Horrible service and attitude from this certain employee! Has tiny room with any space to move. The working area is super stuffy and hot, the AC is barely on and there is no space /table to work in the room. It is not as big as it look, basically a room that only fits a bed. The kitchen's fridge is always full and the room's "fridge" is very small and not cold at all. So if you want to cook, good luck.

THE BAD: One staff was great, the other has no idea about Western hospitality standards. She was talking like a robot, with a monotone voice, way too fast, not looking at the guests in the eyes. I didn't feel welcome at all. The breakfast buffet was substandard: beans out of a can, cheap cereals, cheap vegetable, only one kind of salad dressing (the unhealthy kind). The room and the bed were tiny. The window was tiny. THE GOOD: Clean. There was a gym, though very small, but I got my treadmill run done.

Good hotel, clean, modern, around 500 meters from MTR. Easy to find good food with a bit lower price than downtown. Free mobile phone with wifi hotspot unlimited use.

The room was clean. Our room was cleaned every day (even we didn't request it) and we got 2 bottles of mineral water every day. We can change the light color in the room. The thing that I love the most is the hotel provides 1 universal adapter and handy wifi for free. There's also shuttle bus to take you to Hung Hom Station, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Kowloom Station. Nice!

Stayed 5 nights(3/22/18-3/27/18). The manager upgraded us to the dolphin room #2003. The room has a tropical feel. It is decorated with dolphin and beach picture. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back for another visit.

This hotel was a nice and cozy place we stayed on during our Hongkong layover. That was provided by our airline during the Xiamen Airline hard landing in Manila's NAIA airport. The hotel is near to everything that is local. It is also with some local malls like Whampoa. If you need a MTR there is the Whampoa Station, that's why the hotel is not isolated. The room is quite small but it is fine for sleep over and most of your hours activity will outside. The buffet breakfast was awesome the have a varieties of food the choose from Continental breakfast, America breafast, English breakfast to Asian breakfadt of course. They even have a multi-function hall/ sport room/ event place for your conference needs.

Very clean small modern rooms, had a nice view of the city, service was great. Room came with a phone to travel with which was cool. Worth staying if your on budget and need a nice safe clean place to crash.

Nice and neat hotel in Hung Hom, around 10 to 15 minutes to Victoria Harbour!

Very poor approach to resolving customers' issues. I lost my card which included dinner and lunch but no one could listen despite having an evidence of spending the night and had breakfast. They were very unprofessional when I reported a misplaced card just before lunch😡 Horrible staff service.

For such a “small” hotel I was pleased. Only 4 stars because the rooms was very small even for HK standards. But It was clean and ok, but small gym.

Hotel SAV at Hong Kong is a very good hotel. The hotel is easily accessible by metro station Whampoa, buses and taxi. Parking space available. The rooms are nice and well maintained. It is a multi storied hotel with fitness hall and restaurant. The charges are competitive.

Worth the price. Room was a little bigger than usual 3 stars HK hotel. Too many rooms make long line on reception as well as elevator. I had been upgraded because my nonsmoking room full of smoke. Not a good experience but at least they fixed problem.

terribly insufficient storage space; ridiculously small table with the TV right on your forehead; share kitchen only fitted with two sinks and two stoves, obviously not sharable; fridge is smelly and fully occupied by existing tenant, no room for late comers; the hotel does not admit their mistakes

The hotel has 2 restaurants on the first floor. And also has a recreation area along with a garden on the fifth floor. The room was clean but very basic amenities. In my opinion not a four-star hotel as stated on Google maps, but an enjoyable stay. The area has lots of restaurants and markets around.

The management is sub par. Everything that's good with it, is destroyed by poor management.

We stayed in 22nd floor, the whole corridor full of cigarette smell...even inside the room... We asked the cleaning staff they said whole hotel full of this smell... And the room is not enough insulation of sound. I always could hear clearly if the neighbors were talking loudly...=_= By the way, the P floor public area is good and comfortable. It is a nice place to relax. Also, there is no swimming pool, but one gym room. However, the gym room still closed during summer holidays😤 when the other hotels are opened already/_\
