To be very fair and honest, the location of the hotel isn’t the best. It is located in a quiet and secluded part of Mongkok, away from the bustle so sometimes, you might feel abit unsafe to be walking back late at night. The room size is acceptable for Hong Kong standards but the toilet is very small and cramped. The swing of the bathroom door leaves no allowance for you to stand in the bathroom. But I must say, the guests staying on our floors all close their room doors loudly and all with a bang, we were awaken numerous times with the banging of doors early in the morning, and could not fall back asleep. The bed is slightly on the hard side but the size is okay for couples, not too small. The room key was also not working which is an inconvenience for everyone because that would mean that everytime we need to open the room door, we will need to seek assistance at the front desk. Fortunate thing is that the service of the front desk staff is good. They are friendly and very willing to help whenever they can. They try their best. They speak good mandarin and English too.

Nice and clean hotel in the best area of MongKok, at walking distance from most interesting places and very close to the metro station. Rooms are large for the Hong Kong standard, and also the bathroom is large and well organized. Fridge, water boiler and bottled water available. Personnel very helpful and polite, both on reception and room service. Considering the cheap rates and the good service I'd definitely return and can recommend.

staff is unprofessional - especially that young lady with glasses and mask. i used a nickname to book a room - my bad - but it’s very similar to my real name on my passport and has the same last name. the receptionist’s english was bad and was very uncooperative - said they couldn’t do anything because the name i had on the booking confirmation doesn’t fully match my real name on my passport. ok, what about the fact that the phone number, email, and credit card was the same 😐😐 like there are many people who go by a different name and haven’t changed their legal names. anyway so they didn’t want to cooperate and check me in so i had to call agoda for help - agoda was very responsive though. i didn’t stay here personally but a family member on the same trip did and they said the room was small and not very clean

a cozy hotel located bang in the middle of mong kok offering clean, comfortable rooms. easy to find and get to being located close to the MTS station bus route via Nathan road. The address can be confusing on maps but it's easily visible with a bright green board. Look for the 711 to make the search for this hotel easier.its easily visible from that

I came here in 2019 before the whole HK uprising and koof started and I got out as well. Certainly is a unique experience that's for sure and one you'll never forget either. Better make sure that you have your keycard or hope that the hotel owners are around or awake when you come back at night. It feels very slum-like, I guess the staff can be kinda helpful if they could be bothered as well which isn't always because of the language barrier as well. It is right in the heartland centre though but the place is so huge and everything looks the same via the buildings as well but it is in a good location and near the subway also...I wouldn't stay any longer than afew days...I laughed at their FB page which shows buildings and service contrary to what you will get.

    1) Wi-Fi is very good for a hotel, the connection speeds are good but video streaming is not the best. 2) The staff is very courteous and professional. They also speak a reasonable to v. good amount of English 3) The room is very clean and modern

This is indeed very minimal hotel. Never mind the hard rock bed, they refused to give us an extra towel or blanket. If you need to use the toilet after check out, forget about it. All in all a very questionable expiriance.

An affordable hotel in the center of the city. If you want to shop till you drop in Mongkok, then this is the best place to stay. Near to everything! The room is good with the basics. Will definitely book again.

5 min walk from Mongkok MTR Station. Basic accommodation area, room safe lock function well, heater and water pressure are good. 2 bottles of water provided each day during room cleaning. Towel change upon request or place in the basin, same goes for the bed sheet. The counter staff was friendly and help us as much in whatever possible ways they could. Basic English communication was alright Mandarin was good too, if you can listen to cantonese it will best. It's surrounded by many Hardware store(五金店) you can even spot worker(师父) doing manual motor coil winding, very impressive. For photography that like to shoot local living and work life I think is a good place. There are many good food to hunt in Mongkok area too. Overall I think it is a good place to stay as you spent your time in HongKong.

Extremely dirty and old. Lots of pubic hair lying around the floor. The towel has hole and smells bad. The location is good but you should really consider paying an extra $100 for a far better hotel in the same street. Otherwise, a creepy night here can really ruin your trip.

Please do not visit this hotel . It was a rough stay with unclean sheets , toilets and everything else . We were greeted my cockroaches every single day . The bed was uncomfortable and there’s leaking from the aircon . Floor is sticky and toilet has sewage smell . Please treat yourself better by getting another hotel . Location wise it’s ok for train stations and shopping malls . But for safety wise , especially at night it can be quite dangerous .

Do NOT believe or expect what you see in the hotel website photos! This place is dirty! So much building noise and walls in the room are a mess! No light in shower so it’s very dark too!! Windows are filthy Not sure it’s even worth what they charge! No water supplied in the room!! Very depressing place!
