Very impressed with the service and the food!!! Booked a table for 2 on Google just last night and made a special request coz wanted to take my mum for a quick birthday brunch. The staff really delivered and made my mum felt special by singing the birthday song with a guitar accompaniment…Message written on the dessert plate and a polaroid photo along with a birthday card :) Definitely recommend you to check this gem on 30/F.

I ate at Pirata during Restaurant Week Summer 2023, and it was definitely worth it! We had a reservation for 6:00 PM and were seated quickly. The set menu included four appetizers, and they were all delicious. My favorite was the parma ham! Each appetizer showcased unique flavors and culinary craftsmanship, leaving us impressed with the creativity and taste. For the main course, we ordered the Butcher's Cut cooked medium well. It was good, but it got a bit dry towards the end. The initial bites were succulent and flavorful, but as we progressed through the dish, the meat lost some of its juiciness. The grand tiramisu was the dessert, and it was creamy and sweet. Personally, I would have preferred it to be slightly less sweet, as it bordered on being overly rich. However, the presentation was elegant, and the velvety texture was enjoyable. Throughout the evening, the waiters were friendly and attentive to our needs. They welcomed us warmly and were knowledgeable about the menu. Their attentive service added an extra layer of comfort to our dining experience.

Excellent risotto and desserts. Other dishes very pleasant as well. The service was especially outstanding. One in our group was lactose-intolerant and the staff went out of their way to curate a special menu for them. When we requested a slight adjustment for a particular dish (due to our preferences), they responded promptly and professionally.

Nice atmosphere with sky tower view if you are seated by the window. We ordered pasta but it is too al dente (too hard) to our liking. With the sauce on the dry side, it is a bit difficult to chew and swallow. Just to be clear, the dishes are ok but not among the best. They do the meat well though.

Food are excellent, especially the lamb chop. The mussels are also delicious. The place is a bit noisy but still acceptable. Waitresses are nice. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

Been there for brunch with my wife for our wedding anniversary. The food is delicious and as good as it's been promoted. The price is also competitive considering the variety and quality of food that you can get. The environment, however, was a bit noisy but acceptable. The service is great.

Very nice service and atmosphere. Food is just of average to be honest. The butchers cut is the best dishes we picked. Chicken rolata is tasteless and baked for too long. Tiramisu is a blast!!

Great italian food with awesome service. We had a nice time there. Booking is recommended as venue is very small. Located in Wan Chai with walking distance from the MTR. The vibe was good with the skyscraper view of Hong Kong from 30th floor. We had an awesome 1 kg t-bone which was juicy and scrumptious. All other dishes were awesome especially the burrata. Highly recommended.

This place continues to be excellent. The ambience and atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is just outstanding. The home- made pasta is so good that I could literally eat it on its own without anything else! Special mention to all the staffs that provided outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back.

Incredible value for lunch, it was such a good experience from start to finish. The burrata and tomatoes, and beef tartare were perfect antipastis, the sourdough bread was dense, but fluffy. There was free flow wine or prosecco since it was "Frunch" (Friday lunch), a very nice touch to round off the delicious and hearty meal. In addition to the antipastis, we were given a complimentary plate of ham (mortadella?), cheese and olives. Then the stars came, the signature meatballs and a truffle tagliatelle. Didn't try the meatballs, but was told it was springy and flavorful. The truffle pasta was deliciously rich tasting, but also not so heavy like a cream-based dish. Lots of black truffle shavings. The tagliatelle was springy and dense, perfectly Al dente. Dessert was a yummy tiramisu, also quite rich. Had texture cuz of some crumble on top, but it was soooooo good bc of this. Overall, it was a perfect, leisurely lunch. The service was impeccable and attentive. Even though the dining room filled up by 1:30 pm, it still felt spacious. I will definitely be back! Total paid was $276 + 10% svc: amazing value considering the high quality and amount of food, as well as free flow drinks!!!

Top notch Italian food in Hong Kong for a more affordable price. With the timely food service and polite staff they offer, I seriously look forward to my next visit and to other members under Pirata group. The place itself top up by one of the most opened view in Wan Chai and I can't recommend it enough to many more friends.

The food la were delicious and service was very good. One point worths to note is this restaurant won't automatically laid a 10% service charge on the bill, tipping is all up to the customer.

While the drinks were nice, the food was shockingly disappointing. Each and every dish I was served was awful. You're a vegetarian? Assume you'll get meat (but without seafood). Assume your salad will have no dressing (and consist of green salad and two croutons) because an Italian restaurant only has dressing with anchovis (olive oil seems to be no option..). The main was burnt beyond recognition and since I was there with a group, I could hardly wait till they redo it entirely. And despite the burnt main, there was literally zero substitute offered (I mean... Even an espresso would've been a nice gesture...). I have heard great things about this restaurant and maybe I just caught them on a bad day -- but it certainly was a very, very bad day then.

Love the food and atmosphere in the restaurant. Great food with reasonable price for weekday lunch. If you are celebrating birthday, don't forget to add remarks when you make reservations in your booking. You will get surprise birthday song. No service fee charged but recommend to tips if you feel happy for your experience.
