This is the worst hostel ever! It's like a prison cell, don't ever stay in this place, you will really regret and transfer to another hostel which is a waste of time and money. When we booked our room a month before we had our vacation, they charged us lower amount, same in the website but when we arrived there that guy, maybe the owner or receptionist was very wise, brought us to another block which was not the agreement during booking, instead of block A, he transferred us to block F assured us good for 4 room, he collected additional money from us and the worst thing, the room was not the same in the picture. FRAUD as I may say. It was very small, we booked for 2 double beds but what we saw were 2 single beds with very untidy bedsheets and pillows. The toilet was very dirty and the shower was damaged. There were cockroaches at the washroom. Here comes the most irritating part, someone had the same card in our room and just suddenly swiped the door code when we were about to sleep. Good thing is, we double locked the door and we were all alert and decided not to open it. Very UNSAFE, DIRTY, RUDE MANAGEMENT!!! Such embezzlement is so unfair...You better go to well known "good rating" hostels/hotels if you want to make most of your vacation...

Staff good service but room no soap brush towel hot water 💦 room is dirty 😭 bad dream and charge service add 10 percent deposit key card 100$ I upgrade for bathroom 300$ inside for use but.... (toilet no clean worst) Pay n pay 😔 cash only

The place is filthy.There's rats running around the back from the hallway and cockroaches in the rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. You have to buy your own shampoo, soap and toilet paper. Our room reeks of cigarette smoke and the pillows smell like it's 100 years old. They don't change the sheets after every guest has left. Downstairs in the lobby is like a zoo. The elevators can only accomodate 7-8 people so there is always a long line. They will also ask you for a HKD100 deposit for every room you get but it's refundable. Will never stay in that place again!

1. The bathroom of this place is disgusting. There is mold growing on the sink hole on the floor. What's worst is that the slippers that they provided has no been washed and weary. <br> <br>2. Buttons of certain devices are missing. <br> <br>3. The previewed pictures that gave us consumers the trust were false. <br> <br>4. There is not even a water kettle in the room to boil freaking water, okay? <br>Imagine if you have to go out of your room alone just to get a glass of clean water especially on a tight budget. <br> <br>5. The service was rude. The towels that were said to be placed in the rooms before we arrive, never arrived. <br> <br>6. The Wi-Fi speed is good. Everyone needs to find the silver lining in every cloud.

This hostel is a well known scam. The owner is a 60 yr old Chinese that aim for scamming tourist. The information given in various web agent including hotels.com saying the room has shower. Then when you check in, they ask you to pay few hundreds more to upgrade to another room. Otherwose you have to share bathroom with other 20 strangers in a toilet with poor hygiene. You also have to pay $150 for cleaning free and another $100 as deposit, and other hidden charges. There are many tourists calling police everyday , but yet this owner run their business in this way. And the police will just record your passport and let this owner slip away, saying that this is a business dispute. There is also an outbreak of COVID here, so better stay away from this hostel because of the poor hygiene in the public area and staff just spit their saliva and sputum onto the floor right in front of you. Beware that this hostel situated in Block A , 3rd floor of the building, and this cunning owner runs the hostel in different hostel name in different website. Stay Away!

Best for backpackers and budget travellers...if u are looking for luxury this is not for u....as hongkong is quite expensive...this place is convenient for all on budget...it has options for any number of travellers! Either you are single or with a group it has options for all. And even bunk beds too

Could touch all four walls at once, very small. Wouldn't have been a problem if we had mattresses - these were literally pieces of shipping foam. Hot shower did not work also.

Too many hidden charges....all booking with private bathroom will be given as shared bathroom...then force the customer to upgrade with private bathroom by paying extra $100 perroom. Additional service charge when check-in $100 per room per night for a room where i call it as prison or cage...not for a tourist. For all visitors....consider other hostel or hotel.....not recommended.

This hostel is a scam! Totally different from the photos ‼️ NEVER EVER TRY BOOKING WITH THIS HOSTEL. Very unprofessional ! I am not able to sleep and I booked for 4 nights WHAT THE HELL. It ruined my vacation here in the city. 🤬

I guess, this is a prime example of expectation vs reality. Cheap price comes with cheap everything. Hahaha And the room is not ready upon our arrival. But okay, overall.

Well sheets and comforter is dirty use 2 or 3 times before it is going to be washed . I believed not that clean . But the price is affordable for quick stay
