Had a wonderful experience staying at this property for three nights. The location is the best out of the entire Hong Kong. Soundproofing was done well as I didn't get woken up by anything as a light sleeper. I would've gladly given this hotel a five star rating if it wasn't for the unfortunate last impression - on the day of checkout, they charge keeping of luggage per piece. Very ill-advised move to make a tiny bit of money from the guest resulting in a bitter aftertaste. I wouldn't have noticed it if they charged me this much more upfront instead of breaking industry norms to request for payment from something that is universally free.

Booked this place for 4 nights and currently on my second night. The amount of noise and times my sleep was interrupted has been very very disappointing. I am constantly being waked up by loud neighbours, can hear phones ringing, doors slamming shut. For those who need precious rest I would advise you to please consider alternatives. I spoke last night to management - they said they could not transfer rooms since everything was full. The only thing they supposedly did was send someone upstairs to investigate - the noise continued throughout the night! Due to this I am hesistant of recommending Otto to any traveller in the future Updating to one star - management still continues to do nothing despite us being awaken at 3:49 am with continuous noise

A nice, little boutique hotel located in TST. Recommend to try 👍 The good: Approximately 2min walk from the TST MTR station Exit B5. The entrance staff was helpful and immediately pointed me to the check-in floor where it's on the third floor. Check-in service was swift & efficient with room key and WiFi password provided in less than 5min. The check-in floor is nicely decorated (see pics). The room feels modern, and everything works as expected. Beds and pillows are comfortable and supportive of neck & spine. Shower 🚿 has good water pressure and tap has warm water which is quite important during cold weather. AC is more than sufficient for the HK hot, humid weather. In addition to the usual coffee and tea, the hotel also provided 3 cans of soda. For charging your cellphone and other electronic gadgets, the room is equipped with direct USB ports on the bedside table as well as electrical plugs can be found on the bedside walls. Areas to improve: 1. Though the beds are comfortable. The width is a little narrow, and I had to take extra attention not to fall down when I flip side ways. 2. Internet was kinda slow and this has a negative impact on the resolution of your YouTube or Netflix streaming service. 3. Speaking of TV, the HDMI on the TV is hard to reach as the TV edge is wrapped around by a wooden frame. So if you plan to hook up your Chromecast with Google TV, it'd take some effort. 4. It'd be better if the hotel could provide more coffee (only 2 packs; usually it's 4 packs in other hotels) instead of the soda.

Loistava siisti Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Lentokenttä bussi tulee ihan hotellin lähelle. Hotellissa ei ole ravintolaa, mutta ulko-oven vierestä löytyy heti ravintoloita. Puhdas Hotelli.

Rudest manager I’ve ever met (Mr. 程家仁) I wanted to make an international call so I made sure that the fee structure notice they gave me had said there were no charges for calls. I called downstairs to ask the front desk why I couldn’t make an international call and they said that they had to activate it first, so then they activated for me. A few days later I go down to ask a question, then the front desk staff suddenly pulls out a bill to tell me to pay for the international call charges. I was definitely not happy with this hidden charge and disappointed they only notified me when I went to ask them a question. Later that night, I spoke to the manager Mr. Cheng and he rudely said I had to pay for the charges immediately, no matter what happened. He called one of his staff to knock on my door to collect the money ASAP like they were threatening me to pay or else they would continue to stay outside my room to bother me. He then had the audacity to lie saying the front desk staff had told me about the charges, in which he obviously did not, because if I knew I would’ve just used wifi to call on WhatsApp. So disappointed in how he handled the situation, he did not even try to see it in my perspective, and I really did not enjoy how he rudely collected the charges. The hotel is also very very damp, has humidity lice on beds + walls, and there are very annoying construction noises.

My flight was cancelled and the hotel showed 0 compassion and didn't even tried to help me out with rescheduling or cancelling. I understand that they have their own rules, but in the service industry flexibility is a must. After i found a better hotel for half the price. The price on the website is way too high probably to rip off foreigners.

