Wow has this place fallen. I remember having a burger at the branch behind sogo and enjoyed it so I thought it would be good to try at this newly opened one next to times square. Boy did it suck. Hard dry buns, soggy newspaper-ish patty. Terrible. And they think it's okay to charge over $100 for this?! They want people to apply membership for this?! My buddy ordered pork ribs and it's equally abysmal. Tough meat, he tapped the meat with his knife and it could've rung. Not gonna eat here again. The food looked good too, shame that everything else is so far behind

Food is perfectly nice, slow cooked steak is excellent. Spare ribs, potato skin, nachos, chicken wings, brownies sundae and cheesecake are as delicious as usual. However, service can be improved, we have waited 20 minutes for the drinks, food was served much more efficiently. Waiter said there is only one person working in the bar, in this case, please, add man power in that section then. Anyway, I love all food in Ruby Tuesday, yummy. 😍

Staff are very friendly and the ambience was nice. I ordered ribs and my gf ordered steak. She loved the steak and my ribs were delicious as well. Only downside is the the veggies were not well cooked e.g the cauliflower were still hard. Aside from that we were happy.

Back in the day Ruby Tuesday used to be a known standard of quality. Now, we arrived at around 3pm. It seemed no one was working. When we were finally seated the drinks were not mixed and tasted bad. The food was not hot and I suspect microwaved. Maybe understandable if the place on a Friday at peak service but at 3pm on a Monday it was surprising. At full price this place is very disappointing! I can't believe they hope to sell memberships if this is the level of quality. Was really hoping RT was back! Sad!

Not bad! Lots of choice and taste good! If you are not a member, the price will be +50%. The only thing I am not that into is Dessert - chocolate ice-cream.

I feel sorry for the staff there and especially the one who was in burger costume passing promotion leaflet downstairs…Target on the promotion $108 half ribs. Notice it is franchise and the taste may vary in different RT. So decided if ribs taste good, will go for membership. That was the plan. I ordered half ribs, fois gras toast and white sangria (had it in K11 RT and it was amazing). Everything came all in once so I had to eat one by one. Fois gras toast was sliding on the plate while the waiter was trying to put it down. Wei…this could be solved by a drop of mesh potato. Perhaps this RT is new? Or I am the first person ever ordered fois gras toast here? The toast is a bit too thick and tasteless. The ribs…is the driest ribs I have ever had. I thought it was because the first bite was the tip? The dry meat texture with no taste stay in my mouth all the way...that’s all I remember. Sangria is okay but no membership purchase for sure.

Worse service ever! The place only have a few customers and all the waiters were chatting or on their phones. Been sitting for 15 mins. Asked for water the moment we sat down. Food ordered and 15 mins gone still no water. Asked the waiter to give us water and he walked away, had to ask 3 other waiters to finally get the water and one of the cup has lipstick mark. Overpriced or force to join membership. Food quality is not good.

Worst meal ever. Looks good yet the fish is raw inside,and the chicken is overcooked and dry..

Absolutely lovely. This is the first time I went to the restaurant with my colleagues, normally I don't comment on my first visit but here, there was nothing to wait for next time. Food is great, spacious place, great for parties or even family gathering. I will visit soon next time and take membership, which gives flat 50% discount for members, it's worth putting on the frequent list. I can say, after TGI'F , this is my next favorite. Staff here are friendly and welcoming. Booth seating is comfy and spacious, environment is bright and clean. Love the overall ambience of this branch! Food portion is in american size so very huge, better to come in group with family or friends. Sharing is joy and you could try out more items!

Super overrated with expensive food if you are not a member - 50% more than when you pay for a membership! Also staff were unattentive...a drink refill took almost 10mins to happen. 性價比超低。

Great service. Limited great dining areas. Too many tables near the toilet and by the bar, it's just not very comfortable to sit at. Overall, I commend the service and food. Will definitely join the membership next time!!

Very international look. Casual . Good for family and friends the quality of food is OMG. But their washroom is in poor hygiene.

Super expensive for the quality you get. 2 beers + 1burguer + 1 salad = over 1.000 HKD... First and last time i go. Many other options cheaper with best quality.

Ordered a medium steak and got this chewy, bloody, tasteless piece of meat. The salad before was a joke as well. Maybe the burgers are better but not sure I have the motivation to find out.

The original price was a bit high, but if you joined their membership programme, you would enjoin a big discount.

Food is totally mediocre. Clam Chowder was tasteless watery potato soup, crab cake was very cold and soft, while i expected it to be 香口. Steak was soso, fries were soso. Wont return.

Food is good if you accept what it is. Ie as a member it is half price but should be half price anyway. The burger was not great and the meat a bit mushy. The ribs are amazing though. Steam was pretty good too
