Visited Ciao Chow and selected the dinner set menu, we have enjoyed the service and the food are okay. Amongst the dishes we have ordered, we particularly liked the impossible meatballs and the pizza Calabrese. My friend liked their tiramisu too, but I didn’t try. Regrettably the music in the restaurant was way too loud towards the end of the meal; we tried to have a conversation but we simply couldn’t hear each other, so we cut our dinner short and went to a bar instead.

I can see why this place can be crowded, but sadly it’s not the food you come for, meatballs should be well cooked, succulent and full flavoured from tomatoes to the meat, instead it was microwaved with a bit of tomato sauce dribbled on top. 😪😵🤭🤬 Good range of craft beers and people come to watch sports.

We dined at Ciao Chow for Sunday Brunch, and I think the food and service shined best during this service. It was quite impressive to have a carving station in a buffet, and the pizza and pasta portions were adequately small to allow for a variety to be tasted The selection was a bit overwhelming (positively) and took us several rounds (including several rounds of desserts!!) for us to enjoy a satisfactory amount of choices. Shawn the manager went through extra lengths to provide amazing service not just to our table, but as I observed (and was a bit jealous (just kidding!)) that he gave a similar level of engagement to each and every guest. Price point is understandably hefty but still potentially worth it (especially being a buffet in the middle of LKF) We were too busy enjoying the food to take too many pictures (oops!!)

Absolutely delicious! The best pizza in Hong Kong HANDS DOWN! Really great service and atmosphere. Quality food and fun atmosphere! What more could you ask for??!? Loved it.

Food is worth 4 stars but service there add one more star. We did thanksgiving dinner there and found calamari and ham very delicious. There were a lot of people, but our food came very fast. HH is a good deal but you need to arrive between 3 to 6.

A bit pricey, but good food, a decent wine card, and friendly staff. Everything one should expect from an Italian restaurant. On top of that, an excellent location with the view of one of the busiest corners in Lan Kwai Fong, especially if you get one of the high tables outside.

Went to Ciao Chow for the bottomless brunch from 12:00 - 4:00 on the weekend. Some major pro's include the endless supply of quality stone baked Pizza and the wide variety of booze included in the drinks deal. The rest of the buffet was also great if a little limited. The service started out excellently but did deteriorate throughout the meal as the staff seemed increasingly less 'free' with the free flow drinks. Very few desserts and the decidedly grotty bathrooms were the downside. But for just over $500 /person in the centre of town this is a great option and I'd definitely go again.

This is a good spot. Very airy, nice drinks selection, efficient and polite service, and really great, authentic pizza! I've been here many times, and never disappointed. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because the prices are a little high. For example, it's over HKD 250 for a small plate of Spaghetti Bolognese. I know their rent is probably insane, and that's the reason for these prices, but still.

One of the best tiramisu in Hong Kong. A bit more alcohol to wet the sponge cake would probably made it the best in town. We tried their prosciutto pizza and loved the way the topping was done. However, the pizza crust was not great which to us was a very important element. Great location plus the great atmosphere plus a good set of crew makes this place worthwhile to come back again. And we will; we want to come back to try the other items on the menu. Expect to spend HKD180/person.

Delicious authentic Italian food and friendly fast service at reasonable prices. Food Quality: 4.5/5 It is not easy finding delicious, authentic Western food at a reasonable price in Hong Kong. We have finally found the right place!! Carpaccio di Manzo: 4.5/5 Melt in your mouth beef carpaccio. The Parmigiano Reggiano and lemon mustard makes it especially delicious. Would be nice if there was a tad more beef. Polpettine al Pomodoro: 4.5/5 Hearty serving of 8 meatballs. Delicious fresh tomato sauce. -0.5 because one of the meatballs had small bone fragment. Margherita Extra Pizza: 4.5/5 Absolutely delicious!! Best pizza we’ve had in Hong Kong. Especially loved the texture of the dough – crispy and just the right amount of chewiness all at once. Would be even better with more tomato sauce. Spaghetti al Pomodoro Fresca: 4.5/5 Best pasta we’ve had in Hong Kong. Spaghetti was just right – not too hard, not too soft. Tomato sauce was very fresh with a hint of smoked ham flavour. However, some people may find it too sour. Portion size was on the small side. Tiramisu: 5/5 Succulent and very authentic, which is hard to find in Hong Kong. Lady fingers crumble is the best we’ve ever had. The liqueur flavour was just right – noticeable but not over powering. Very good portion size – good for big spoonfuls. Crema Catalana: 5/5 Delicious and just the right amount of sweetness. Price: 4/5 Very reasonable price for such good quality food, especially given the location in Lan Kwai Fong. Service: 3.5/5 We sat down for 20 minutes and all the servers seemed to ignore our table for 2. We saw all tables around us get served with water while we sat waiting with our empty cups. Also, more frequent water service would be better – not everybody buys drinks. We noticed that the plates that were used to serve the pizza and pasta was cold. It would help if the plates were kept warm in the kitchen so that the food would not become cold so quickly. Other than that, friendly servers and very fast service. Food comes very quickly, great when you are hungry!! As an aside, while the menu design is very innovative and stylish, I found the small font rather difficult to read. Cleanliness: 5/5 All utensils and tables are clean. Washroom is also very clean.

A spacious restaurant in LKF’s standard with a nice atmosphere and vibe. The food was just okay and the pasta didn’t have its soul and al dente texture. The sauce was a bit overwhelming so you couldn’t tell what were the ingredients inside.
