I stayed here for one night for the next day flight transit. The location isgood, where can directly reach by airport bus within an hour. However, the room is in poor condition. I got a double room and it had a strong smell of urine. The windows are all locked so I can only open the door for air ventilation. Front desk service is not professional, they just want the job done and no smile whatever. Being a 3 stars hotel, I would expect more on the service and the hygiene.

Nice location (super close to the subway) with lots of food and shopping options nearby. The rooms are small (typical of HK) but very clean and tidy, and all I needed for a night of layover. The bed is comfortable. When I saw a plug adapter, I was sold! Compared to another hotel of similar price range I booked before (Metacity MK), that was night and this was day! I'd say it's good value. A couple of downsides for consideration: 1. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours' conversations. If you are a light sleeper, you are at the mercy of your neighbors. 2. The reception staff isn't super friendly but they do their job. So that's fine with me.

The room and bathroom is very small, there is very little room to store your luggage. There was no great view from my room. The service is basic, nothing to really complain about. The location is convenient due to close to Tsuen Wan MTR station and bus stops. There are shopping malls nearby and a small park.

Close to MTR. Decent location not the best. Rooms are -1 star if I had a choice. There isn't even room to open your luggage. Shower is tiny, you have to tuck your elbows to not touch the curtain. The shower is clogged so water fills up the shower area very fast. You are wading in dirty water. You get about 5 minutes before the water overflows the 1 inch ledge that seperate shower floor from the toilet floor. Bed is hard as a rock. Ribs and back hurt all night. Pillow cases are yellowish from use and not being replaced. Towels smells like cigarettes. It's literally a cheap China tour hotel. Do not recommend...

Silka Far East Hotel offers a comfortable stay in the vibrant heart of Hong Kong. The rooms are modest yet clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's location is a major highlight, situated near key attractions like Mong Kok and the Ladies' Market. Despite its compact size, Silka Far East impresses with efficient service and a friendly staff. The hotel's affordability adds to its appeal, making it a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers. While it may lack some luxury amenities, its strategic position and value make it a sensible base for discovering Hong Kong.

The room is cozy and compact. The staff was welcoming, and the location was excellent, close to the MTR, and within walking distance of various amenities. There are numerous food and shopping options in the surrounding area. I definitely plan to return in the future.

Convenient location and good quality for the price. The rooms were a bit small, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep then this will do the job

Rooms are small, fair prices, if you can get a promotion. Good location with accessibility for shop and dine.

We came to Hong Kong for a business trip and stayed at Silka Far Hotel ! We want to thank RAYAN from the Front Office ! Since we were late to the airport we needed fast check-out and needed a taxi . He not only checked us out quickly , but also ordered a taxi and helped with luggages. Pleasant to see high service , we will definitely come back and stay at Silka Far Hotel ! In sha Allah

This is a cheap hotel and close to busy Tsuen Wan. Pay attention to toilet and bathroom. Give you hygiene and water surprise all the time.

Even though, it is not situated in a perfect location but I give it a 4 stars just for it's super Room service and for their hospitality despite being one of the cheapest of all the hotels that I have been to in all over Hong Kong....

I book this hotel for 16 days. From Oct 28th till 5th November every night there would noise from the top floor above me and as though some work going on. Sound more like drilling and knocking. Made complaint several times and finally they me to another room and told me this room will not have any noise. To my shock even the new room has the same noise and today is the 8th. I have give up parking and shifting to another room. I am here for business and usually take room for a longer period but I will not choose this hotel again or even if I have to extend my stay this time due to work I will shift to another hotel. Really affecting my sleep.

3 days Qurantine. The rooms were small with Windows that were covered up. They got wifi covered but the rest seemed like dull. There was a small TV with just local channels. No other option or even connect to phone option. The delivery of food was good, average 5-10 minutes delay only Although it was enforced, we did feel like our rights were taken away. Especially with the windows covered. Air purifiers or ventilation aren't enough. A view would have been much appreciated.

Stayed here during our vacation in HK. 5 mins walk to Tsuen Wan MTR stations and there are bus stations nearby. Also near to stores and a park. They have a english speaking receptionist who is very accommodating. They let us to check in early. Will definitely recommend!

The Rooms are dirty and the housekeeping never comes to tidy up the room. You just get everyday new slippers and towels. The only good thing is, that it is close to the MTR.
