catch is that you have to spend a little time getting there for the first time. The place was a little bit hidden.

Great location, really spacious room comparing to those in the same price range! Rooms are clean and comfy as well. But the WiFi sucks for real.... I can’t even watch YouTube with it?? No gym, sad... And I don’t think the service department clean the mugs quite properly.. looks dirty to me :( They have a coffee machine, which is nice. BUT for your period of stay, no matter how long, they would only give you TWO capsules ONLY! Nope, they would no refill everyday! So bear with it..

Comfortable hotel that's hard to find so research directions before you go. Rooms are great size for Hong Kong and its modern and clean. The fragrance they pump into the common areas and reception is horrendously overpowering. Breakfast is very average with a toaster and bread and a few bits but it is only advertised as continental but their disposable plastic plates and forks are disappointing in this day and age. Bars downstairs kick out a fair bit of noise so ask to be high up, especially if you're staying at a weekend. Disappointed they wouldn't let us pay for a late checkout. Overall very good but with a few minor niggles.

The Perkin was a luxury hotel with clean and very comfortable rooms. We stayed in the suite which was incredible and very spacious with modern bathrooms. The location is good to get around but at night there are lots of bars outside which when trying to get back to the hotel will harass you to come in each time you go past. Also it is hard to find via maps and cabs and they will be confused about where to go.

The hotel is located in Knutsford where there are a lot of restaurants and bars to choose from. Mira Mall is also a few steps away. Although the hotel is small, the amenities are good and everything is well thought off. The common pantry serves basic pastries and fruits which is fine with us as we prefer light breakfast. The coffee is from Starbucks which is absolutely cool because its available all day. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, excellent location. My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at the hotel: the first during the Chinese New Year as planned, the second as an unplanned extension due to acute hospitalization of myself. The room was clean and spacious, with every conceivable requirement taken into consideration, whilst the staff at the reception were efficient and extremely helpful in our difficult situation. The complementary, continental breakfast is quite adequate for what it promises to be, although seating facilities can at times become congested. The hotel is located in the middle of a street filled with a great variety of restaurants.

Excellent location!!! The rooms are quirky and interesting. Their services are also fantastic for both tourism and business. Would definitely stay here again!

They have Starbucks as free coffee, the rooms are clean and the amenities are of good quality! The location itself is an advantage too! I even just walked from this hotel going to the train station that took me to mainland China. Plus it is surrounded by several stores what you need is just nearby

Good clean hotel. Probably not suitable for people not very mobile as you have to walk up a steep hill to get there. We enjoyed our stay there.

It's nice and clean overall but a few things to be aware. You must walk up a steep grade or stairs to get to the side street it is on. The reception is very welcoming, but small in 5th floor of the building, entering between two restaurants with outdoor seating. The included breakfast is served here in the 5th floor. Hotel rooms are on the floors above, up a small elevator. Can fit 4 people, or 1 large person with small amount of luggage. Rooms very clean but small, 1 bed with end tables, bench, closest, safe and small fridge. Rainwater showers very nice! Surprisingly quiet for how busy it is right outside. Good value for the location and price.

Our stay at The Perkin Hotel was above our expectations and we will definitely be back. The location is close to the MTR, bus stops and great eateries. To get onto Nathan Road, we walked through Mira Place Shopping Centre to avoid the steep hill or the stairs. Concierge was well mannered and more than happy to help with questions and special requests. We were on the 18th floor, our room was quiet, very clean, very spacious and serviced daily by really well mannered housekeepers who aimed to please. The room comes with a 'Handy' phone which we took everywhere with us to help us get around. The Hotel also has fast wifi. The breakfast items were the same everyday (we found was more than adequate); toast and spreads, pastries, eggs, cereals, yogurts, fruit, juice, deli meat and Starbucks coffee. Although the Hotel does not have a laundry service, we dropped our clothes off to a laundry business which was recommended by concierge, our clothes were delivered to the hotel by the end of the day and price was reasonable. One of the things we really looked forward to coming back everyday was using the shower, not only it is spacious but it had amazing water pressure and was so relaxing. The breakfast area turns into a common area where guests can help themselves to snacks and Starbucks coffee which was an added bonus. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, the Hotel provided enough homely comforts where we did not feel homesick during our 19 days there. If you are looking at staying in boutique hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui, you should give The Perkin Hotel a go!

My boyfriend and I stayed in here in May last year and we had a hard time finding this hotel. The road was very steep. It was raining by the time we got there and we had no choice but to walk up hill with our luggage as it isn't accessible by taxis. Too bad for me as I was wearing high heels, had sore feet after. The only thing that we liked, it is close to Starbucks.

The hotel rejected me for the four-day self-monitoring time. That is fine. However, they did not inform me in advance - neither through their website nor via an e-mail. It caused big problems for me.

Big fan of the Perkin, a friend of mine recomended it to me for a staycation during the height of Covid, and its very much a hidden gem....great location in the middle of Knutsford Terrace, and the hotel, the staff, and the rooms were great...while there's no room service as such, the reception area has 24 hr access with snacks and soft drinks and tea and coffee, there's a great Mexican place in the same building, and plenty of delivery options Rooms are big and clean, bed is big and comfortable, good sized bathroom and shower...and some great views
