Completely false advertising. Stayed in a double room that I could lie horizontally across and have my feet and head touching walls. Couldn't even sit on the toilet the bathroom was so small. Can't stand in the shower because the sink is in the way. The bed sheets were covered in stains. The TV doesn't work. The wifi is shoddy at best. If you're looking for something remotely comfortable, I would highly suggest staying somewhere else. Incredibly disappointing experience

We stayed in this hotel because we thought it was cheap and that the pictures of the room were good. We arrived at 9 in the evening tired from our flight, only to find out that the room we reserved was very far from the picture. The Chinese receptionist was very rude, who doesnt know any basics in customer service, really very unprofessional. The room was very small without toiletries, soaps, and no wi-fi connection which they listed to be among the things that were supposed to be part of what we paid for. To top it all, the bedding sheets were used and very dirty. We were very disappointed. I will never stay in this hotel in the future nor recommend this to friends who are going to HK

Warning!!! Do not book this hostel!!! Please do yourself a favor and do not book this hostel. The receptionist was so rude and verbally abused my mother and my husband that is in a wheelchair. We tried to ask for a refund because it is not wheelchair accessible as what they have described on the website. Instead the receptionist just shooed us away and verbally assaulted us. Do not book this hostel!!!! Very dirty and lots of creepy people in the building. Scary and not safe at all!!!!

After 7 months traveling in Asia it is definitely the worst hotel I stayed in. The owner is unpleasant and try to steal your money. You are parked with eight other people in a room of 10sqm. I was the one who has to sleep on the floor in the middle of the water from the leaking cold shower because there was no more beds available.

Probably the worst hostel in Hong Kong. Dirty beyond regular imagination. Cockroaches everywhere. One room for toilet and shower shared between all guests. No AC until 21.00 at the earliest so the cramped rooms are almost constantly wet. Toilet smells disgusting.

Very very poor hotel. Receptionist very rude. Don't stay in this hotel they're fake. Almost all clients argue with the receptionist because of the booking. What they advertise is different from what you get. Don't ever ever try this hotel you will be disappointed. No star at all.

Scam! Don’t go there guys!! dirty, smelly, the sheets weren’t washed, cockroaches in everywhere, rude staff.. omg

We booked 2 triple rooms. When we arrived, they gave us 2 rooms in separate floors and separate blocks. Since 6 of us are family we couldn't accept to have it that way. We requested for rooms that are near and at the same floor. They offered us 1 big room with a view good for 4 persons and an extra bed and we accepted. The aircondition in the room was new but remote control wasn't working. After a few hours, a visit from the owner, and several remotes tried by the receptionist, the original remote worked -_-. But they kept the remote because it was the remote for all of the ACs in floor -_-. The hot water was not working after several tries. Front Desk is NOT 24 hours. The owner doesn't care about the customers because it's Hong Kong. They'll always have customers. This Hostel is the same with Tai Wan Hotel and many others on the same floor. They also have units on different blocks on different floors.

not recommended. I stayed one night. the room was dirty, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, the bed with hair. The lady at the reception was rude, she asked me to pay more money and then I didn't want to pay it back. terrible service

The worst hostel ever! Poorly facilitated, not functioning air-conditioning and indescribable disgusted smell in the room! They will ask you whether or not to upgrade your room by paying extra fee but the 'upgraded room' is still disappointed! It is not a place for human to stay! All the photos showed in any booking website are FAKE! It should be rated NO STAR!

I think I should have read the reviews before coming here, but I can see why it's so poorly rated. However, everyone complains about the receptionist, but I found the young guy to be very kind and accommodating. The older man is the one people complain about, I think. The rooms are far more expensive than they're worth, and while the area is convenient, it also feels unsafe (people literally stand outside and try to scam you...). Amenities are not good. Generally pretty disappointing.

Worst hostel experience ever! Pricy! Matchbox rooms! Dirty facilities! Dirty comfort rooms! No free use of towels! No free soap, toothpaste, shampoo nor toothbrush. You have to pay in every single moves. Wifi is kinda slow too.
