Definitely a restaurant with good view and good service! Portion of dishes are generous. Recommended one would be Tomahawk steak, tender and juicy, and the lobster tail. For dessert, must try the New York cheesecake!

To be honest, it's not good as I expected, maybe I was not lucky enough? For a steakhouse with 1000 HKD/person, you can't believe what's in your mouth, not too bad but totally not 1000+ level. In addition, the vibe of the restaurant is also very strange, a posh restaurant with Olivia Rodrigo songs as BGM? R U serious? I mean her songs are perfect but not for steakhouse ok?

Absolutely fantastic food, amazing service, and great atmosphere. I've seen Morton's of Chicago around TST in Hong Kong for awhile now, but was always too intimidated to try. However I went for my wedding anniversary this year(May 2023) and it was completely worth the price. There was ofcourse bread to start delicious do t fill up on it. Then we shared a mushroom dish made with miso butter to start, then lobster mac and cheese and sweet creamy corn. Finally we shared a whiskey infused rib eye cooked to perfection. Followed by a mango sorbet and lemon souffle. The wonderful backdrop of Hong Kong Island greeted us at our seats, and the service was definitely a 9 out of 10.

Lots of steak houses in Hong Kong, and this is definitely one of the best! Great ambience, superb service with great attention to details, excellent view of the Hong Kong Island side of the Victoria Harbour! Tried 3 times there and each time the beef was perfectly done!

Last visit was over 15 years ago. It was so impressive that Morton’s always had a special place in my heart. But not the time we visited recently. Perhaps there are many good or better places for steak in town? Perhaps the glorious times before the pandemic had gone….? Anyway definitely a restaurant with a good view!

Always a treat to come for happy hours. Staffs are friendly, good is amazing and you can walk in most of the time. Whereas the steakhouse is usually fully booked. This is the best way to enjoy steakhouse quality meat at a reasonable price, on a whim. As always, please like this review if you find it helpful.

The steak was way over cooked, the French fries was not hot and the asparagus was not fresh nor tasty. Dessert was just average. Not worth for the price they set.

They charged you michelin price and served you cha chaan teng quality food and services. We came here for birthday celebration, spent >1500 per head but felt like the entire meal was a waste of money and time. We booked the table for 7:30pm, arrived on time but were not seated until 8pm. When we finally got in, we spent A LOT of time throughout the night waiting for our food to arrive. They kept forgetting the food we ordered, forgetting to provide the right tableware for the dishes. Even worst, they put “Happy Anniversary” on our card, but we came here for birthday celebration, the staff re-confirmed the occasion with me beforehand via whatsapp so I really didn’t expect they would made such mistake. As to the food, we ordered the special occasion menu which includes the oyster and lobster soup for starters, Lobster and ribeye for main, and had asparagus and macaroni as side dish. The oysters were similar to those you can get at Oyster Station for 20hkd/piece. The lobster and lobster soup was okay, the ribeye was dry, chewy and flavourless (it was so bad to a point that we couldn’t finish eating half of it!!), the side dishes were cold when it was served. This restaurant was recommended in a lot of articles when I was searching online for a birthday celebration restaurant. My advice to everyone, don’t believe those online articles and don’t bother to come here for any type of celebration if you don’t want to have your night ruined.

Restaurant is crowded with customers, food is only normal and we had the special 3 course steak dinner. Before course 1, the waiter gave each table a huge bread for sharing, however, all the way when we were having dinner, we only have 1 steak knife, I thought at least they could have given us at least 1 butter knife. The steak was so so, I do not think it is worth for that price. Lobster tail was okay. Side dishes we picked truffle fries, spinach and asparagus. Spinach mushroom was not that good as the spinach tasted a bit bitter... for dessert, the legendary hot chocolate was nice, very happy with that. in general, i think the price should be adjusted and the hotel is quite old, you can have better view in nearby location.

Vibe🍴Chill with American style, strong feeling in Chicago style at the entrance. Majority of harbour view is blocked by the museum. Starters🍴Smell good of lobster bisque, best to serve with bread. Shrimp cocktail is nice also. Steaks🍴Unfortunately, no aroma when the steak landed on the table. New York Strip is tender while Mignon has a stronger taste of beef

One of the best, if not the best steakhouses in Hong Kong. Quality & Standards remain the same over the years. If you are craving for a good steak, this place hard to beat.

Great happy hour spot! The bar was cozy with a good view of the skyline and a wonderful happy hour deal. We didn’t try the food but the cocktails were great!!

Came for an anniversary celebration with wifey couple weeks ago and ordered from the 'steak and lobster menu' that comes with a starter, an entrée, a side dish and a dessert starter - the lobster bisque was rich, creamy and smooth with a velvety texture entrée - you get to choose a steak plus seafood where my wife had the filet mignon with lobster tail and I had the filet mignon with crab cake side dish - button mushrooms & creamed spinach (so fulfilling that it took up 50% of my stomach space) dessert - cream brûlée & morton's legendary hot chocolate cake Everything was tasty and the portion was larger than usual which I was 85% full after the main course and completely forgot about the dessert (and I couldn't finish all). There was a pleasant surprise when the staff placed a giant soufflé (complementary for our anniversary) on the table which wrapped up the meal perfectly.

Food: 5/5, great US steak. Amazing side dishes. Service: 4/5, good. Vibe: nice night view, need to do something on the decor or at least change those seats and sofas. Some Jazz swing will be help. A good steakhouse.

Yesterday was our Wedding Anniversary. I want to give my heartfelt Thanks to the management of Morton's Steakhouse. They were so thoughtful! A personalized menu and perfect sitting arrangement so that we could have a very quiet and private corner. It was our first time there. The food was delicious and portions were big. The starter bread was so tasty, that we could not stop eating. Their foie Gras was perfectly made, except the toast was not crispy at all and the apple sauce was too sweet, but these didn't bother us. Their waygu fillet and the ribeye were so juicy. But the ribeye portion was big enough for two ppl. Anyway, we had a wonderful time there.
