I
was
so
disappointed
by
my
stay
here.
From
beginning
to
end
the
quality
of
the
rooms,
cleanliness
and
service
were
truly
awful.
I
do
not
recommend
this
hotel.
On
arrival
we
were
greeted
by
an
enormous
queue
for
checkin.
I
have
no
idea
what
they
were
doing
or
why
it
was
taking
two
members
of
staff
to
check
in
each
group…but
it
should
not
take
upwards
of
ten
minutes
for
an
individual
to
check
into
a
hotel.
The
lobby
looked
old
fashioned
and
shabby.
Our
room
absolutely
stank
of
cigarettes,
the
windows
and
bathroom
were
filthy
and
there
were
rips
in
the
bedsheets.
We
asked
for
a
new
room
and,
to
be
fair,
we
were
given
one
immediately
with
no
questions
asked.
This
must
happen
a
lot.
The
new
room
wasn’t
clean
either
but
at
least
it
didn’t
smell
of
cigarettes.
We
booked
a
package
which
included
several
extras:
drinks,
a
tea
set,
a
massage,
breakfast…at
every
single
step
the
hotel
tried
to
charge
us
extra.
I
had
to
stand
my
ground
each
time
and
assertively
show
them
my
booking,
after
which
they
would
ask
me
to
go
and
speak
to
the
front
desk
to
get
the
matter
dealt
with.
It
was
very
frustrating
and
not
the
relaxing
stay
I
had
hoped
for.
The
massage
was
pretty
good
but
the
spa
is
disgusting.
The
hot
tub
was
closed
-
thank
goodness
as
it
was
full
of
green
mildew.
The
showers
in
the
spa
smelled
of
sewage
and
the
floor
was
dirty.
Breakfast
was
very
poor.
The
noodle
station
looks
as
though
it’ll
give
you
food
poisoning.
We
ended
up
going
out
for
breakfast
elsewhere.
I
would
use
the
word
“faded”
to
describe
this
hotel
but
faded
from
what?
I
doubt
it
was
ever
nice,
but
now
it
is
shocking.
Hotels
in
Hong
Kong
generally
are
of
a
very
high
standard…this
isn’t
one
of
them.
