1. As one of the designated quarantine hotel the size of the room is ok but is freezing and smells mouldy 2. Meals are not ideal and thus many guests choose to order from Deliveroo. And therefore it takes average twenty minutes to deliver the food to my room. I feel sorry for wasting so much inedible food and I feel sorry for staff who needs to deal with such workload 3. Freezer in my room is out of order 4. Junior staff were sent to answer questions but didn’t have much resources or power or delegation to fix any problems. They could only apologize while upper management should listen to feedback from guests 5. WiFi is unstable and sporadic

Our favourite hotel in Hong Kong! It’s very central and easily accessible - it’s right on Canton Road so if you want to go shopping, just step out and walk to your favourite flagship store. Also very near Ocean Terminal where there are more shops to discover. The rooms are excellently maintained, staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at your hotel in Sept and I should have received a refund by now due to the change of quarantine arrangement by the HKSAR. I have requested a reasonable refund period to be within a month after I checked out at your hotel. Yet, after almost 6 weeks of constant follow ups, all I received are the same standard replies from your team or even no replies. This is so ridiculous to receiving such a GREAT service from a 5-star Hotel!

Rooms (refurbished) still looks old. TV have only a couple of channels. No internet TV. I don't think they change the carpet. Location is great.

Good location and service. But the carpet of our room was very dirty. My kids played around the room for a while, then their sole of foot turned black. It’s not acceptable for this hotel price range. Also last night around 12am, we can hear some drilling sound in the room.

Pretty good hotel considering the location (part of harbour city TST) with lots of shopping opportunities, the breakfast (lots of variety, hot dishes, Dim Sum, but also gluten free, and adapted to different health requirements) but also the general room comfort. Overall, a very safe bet for business travellers. One morning there was a water issue and the water was luke warm, so I told the reception, they provided me a shower room for the evening when leaving the city. This was really a great gesture! Very appreciated and customer friendly.

I love this place because I found an acquaintance to serve me who came from the same place as me to complete his tertiary education. In addition, he carried out his duty with utmost care.

The staff are friendly and helpful We enjoyed our 1 week staycation at Prince Hotel. There is gate connecting to Silvercord. And Cheesecake factory is just across the entrance of the hotel 🥰. Taxi is always available. The hotel is also near Star Ferry. Thanks to the staff Jackie and Charlie, who always assist us. And to the front desk Mr Ken, thanks to the complimentary wine for our wedding day🍾

Came for a banquet, with food & service ok and dessert a surprise. However, no one at reception for almost 10min at the beginning around 18:30
