Easy transfer from the airport via train and the free K4 bus transfer. The bus stops immediately across the road from the hotel. Checking in was easy and we were given the key and told which floor to find the room on our own without assistance. The lighting was very strange they are pushbutton switches which you have to hold momentarily until the light would either turn on or off but we had difficulty trying to turn off lights eventually in the middle of the night when we tried to use the bathroom we accidentally turned on the heat lamp which we could not turn off. We called assistance and when someone arrived they had to call the hotel engineer who came up and turn the power off to reset the lights and then return the power back on. The beds are big and comfortable with hard and soft pillows. Breakfast is superb and probably one of the best I have the privilege to enjoy. Breakfast sessions can be very busy and there’s plenty of seating. Chefs are working tirelessly to replenish freshly cooked dishes.

My family was invited to a Birthday Party at the basement cafe. The renovation of the lobby and restaurant was tacky. It seems go back in time to the 70s. The soup and spaghetti she served was average. Actually the flavor was not too d but the utensils and interior decoration were really a drag. The service was average too. I guess the price was quite affordable projected by the quality. However, the venue was just perfect for a small party like 30 guests.

Conveniently located small hotel in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui n its primary advantage is the close proximity to the harbour area tourist attractions n lots lots lots of shopping n Food galore. It’s quite aged n not quite the state of the art hotel but it’ll suffice for a good night’s rest. Rooms are a little tight but clean, similarly the toilet area n facilities. Amenities like the gym are spartan n the cafe/ coffee shop restaurant are quite functional. Menu is typically Chinese n some western cuisine. It’s a comfortable stay as the staff are helpful n accommodating. Perfect to stay here if one wishes to explore the eclectic mix of modern n vintage architecture with fresh malls amidst old Hongkong aged buildings, temples n shops.

Although is a great location there are some issues like the pool is not working, gym is very poor and we had a bar experience at the bar. We ask for a glass of wine and they really served just 2 sips. When we complain at front desk ther told us the bar is only for special guest. What a nice way to feeling us welcome!!! And what a good way to loose a customer

Loved this place. Stayed here twice, never disappointed. Service is excellent, hotel rooms are excellent and the location is exceptional for the business traveller.

The room smells moldy, moulds all over the wall and there was water leak from the ceiling. We tried asked to switch rooms, the staff didn’t care about our concerns and told us there were no other rooms to switch to. Not too long after we sat on the bed, both my friend and I got bite on different parts of our bodies. The whole experience was terrible, we couldn’t stand the mouldy smell and the bed bites, we had to booked another hotel in the middle of the night even the hotel insist they won’t give refund to us. When we were checking out of the room at the reception, we overheard there was another guest complaining about a mouse was in her room.

I'm on day 2 in quarantine, not only is the food inedible but I had ordered from Panda-mart which contained alcoholic beverages and the management pulled it out of the bag and are withholding it from me until the end of my quarantine despite me ordering an alcoholic beverage the night before so I was under the pretence that it would be ok. However upon 2 phone calls, one with regular hotel staff whom of which agreed that this was their mistake would allow it one time, and the second time to the rude hotel manager who accepts it's their fault but had rudely shut down any form of compromise has led me to writing this review because not only is this a sign of incompetence but it's also an underlining issue that the hotel can create whatever fascist rules they may desire and brand it as "government policy" in spite the fact that this is my 5th quarantine stay and by far the rudest staff I have ever interacted with in all my quarantine experiences. On top of that my room is branded as a double bed yet they put two single beds together and used a double bed sheet, talk about quality sleeping as I am a person who sleeps in the middle of the bed so this obviously isn't sustainable.

Staff have a terrible attitude. No one ever picks up the phone. Overall a bad experience. Ordered foodpanda and it took them 40 minutes just to deliver my order upstairs after it had arrived.

The place is ok, conveniently located. Rooms are a bit small. Most things are ok except WiFi. When you stay here, be prepared that the WiFi only has 2mbps and most the time only 200-300kbps per second. Buy a 4g SIM card and it's still faster than the WiFi here

A very clean, economical and convenient hotel for settling down! It’s surrounded by foods’ street and grocery stores. Also the service from here is amazing! When I just arrived with lots of luggages, one of their employees named Brain Liu helped move my stuffs because the gate way is all stages. After checking in he still helped to send my packages to the lift. but when I appreciated with a bit tips, he refused and said it’s okay he just did his job for guests’ convenience and good experience about here. So I really wanna share about this great feedback about here. Professional and comfortable

Make sure you are truly available for your trip you can’t get sick or even die cuz the others on your trip to this hote will lose their money too since the hotel won’t allow any date changes or even name changes. If the person whose named under the booking isn’t there nobody else on the trip can check-in. Prepare not to get sick if you don’t want to waste all the money because this place has very ‘strict policy’.

It's a very pleasant place, although, by the time I went (january 2023), they didn't have a breakfast buffet, you had to choose among very limited options.

Serve by Ms Maggie Ng, she is totally wonderful lady. She single handily manage multiple check in and requests because it was after lunchtime, her colleague went for a break. She saw our special request and work very hard to grant our wish. Thank you Maggie Ng! The hotel room I had is like most in Hong Kong Downtown is small. But it is really got FULL marks from me in Cleanliness and room design. I will be back on my next trip, hopefully, the price remains reasonable.

My favorite location in Kowloon, it can access to everything like shopping malls, good food, cinemas, bars in instant… however, rooms are quite small, but quite fair at its cost.

Rooms are a bit small but that's what you can expect in central Hong Kong. Bathroom is very clean. Very close to city centre and at walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. So many malls, shops and food outlets close by.

Small room, elevator system a bit confusing at first, but service is good and it's near the subway

Quarantine stay but only three nights, room was less than ideal, carpet was super dirty, room looks a bit rough for a HK hotel, q food was decent, uneventful three days!

The worst. The food is spoilt. The flush doesn't work. No cleaning service provided. All the staff is rude. They are very bad in terms of all service and helping. Do not book this hotel. A guesthouse is better. Not COVID friendly and unhygienic. No bell boy service too.

Day 1 for lunch meal is the same meat last night for dinner !!! Can you please check the quality of the food provider please. Feel so bad. The toilet not flush in good condition !!! God help please. So bad experience with your hotel.

Quiet hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, about 1.2km to Harbor City. There's a taxi queue outside so it's quite convenient.

Terrible customer service. Completely unresponsive to complaints. Cancelled booking last minute with no explanation.

Decent price with decent facilities inside room. Slightly modern design, although the size is a little bit small, it's still enough to use. Bathroom items are acceptable. TV channels aren't much choices & it's not smart TV. Cons: Each room door are too close to each other. When next room closed door, we can hear it loudly from inside. The level layout is a circle & rooms are located rounded, which made me walk some distance before reaching to my room. But overall , great experience!

Fantastic staff (particularly Maggie she was super nice, attentive and helpful). This is a great sample of someone who appreciates their jobs!!! All other staff at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful. The room was good and the one I stayed in was bright with a view. I stayed there for 15 days and it was very pleasant. Would have stayed longer but they are starting the full renovation (may 2022) Pool and gym weren't opened even the gov restrictions have been lifted at the time, I guess it was either the staff issue or they were getting the hotel ready for renovation. There were some stupid hiccup during my stay, like the shower drain was slow, no parcel delivery etc but the staff managed to accommodate it at the end. Thanks again and keep it up and one day hopefully will meet again!