Don't be fooled by the small entrance and the simple check-in area. This hotel is by far the best value for money hotel I have tried. The room is relatively small, but for a business trip, ample of socket points, charging ports, almost full height window and neat/tidy setup is all I need and this hotel has ticked all boxes. All staff are helpful especially those housekeeping ladies who always keep your room neat and tidy. Special thanks to Tony who has always greet the guests both enter and leave the hotel and give you a homey feel. Will definitely consider to revisit this hotel (a repeat customer discount will be even better, LOL) If I have to pick a thing, the hotel has no area can invite guests to meet up, have to visit a nearby coffee shop.

Stuff are nice and friendly, location is convenient. BUT the wall is paper thin, I could literally join the conversations with people stay next to me if I wanted. And somehow, the doors make a very loud noice when they close. It sacred me every time. Hotel is nice but unless you are a super heavy sleeper. I'd say bring extra ear plugs.

We are currently halfway into our 5 days stay at this hotel and we found out that the house keeper broke my wife facial powder and we made a complaint to the front desk. The front desk told us later that the housekeeper claimed it was already broken fell all over the floor near the shoes area which is 2 meters away from where we neatly place all her makeups. My wife is very upset with the lie and we would have moved out immediately if we don’t have to attend the seminar early in the morning for the next two days. We decided not to come back to this hotel anymore in the future and we won’t come back to Hong Kong ever again. The powder is only 100 HKD but the damage to our feeling is a lot more. As for the room, the noise from people talking in the next room can be heard very clearly and it was annoying. We fixed the problem by turning on our TV to have the TV noise instead. Construction noise next door starts exactly at 8AM so you must be up by then. Location is bad now due to construction. The financial damage is 100 HKD for the broken powder but the psychological damage from this stay is so much more.

Worth the price. Perfect location, next to B2 exit of TST MTR. Staff are nice and helpful. Shower has good water pressure. Highly recommend. However room soundproof not really good, we still can hear some noise from other room in the middle of night.

Location is fantastic, just steps to the TST MTR, bus to and from airport is nearby too. Room size is not bad for HK, thé shower room has glass panels (and curtain that you can wind down if you want some privacy), good for couples or just to watch tv while showering. Room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Cleaner does her job well. Room is nicely renovated too. Service at reception is great too. Room rate is very reasonable for what it offers. Will be back again for sure!

The room itself is tiny and clean. The location is perfect about 1 min from MTR and bus station. The staff was nice. The only downside is that you have to pay extra 10 HKD for each luggage you want to store on the check-out date which I find its kinda weird since we were the hotel guest.

very good location, nearby the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station and A21 Citybus stop. The staff at G/F was very friendly and the room was clean and compact with free drinks.

Staying 3 weeks at the hotel. Would have given it a 5 stars because it is a very pleasant hotel. However, the internet/wifi speed is really really really really very poor (Download speed is 0.9 to less than 3Mbps). It is really disturbing to have such a bad connectivity. Feedback to reception over different days but the resetting of router does not improve the issue. I never had such issue with Airbnbs, and equivalent hotels in Hongkong., Bad internet connectivity is unacceptable for a hotel entity at this present age.

Location is awesome. Service is good. Rooms are a bit small but they're all small in HK. It's just opposite of Exit B2 of TST MTR. A very central place near to Mody Road, Nathan Road, Chunking Mansion, iSquare, K11 Mall etc etc. The hotel gives you 3 cans of softdrink for the entirety of the stay. But note they will NOT allow early check in. When I visited almost all non-quarantine hotels in HK were quite empty. And though they had empty rooms they did not offer me early check-in and was made to wait until 2pm. So take that into consideration if you are planning to check in early. All in all a good experience. Will I stay again? Yes for the location, especially the MTR.

We were skeptical based on the entrance and different reviews . We were pleasantly surprised . The staff was very friendly ,, Andy at the front desk was extremely helpful. The rooms are small but very clean , and the size is all you need! The location is perfect. We would recommend and return to this hotel. Don’t expect to get an early or late Check in because they are busy. ( but they will hold your bags for you ) Only disadvantage no breakfast , but it’s not a deal breaker.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Very easy to find, accessible to MTR and very near shops around the area. But the rooms are small just like most hotel rooms in HK, we had a nice and comfortable stay.

