stayed
here
for
my
7
days’
quarantine.
Being
a
lifetime
platinum
member
and
their
other
hotels
were
fully
booked,
I
decided
to
stay
loyal
despite
of
the
negative
comments
on
the
reviews.
To
my
surprise,
since
the
time
when
I
step
into
the
hotel,
my
impression
was
good,
and
when
I
arrived
outside
my
room
at
about
22:00,
a
hot
meal
was
waiting
for
me.
It’s
hot,
I’m
sure
it’s
there
only
a
few
mins
ago,
that
was
my
first
meal
of
the
day
after
getting
stuck
in
the
airport
with
the
long
queues.
The
view
was
open
and
room
were
reasonably
spacious.
Daily
meals
were
actually
quite
OK
although
the
portion
was
a
bit
small,
if
you
pay
a
bit
more
with
the
chef’s
menu,
you
can
get
a
nice
soup
too
and
the
portion
was
a
bit
bigger
and
better.
In
the
past
2
years,
I
spent
14
days
of
quarantine
in
the
Sheraton
and
21
days
in
Four
Points,
I
think
this
hotel
stands
better
than
the
other
2.
But
the
location
of
this
hotel
is
bad,
the
shuttle
bus
traveled
all
over
Kowloon,
arriving
this
last
stop
after
1
hour.
Also
be
prepare
that
if
you
call
them
in
the
day
time,
you
won’t
be
able
to
reach
any
assistance
but
if
you
call
them
late
night,
normally
there
are
someone
to
answer
the
call
in
a
very
polite
and
responsive
manner.
I
think
that
being
a
quarantine
hotel,
we
should
not
expect
to
receive
the
same
level
of
service
as
a
normal
hotel
as
they
got
a
lot
of
limitation
from
government.
To
me,
I
do
think
that
is
of
a
very
good
value
stay
and
I’ll
stay
here
again
next
time
I
return
to
HK..
