I really don't recommend this place if hygiene and cleanliness is high on the list. I certainly would like the bare minimum standards when it comes to these. Unfortunately it would not be meeting the minimum standards. It's smelly, you can see the grittiness on the walls, tight confined spaces. I certainly didn't want to make contact with most objects in the toilet/bathroom area. There were no hooks to hang clothes and towels so we could shower so it was super inconvenient. I certainly would never put them on the floor. There is only one hook but it's next to the toilet cubicle. I really don't rate this place due to mainly the cleanliness and hygiene of the place. The location is certainly very good in terms of being extremely close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The location is the only thing I can vouch for. The mattress inside the sleeping compartments was sagged in the middle for my one and I felt back aches during my sleep. The door handle inside my sleeping quarter is nonexistent and it's a little difficult to pull the door open. The air con vent has lots of dust around the air vents. Basically, this place definitely doesn't have great attention to detail and care. I certainly don't rate it. It would be a 1 star rating if it weren't for the location. So I gave 1 extra star for that. I'd pay a little bit more for better facilities and care. In short, I won't be coming back if I needed accommodation in Tsim Sha Tsui.

I don’t recommand this hotel. I didn’t pay a lot to book a week but I wish I payed less. Even if the hotel is quite hard to find at first, the location in HK is great. The neighborhood is safe. The wifi works fine as well. 1. However, the check-in is electronic, I had trouble to check-in so I called a manager and I could hear how annoyed I made her for no reason. There is no indication on how to do anything I had to ask someone how to get the wifi ect. 2. The place is too small that it accommodates and we understand it as soon as we arrive. You can't put your stuff in the lockers because they are all taken and there is a "first come, first served" note with another note that says you can't leave your bags in the capsule. Poorly organized. 3. Thankfully my capsule room was clean, the sheets were clean but that’s not something to be happy about that should be normal. A bit damaged in a few places. The rest of this hotel is dirty and smells musty. The ground isn’t cleaned very often whether it’d be the room’s space, the common room, the kitchen or the bathrooms. I don’t mind sharing a bathroom and toilets but the ladies here don’t care that other people are going to take a shower after them. Bits of hair were lying here and there in the shower and one woman found the good idea to dry her underwear in a shower that everyone shares. If you don't have a problem showering with panties over your head, good for you. It seems like people live here on a regular basis, they’re not rude (just a few weird stares) but it feels like you’re stepping into their house without asking. They made this place their own, maybe that’s why no one cleans. 4. I wish the capsules were separated with men and women on a different area but unfortunately that’s not the case. I expected such a different experience, it’s not horrible but it’s still bad. I expected the cleanness and privacy of the capsule hotels in Japan, unfortunately that’s different. It feels like an awkward sharehouse. You can hear what people are doing and vice versa. You can hear people snoring at night for example. It’s embarrassing. My reservation on Booking was non-refundable and having a small student budget I could not afford to change hotels unlike another lucky customer who fled 24 hours after his arrival. So I went with it. I booked this hotel quite late (1 month) before my trip, but I am sure you can find something better at the same price. I wonder if the customers who put 5/5 really exist or, we really don't have the same expectations.

I hate to say it but I highly do not recommend staying at The Nap. We just needed a place to stay for a night and were excited about staying at a capsule hotel. However, as soon as we entered the building, we noticed it was very run down and the elevator looked like it was on the verge of breaking. We arrived quite late and did not feel safe entering the building. The Nap itself is not bad, but you can tell that other people actually live there and it hasn't been maintained super well. The bathrooms are overflowing with other people's stuff. The capsule was pretty clean and larger than expected, but it really is just a place to lay your head at night. There are a bunch of capsules in the same room with no security. Again, we didn't feel the safest when we arrived at night. The wifi was also spotty which made it difficult for a traveler like me. Overall, we really wish we spend a little extra money to stay somewhere else. I barely got any sleep and didn't feel comfortable, so I don't think it was worth the money I saved. This place does have potential, but the building it is located in as well as the maintenance being it down.

The place is very hidden. There is no sign in front of the building. Even the security in the building didnt know the existence of this place 😂. The easiest way to come to this accomodation is by entering the linton building, take the entrace just next to Reaction Coffee Shop. Take the first lift you found from that entrance (there are multiple entrances and multiple lifts) and go straight to 4F. There will be check in kiosk for you do self check in.

Hmmm, I would say, it is better to sleep in the airport. Slightly better than sleeping on the street. Definitely not that kind of capsule hotel you lived in Japan.

Room was very stuffy, and had various stains. Asked the front desk for help, but was rudely treated. WiFi was VERY unstable and slow. There wasn’t sufficient hot water for bath; it kept shifting between cold and lukewarm. Bedsheets seemed old and mouldy. Room was not soundproof; the couple next door had a bit too much fun. The only good thing is the low price, but obviously quality is lacking. All in all, not recommended at any level.

This place was very dirty, lockers were not working. Photos date from years ago and everything is worn out. Avoid.

