Wagyu
steak
and
other
dishes
💰
HK$300
per
person
(lunch,
10%
service
charge)
One
of
the
restaurants
on
my
to
go
list,
121BC
in
central.
The
entrance
located
at
a
slope
and
took
me
a
while
to
find
it,
no
thanks
to
google
maps.
We
were
welcomed
by
the
staff
upon
our
arrival
and
talked
us
through
the
menu
and
their
signature
dishes.
We
ended
up
ordering
the
parma
ham,
lamb
ribs,
two
dishes
of
pasta
and
their
signature
wagyu
steak.
The
parma
ham
was
decent
and
the
pasta
were
quite
nice
as
well,
however
the
main
focus
of
the
meal
was
the
wagyu
steak.
It
was
served
medium
rare
and
very
flavourful.
At
the
same
time
the
steak
did
not
feel
too
filling
for
each
bite.
I
enjoyed
the
wagyu
on
its
own
however
it
was
also
served
with
some
anchovy
gravy
which
I
was
not
a
fan
of.
The
gravy
was
a
bit
too
fishy
for
my
taste
and
did
not
match
the
steak
in
my
opinion.
I
prefer
old
fashioned
horseradish
sauce
or
mustard
instead.
The
portion
of
the
steak
was
also
slightly
smaller
than
expected
which
was
a
bit
of
a
surprise
for
me
as
it
looked
bigger
in
the
pictures.
Overall,
I
think
this
restaurant
is
worth
a
visit
if
you
have
never
been
before
but
can
also
explore
other
italian
restaurants
in
Central.