I stayed here for two nights on January 2020. The Hotel is near the MTR station, and also the Mosque. It was very convenient. The room it fits for two people, not big and not small either. The wifi is good, and the one that I like is the location near mini market and if you like kinda crowded place, this is the one for you. Near everywhere, you can walk to boutique and restaurants.

It is a clean modern simple hotel. Rooms are not tiny. It is located close to the TST MTR exit B, so it is convenient to go out and come back. Also there are many taxis in front of the hotel. For drivers, saying "Cameron road" is better.

Stayed there with my mom and we both loved it. Staff is super friendly and polite. Rooms are small (as with most hotels in Hong Kong)but clean. Would definitely stay here again for my next visit.

Location was great and just a few steps away from the TST station. Rooms were well kept and clean. Service was great as well - from front desk to housekeeping. We'll definitely book here again on our next visit to HK.

This is a hidden gem. Right in the middle of where the action is. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The room is small but very clean, everything you need is within reach. Very efficient use of space. Concierge are very very helpful. I requested an early check-in because our flight arrive early morning and was accommodated without any questions. Will definitely use this hotel again on our next trip to HongKong.

Amazing hotel! Location is literally less than a minute walk away from TST B2 exit, and very accessible to other popular spots like K11, and Victoria Harbour. Check In process was smooth, all the security guards were all super helpful and friendly. Even though the room looks small it felt spacious and had all amenities needed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was a great size. Loved that they made the effort to install automatic curtain blinds for both shower and window so it feels/looks less cluttered. Beds were also a comfortable size and clean. A great plus was that they had 4 USB charging ports on the bedside table. Overall, clean and well though out hotel. Despite Hong Kong tight space, I had a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!

Very solid hotel with a few caveats. The hotel must be recently refurbished/open since the rooms are showing very few signs of tear. The standard room is with twin beds and quite small but well designed. There's a new TV in the wall and a small cupboard next to the beds. The bathroom is really nice and the shower booth is modern. For at 3* hotel it's a great choice. Staff was nice and helpful. There are some things you need to be aware of though. First of all, the room is quite small and if you have suitcases it's difficult to find space for it. Secondly, it's quite loud, there is poor isolation towards the hallway so noise can easily come from that direction. There are also thin walls between rooms so if someone is watching TV or having loud conversations it easily comes through. The isolation in the windows towards the street is also bad so although you'll probably be staying high above the street, noise still easily carries through. More like cars speeding up or sirens but the windows hardly prevents any noise from passing through. With all that being said, it's a solid choice when you're staying in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Great place to stay location wise. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean. Rooms are a little small but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Had the benefit of getting one with enabled access so the bathroom was HUGE! Almost the same size as the entire room itself. Location was also super convenient and prices reasonable. Would return to stay again.

Best location. Super clean. Reasonable prices. Supportive staff. Near Kowloon Park and Masjid. I recommend it. Rooms are little small

If you can if at a good price it’s not bad. Rooms are clean, but bit small, and doesn’t feel overly nice for a relatively new hotel. I stayed in the room with two single beds initially. After that I changed to the superior room with king size bed but at that price your options open up.

Great hotel in the heart of TST. The MTR is just down the street and there's lots of food in either direction. It's about a 10 minute walk to the famous harbor and cityscape light show at 8pm. Each floor only has 4 rooms and the ground floor has 24/7 security. The room was clean and was a decent size with a modern design. This hotel is fairly new and well maintained. I took the airport express to Kowloon Station and then a 10 minute taxi ride here. They'll keep your luggage if you arrive early and can't check-in yet so you can roam the city freely. The only downside is that there's no gym.

This hotel is rate as 3. I think it’s bit underrated. 1 mins walk from mtr station. Good bed. Electric curtain. Big room. Good service. Only downside is the wall is too thin and you can hear people closing next door as well as some sound from outside ( but this is the city centre, not bad with the price I booked $450)
