Excellent food, excellent service, excellent old Hong Kong diner vibe. Must try their puff pastry egg tart and satay beef! They are really delicious. Service is attentive and friendly - that’s the only ‘unauthentic’ but outstanding thing as a Hong Kong diner. Highly recommend!

Egg Tart is one of the top 3 in HK. Sooo delicious! Crisp and Flaky tart shell, silky smooth custard inside, also not too sweet. Must try!! Hot Milk tea is very good as well!! Classic Cha Chaan Teng interior design style. Friendly waiters.

Classic Hong Kong Restaurant, serving the neighborhood with their well-known Egg Tart, Omelette, Bakery. Reasonable price filled with culture and history.

We came for the egg tarts! 9/10 for me. The pastry crust is very light but full of shortening. Now the egg custard filling was amazing. This place is in a suburban area where the restaurants have no english menus. Im sitting at a 2nd restaurant now writing this because my friend wanted dim sum but this place doesnt serve it so im now at a diff place. Havent seen any tourists yet lol we all get stared at lol. The people here were very friendly and tried to help but no one spoke one word of english. It was 30 hkd for a coffee n egg tart.

Very local char chan teng. Enjoyed the macaroni and the milk tea. Must try the satay beef and pork cutlet! Egg tart is very authentic too! Best to eat it hot!

I must say the food is up to expectation as I have ordered sweet mustard braised pork rice (梅菜扣肉飯) which isn’t something one usually order in a char chan teng. I have tried better black coffee in other char chan teng and this is ok. When I was dining, many patrons seem to be regular and most ordered if not take away their egg tart. This place offered 3 variations of egg tarts - cookie crust, danish crust and the original crust egg tarts. This place also has a mid floor which is a signature of old style char chan teng. It’s located at a residential area so unlikely if one will be wandering around. Do pay a visit if you happened to be around.

Old school cha chaan teng place. Highly recommended for their egg tarts and was not disappointed at all.

We visited this cafe on a Monday afternoon. My hot coffee was strong and could do with a little more milk or creaminess. I was happy to see the slab of butter in my pineapple bun was full size and not tiny like those served in other places including one famous café in MK. The bun was fresh and the crusty topping was as expected. Service from a lady and from a waiter was courteous. The combo was 33 dollars representing good value in late 2023.

Local breakfast restaurant. - Beef noodle *I like it* - Egg tart *you feel really ‘egg’* *Menu has only Chinese language*

Very good old style tomato gravy with unreal color, tender pork chop with a light and thin batter.

The other dishes didn't impress very much but their egg tarts are definitely one of the best I've tried! Smooth, silky and very fragrant. Even better with good service :)

Choices are not many, but all are the traditional Hong Kong restaurants food (old-school food style and taste) and they bake the bread too.

🫤 This was my usual place to get pineapple bun with butter and Hong Kong style milk tea. With the pandemic, this was the first time I returned to Hong Kong after 4 years. The pineapple bun and milk tea are good, but I found several other restaurants (Sun Wah, Gold Garden) in Cheung Sha Wan that offer...
