This is by far the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed anywhere in my entire life. The bathroom is so tiny that the shower curtain kept sticking to my back and arm. I decided to just not use the curtain and let the water flood the bathroom floor which is literally less than 1/2 square meter. I did book a room for one occupant and it is cheap. The location is convenient hence the train I gave two stars.

First of all, please bear in mind, you get what you paid for. For this price the rooms are reasonably small, so don't complain about it. But small rooms are very common in Hong Kong Kowloon area. If you want a standard size room, I suggest you double your budget. Other than that, this hotel is really quite good for the value and location. Situated at the 'fabric' district, it is an old area with a more elderly and foreign workers population but there's a lot of up and coming cafes and many traditional food which I love about this area beside just for work. I definitely prefers this one to the other one in Tong Mi road. The staffs are nicer.

The Good: Not far from local subway 7 mins. Friendly staff. Some decent eateries nearby. The Bad: Rooms are really cramped, but at least they’re clean. Only one outlet adapter per room according to “hotel policy”. Walls are very thin, you can here everything that happens on your floor. Could smell cigarettes even though it’s supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Only 1 elevator.. The soso: Price is average, not expensive, but not exactly a good deal.

Rooms are a little dated and small, but maintained well. Staff service and attitude are impeccable. Location is also good - a couple of eateries in the area, and is also fairly quiet. About 6 mins walk to the Prince Edward MTR station.

The size of the room and bathroom were quite small. It was clean, although quite outdated. The main problem was people smoking in nonsmoking rooms, triggering the smoke alarm on a few occasions, and the hotel staff doing nothing about it. Also, you could smell cigarettes in the common areas. Apart from that, due to the great location, close to metro station and walkable distance to Mong Kok, it was great value for the price.

Small but nice and quiet place to spend some nights with a reasonable price. MTR station can be reached in walking distance

I stayed in a tiny but luxurious room. Totally loved it. Located in a commercial fabric area so not much typical shopping nearby but very close to the subway...so you can easily go anywhere.

The Lander Hotel is a hidden gem in Hong Kong, offering clean and helpful staff, as well as a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Conveniently located near an MTR station and in front of bus stops, transportation is a breeze. The hotel's accessibility is unmatched, making it a top choice for travelers. The room spaces are spacious and comfortable for petite to medium-sized individuals, but taller and larger guests may need to consider their needs. What sets the Lander Hotel apart is its 24-hour check-in policy, making it easy for guests to come and go as they please. Overall, the Lander Hotel is a top choice for travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and peaceful stay in Hong Kong.

We stayed here for five nights. Location is close to subway Prince Edward Station, about 8 minutes walk. The room and bathroom, though small, are clean. Great daily room service. No hot shower on our first night though, but fixed the next day. Cigarette smells along the hallway & elevators. Noise can be heard from adjacent rooms. Hope the management can do something about this. I would probably still come back to this hotel as the price is quite reasonable

The Lander Hotel is one of the better cost effective options in Hong Kong. It is a clean, neat and well managed hotel a bit of a walk away from the Prince Edward subway stop. It's a bit small but very comfortable once you are settled in. If you have large check, it will make it difficult to walk around but if you don't it will be perfect. The only other negatives I encountered were 1. It does not have gym despite it being listed as having one and 2. You must leave a deposit when you first arrive. Despite those concerns, it was a nice place with a helpful front desk that is worth your stay.

I stayed at 2nd floor, which seem undergoing renovation. The room and washroom are very small. Aircon is noise and cold, unable to adjust the temperature. The floor carpet is dirty.

Rooms and toilets are very small but clean. Staff were polite and can communicate in english. Near MTR station and different bus stops Plenty of cafès and restaurants nearby

For a single room bathroom is extremely constraint in size limiting movement & room is small as well but clean. Small comparment that could fit 5 t-shirts max but only provided 3 hangers. Would be better to include hooks behind doors or wall for more hanging considering no proper wardrobe.

Over all stay is ok. The best part of the hotel is the air conditioner (is my control compare to other hotel is set automatically) and opening the hotel door every time the smell great 😊😊😊😊 Last night the front desk gentlemen was nice and professional over all. The hotel bed is awesome. It fit 3 people and have spaces to move The bad part is the elevator smell, my hotel television is like 12 inch’s, the bathroom is so tights that it’s hard to move while showing. The shower is a standing shower. The water wet everywhere cause the shower curtain doesn’t cover all the ways. Thank goodness is 1 stay. If I stay longer I do not mind.

We had two rooms. Both rooms are very small for the price paid. The beds are two inches away from each other. There is no room to move in the bathroom or in the bath stall. Rooms have a weird mildewy smoke smell. One of the rooms they claimed to gave us an upgrade (since they mistakingly gave one of our rooms away to some one else). The upgrade room was alone near their gym/storage area. The window view is their back alley with the steam pipes and drains. Gee what an upgrade. In the past I have paid less for a much better room compare to this. Not using this hotel again

I stayed here on Chinese New Year, but even so the idea of paying more than $1000 per night in the most cramped hotel bar none is criminal. If that wasn't bad enough, I had to pay a deposit by credit card only (luckily my girlfriend had one), which I found very backward.

The hotel is tidy and has a nice aroma. When I went in my room, it was a bit small and I found to shower since it was tiny. The location was eight minutes of walking to a train station.

Unlucky NOISY room stay (18/9/2023). Room beside should be room 2 super inconsiderate, switch on the tv sound loudly, smoke and talks loudly, also bangs against that we can hear. Last but not least from 9pm till 11pm still can hear the noise.
