Food was okay with acceptable service. Especially the AC was functioning very well in such hot summer time. But it still has room for improvement on hygien issue. I saw a waitress dropped a soup spoon on floor, but she just picked it up and send it together with the soup to the next table. That's why I cannot gave it more than three stars.

Food quality is good, and price very compatible. Skin of shrimp dumpling is thin and size large. Spent only $110 for 2 person. For afternoon tea.

The environment was good, but the food wasn't. The seafood was okay, like lobsters. But don't recommend other food. The food is either not warm enough or not well-seasoned.

The waitress made a mistake of ordering a combo that I didn’t order but she asked me not to make a complaint or the cost (HKD430) will be deducted from her wage. I accepted it. I ordered birthday buns but forgot about it until I saw the bill. My advice if you have to go there - check every item on the bill. In this climate one would expect better service. It was highly disappointing and I will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Guess I've been to its chain store in a variety of districts: Hong Kong Island, East New Territories and West New Territories. Food quality is fairly stable among all Victoria Harbour Restaurants that I have visited. One perk of having the restaurant situated in the New Territories is that the price is unbeatable! Despite the morning crowds dining at the restaurant, there's always a table for you if you don't mind waiting.