Do not stay! Things stolen, dirty, smelly, uncomfortable and unsafe. I stayed for 1 night in the pod/capsule. The pods feel like coffins. There is horrible ventilation. The pods are locked electrically so if there is a power out you can't get out. I was the only tourist there for what I could tell. The other guests were long term guests and made the whole experience pretty uncomfortable. There are no lockers for you to use. 1.) They don't lock 2.) They are full with misc. items like bed sheets etc. The men's bathroom had no soap and no toilet paper. While there my Bose headphones were stolen. I had them when I went to bed but left my pod's door open a crack (remember no ventilation and smell) and when I woke up in the morning they were gone. Overall the building feels like a fire hazard. The elevator works occasionally. One time I was stuck in it for 3-4 minutes... The stairs are barely lit and are full of trash.

Had a great stay at the cabin. Very spacious and comfy. I especially like my cabin with the starry night ceiling. The location is nice. Just a minute walk from mtr station and there’s a large shopping mall and lots of restaurants nearby. Good security too.

Stayed for 5 nights. Very clean, fresh towels every day, comfortable beds. Very good location. Subway Tsim Sha Tsui East is very close. 7eleven less than a one minute walk. Various restaurants and bars nearby. Recommend for everyone with a small budget.

Cozy spot! We got a double cabin and it was surprisingly comfortable and quiet. Bathrooms are remodeled and nice. Everyone arrives around 10pm, so get ready for bed 9 or earlier or later than 11 to avoid bathroom lines. The only complaint is security. There is not enough lockers so most people end up leaving their bags in the common area where there is no security. There is no room in the cabin itself. There is no staff onsite in the night. We had no problems but felt a bit uncomfortable with this.

It's quite hard to find the location because there wasn't any sign name. If you can't find it, the fastest solution is to call their phone and ask for directions. The lift is so small, it only fits 3-4 people. I booked the private room version, it's small, and the overall environment is not that clean.

I booked the double capsule and it was absolutely perfect. The pillow and blanket are very comfortable. i slept very well there. They provided towel, toothbrush, etc, just like a formal hotel but just paid a lower price! Great!

Very clean, absolutely friendly, the staff are very helpful! So convenient! within 1 minutes or less to subway station. 7-11 convenience store at the left. I will stay there again!

I've been there for 2 nights. Before arrival you get a nice welcome message with detailed information. The capsules are clean and also the bathroom. It was quiet at night and there are lockers available for your stuff. There is also coffee machine and tea and shampoo, hairdryer etc. even if I already checked out on my last day, I could keep my luggage till my night flight.

I stayed other capsule place in Jordan and it is terrible. Luckily I found the nap and moved there. The bathroom and kitchen are shared, but you don't need to concern the cleanliness. It is very clean. They have 2 different type of capsule. All are wooden capsule, different from what I stayed before. The sound-proof is better I think.

Perhaps the best place we stayed in Hong Kong under a cheap price. Capsules are good enough for 2 people. Location is good, near to subway station. Highly recommend to those who any to sample a capsule or even those who would prefer a private room at a good price in a fab place.

You know what to expect when you book a capsule. Not as big as a hotel room but comfortable enough. I stayed there 9 nights, and I didn't regret it at all. Good service! Sleep very well!

Will be better to have signages to direct guests to this place. Many get lost and can't seem to find the place. Within the building of Lyton, the old security uncles are kind enough to make the directions to this place.

Room was a comfortable size to sit in and wider than I thought it would be. The mirror and decor are excellent.

What I like about The Nap it is near at the station. Kinda hard to find but just follow the directions and the staff are very accommodating and friendly specially the staff who welcomed me Anna. And they were very responsive on my all queries.

I had a really good moment there. I loved my two nights at the Capsule Hotel in HK. The concept and the design are great and beautiful.

Awesome location near Tsim Sha Tsui station. Tidy modern hotel with comfy bed. I’m glad we chose this one, definitely an excellent budget stay in a good location 🙂

I had a layover for a day to explore HK on my flight. Paid $25 USD for a night, I think it's the best $25 I ever spent! Common areas are clean and tidy, stay includes towels, body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, washer/dryer (not sure on last one I didn't use it). Nap pods have 2 sets of pillows (soft and hard) and comfortable sheets. Wifi is fast. I slept so well I almost missed my alarm to get up. Would definitely come back here, highly recommend if you're exploring Hong Kong just for a day or two.

this place is very dirty and they are also like crates of dead people stacked one on top of the other, if you make any noise someone will hear it. The place is a room with 8 drawers where you sleep inside. if you are looking to take someone there, forget it!

The location of this hotel is perfect and located a short walking distance to the train and bus station. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Their service is excellent. Their pillow is very comfortable.

First I arrived to this hotel, no lobby no reception then I called the owner, she has bad service and hung up the phone as I wasn't finish talking yet. Also this hotel quite hard to find and not welcoming. First step enter into the room. The room wasn't cleaned at all and smelly, they gave you a kettle but no cup. The bed is too small for 2 and it's so hard not much different from sleeping on the floor. The toilet is terrible, cannot use hot water even follows the instructions on the wall and the towels are not towels so thin as a paper. So over all I don't recommend anybody to stay in this hotel if you don't want to feel disappointed

If you are looking for a place to stay for sleeping overnight or your just gonna stay during evening , this is the best. Budget is friendly and legit. But if your looking for a luxurious one, this is not for you.
