Way on the 4th floor of this building was a hidden gem of a vegetarian restaurant! Everything we tried was so delicious, we wish they had this place in the US! We ate the #579 with vegetarian ribs, which was amazing and the vegetarian “chicken satay” everything was flavorful and unique. We also got to sit by the window for some great people watching. It was a wonderful meal that we will remember fondly from our trip to Hong Kong!

Great for yum cha or dinner, lovely vegetarian food, all the usual dim sum but vegetarian. Popular on the weekends so get in early for yum cha, ie 11am. If you don't speak Cantonese then no problem, the list has English names too, just circle what you want. Get 3-4 dishes per person, it's only HK$20 A a dish anyway and enjoy

Lovely vegetarian restaurant we went to on our first night in Hong Kong. It's on Nathan Street - you'll see the small takeaway on the ground floor, then go up to the fourth floor for the large restaurant space (pictured). It's a big space and was pretty packed, entirely with locals other than us. The staff were friendly and helped us out when we struggled to understand our bill which was, unsurprisingly, entirely in Chinesee. Luckily though, the menu is also in English. We got a tofu dish, lettuce wraps with vegetarian mince filling and a seaweed pancake. As well as that, pineapple and green tea was delivered to the table when we arrived. All the food was delicious. This came to 240 HKD, so it's not particularly cheap but seems pretty standard for Hong Kong.

Quality has fallen so sharply that we felt we were in some imitation setup. Used to patron the North Point shop decades ago and came to this one month before the last for a vegetarian friend. It was disappointing but not helpless. This time even the tea taste stale. We ordered a few dim-sums and a congee. The only virtue for the congee is that we could recognise it’s prepared from real rice. The Portuguese sauce soya skin roll is actually a thin down bad curry with some over soaked wrapper with tasteless and scarce stuffing. The pancake was made largely with cornstarch. Ham Shui Kok, one of my old favourites, was depressingly thick skin with loosely packed, and again tasteless fillings. Nothing like a proper bite of that name. I’ll skip the other disappointments. The only more acceptable one is the fried bun of purple sweet potato, a dessert they put out to us as the first item. The waiter was rude and spilled water together with tealeaves on my hand, without a single word for apology.

I ordered some fried rice. Big portion. The size was inversely proportional to the flavour. Bland. All the crockery on the tables can boost your expectations. Disappointing overall.

Had a fantastic dinner here on a trip to Hong Kong — this was possibly the best vegetarian Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. The menu was extensive and the food delicious. We ordered an eggplant dish and a tofu dish with many different kinds of mushrooms — unfortunately couldn’t remember exact names — both were amazing. I was especially blown away by the vegetarian Chinese sausage (臘腸) they used to season food — the flavour was virtually identical. Service was also very friendly. I wish my trip was longer so that we could come back here for a second meal!

As a vegetarian having an affordable, fully veggie friendly dim sum place with English descriptions and pictures in an accessible location- this place ticks all that. However, the quality of the food I would say is not as amazing as other restaurants and service is slower due to low number of staff. I came on a Monday lunch time and it was not fully packed and food came quick. But to have been able to eat off the entire menu and come out with a belly full of Chinese vegetarian dishes I am happy about that. Hk needs more Chinese veggie friendly places. Best dish: pan fried turnip cake no. 33 Worst dish: spring roll no. 34 I would rate this place 7.5/10.

Not tourist friendly. No one entertains you. Waited so long to get a seat as they just ignore you. No menu provided, then you just point at the menu. Couldn’t even ask them for soya sauce as they will just shake their heads even if you point at the soya sauce. Food is average, they charged us for additional items (we ordered 7 and we were charged for 9) and we couldn’t even clarify as only one old man speaks English and he won’t entertain you. Really, utterly disappointing experience. Very rude, and food wasn’t even worth it

I’m Cantonese so no stranger to dim sum across Guangzhou and HK. The staff were friendly but the food has to be by far the worst I’ve ever had of its kind. We were keen to try vegetarian meals but the quality of the food was extremely poor and was expensive for what it was. It came to 200HKD for a plate of soggy noodles and 3 dim sums. We couldn’t finish it at all. Do not recommend. Very disappointed.

Super noisy and crowded. Not very good services with obvious shortages of staff to handle ordering. Many dishes are not available. Food is cold. Not a friendly place, impolite staff. Not a good environment for meal, the noise almost blows my head

A lot of vegetarian dishes to choose from and everything tasted good but not outstanding. Fairly large dining room so with few people it feels somewhat deserted. Totally ok service but closed at 10 which google didn't say so we were a bit stressed and felt that the staff wanted us to leave.

This place cooks veggies well even without garlic and onion! I really liked the eggplant dish, only fault I could find is that i didn't find the dishes as creative as some other chinese vegetarian places I've been to (e.g. fusion things/ imitated traditional dishes)

A big restaurant with huge tables for big families. I removed a star for being put on the only 2-person table literally behind the place where they empty the used dishes. If I only evaluate food - 5 stars. Great fake meats, a HUGE menu to select from, and decently priced. Mains were between 55-85 HKD, appetizers between 30-60 HKD. I ordered a Shanghai style double fried duck bits decent), pan fried veggie scallop and shark fin dumplings (yummy), and this French style veggie seafood mango roll (which I didn't quite like). But yes - the food is fantastic; a veggie's delight. Overall - come here with a big group of friends, order ten different things, and you'll have a great time. By oneself - not so much.
