This is a well maintained hotel with good and clean rooms. Amenities such as the gym and swimming pool and good by Courtyard standards. Momo restaurant serves a good buffet breakfast. There is also a direct bus (A41P) from the airport where the journey takes about 45 minutes.

The front desk is constantly overwhelmed and it will take at least 15 minutes of lining up just to check in. Rooms are not available at 3:30pm even though check in is at 3pm. Front desk suggested coming back at 4pm, and lining up at front desk again for another 15 minutes. Marriott, please staff this hotel properly, and hire sufficient staff to have the rooms available at your stated check in time. Update: The room cleaning service is exceptional, and the location is very convenient (next to a train stop and bus interchange). The rooms are generally clean, spacious, and relatively quiet.

To be honest, the money I’ve paid per night is not worth it… and they are overpriced with this type of service. I don't know how's the food before but when they became a quarantined hotel, the food is BAD, I was amazed by the consistency of the food... either is no flavour (Chinese cuisine) or salty/flavourless (western cuisine), none of the meals tasted normal... ALL the bread is DRY, those meats are either overcooked or you can tell they had been put in chemicals to make them tender. Also, the food is not hot, it's just warm, if you pick it up a bit later, it will cool down, there is no microwave to reheat it, so you have no choice but to have the meal immediately whenever they deliver... if you need to adjust your bio-clock due to the jet lag, then good luck. Also make sure you have those food delivery apps installed, but don't expect the food will be hot as this need to wait for them to deliver by the hotel staff. Although the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The river view room's view is nice and tidy, just a bit dated.

We asked for room upgrade on arrival as we are staying for 8 nights. They replied no without checking their reservation systems. The room they booked us into 1530 was mouldy and green stuff all over the door frame. We complained and got switched to another room. The room was full of long hair strands. Worst thing was after we checked out of room 1530 they kept letting the room out to other unsuspecting guests! We Saw no evidence of renovation or repainting of room 1530 at all during our stay. No workmen, no painter, no carpenter. The 1530 room right across the hallway from us had do not disturb sign on intermittently during our 8 night stay in room 1531. It’s a shocker you are still letting out the unsanitary room to others if it has not been fixed. This should warrant a complaint to department of health Hong Kong as moudly rooms are unsanitary.

The room is spacious & comfy. The team of staff is excellent and extremely responsive. They have a nice gym. McDonald's, the grocery store, and a pharmacy are just downstairs. Overall, it's a pretty grand and well managed hotel. The bus stop is just around the corner and the MTR is 5 mins away. Bring your own universal adapters though. Bathroom lights are a tad too dim.

It is now a quarantine hotel. It is convenient for people to provide supplies to the residents. There are parking spaces in the podium. They deliver the items to the room very quickly. But the quarantine food they provided was terrible. Nearly everyone ordered food from deliveroo to supplement.

The room is spacious with tons of space for luggage bags. The rooms facing the river have nice view, especially of sun set. Room is clean, and the room keepers are extremely attentive to our needs and routines. However, we had to change our room because of power problem. We enjoyed visiting the nearby shopping plaza with tons of delicious local food. Although the hotel is not close to most downtown areas, the free shuttle helped a bit. However, the schedules can be more frequent. The gym is spacious and decently equipped. Front desk staff are knowledgeable but can be warmer.

Besides the check-in person on the first day the rest of the staff provided excellent service and help especially when we have two little ones. Free shuttle was a nice perk but go early as the first time we went it couldn't fit everyone. Not sure what happened to the others. Crib was available for my toddler so that also helped. Was a little inconvenient with the stroller as the most accessible route was the escalator otherwise go through car park.

One of the better Courtyards for sure. Very good Bonvoy Titanium status recognition: proactive suite upgrade, complimentary breakfast, no problems with late check-out. And the do have a lounge as well. Location is not central, but still 7 minutes walking from the metro station. Lots of shops and eateries around. Very comfortable bed, everything is clean and in good working order. My only complaint is that toiletries are in dispensers, not in individual bottles. Even in a suite. That's shameful. As in all HK hotels, prices fluctuate a lot depending upon events in the city. If you find a good deal for this hotel, go for it. Especially if Bonvoy Platinum or higher.

Loved my stay at Courtyard hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are specious, the room had a study area and a seating area. The hotel is overlooking the river so the views from this hotel are amazing. There is a supermarket at its ground floor so you can always grab something on the way back to the hotel. Amazing stay.

Roy started our stay here of 4 days by helping us put our two reservations together and getting us into a River view room. Sami’s knowledge of the area helped immensely. The gals keeping our Linens and towels in order did an excellent job. 6 elevators kept at a deliciously cool temperature were welcomed after some walks from the subway line, only a short 3 blocks away. Taxi’s continually cycle up to the door dropping and picking up passengers. Express and local bus stop just outside the front door as well, completes the transportation convenience’s offer at this hotel. The pool is spacious and the attendant has a towel waiting for you. Sauna and steam rooms.

I recently stayed at the hotel for 13 days On the last day, I was going to extend my stay for a few more days, but I experienced some technical issues when I tried to do it on the web and couldn't complete the process. I went down to the front desk at about 1 PM and asked to have my stay extended. Instead of getting help, I was rudely told by the staff that I was 2 hours late for checkout and I had to pay a penalty equalling 50% of the day's rate, and the rate she used was $1,500, about twice the published rate on the website, even after I told her I wanted to stay a few more days. When I complained to the Manager, instead of trying to resolve the issue, I received confrontation. I have never received such rude treatment from a front desk staff and Manager in all my previous hotel stays. I have no complaint about the facilities, but the attitude of the front desk staff simply stinks. Complaining to the Service Manager didn't do anything either. I can't understand why the hotel management would tolerate this kind of attitude towards its guests.

The location is convenient yet not too crowded. Easy access to public transportation. I do like the fact there's a supermarket and pharmacy at the ground level. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The room is decent size, with daily room cleaning service. I used the fitness center every day and it has all the equipment that I need to have a complete workout.

Terrible food ( please see the photos). Ineffective service, reserved 9am check out, but staff came at 10am at the end. Poor communication, requested one king bed but they provide two twin beds. Unpunctual. purposed provide lunch during 12 -1pm, but there was once they provide at 1:30pm. However, the room is clean and comfy.

I stayed for a 7 days quarantine in June 2022l I was pleasantly surprised at how good the experience was. Check in was smooth with no fuss. Due to pandemic measures, you do have to carry all your luggage to the room by yourself. The room has a great view of the river, it's spacious with excellent temperature control, soft comfortable bed, good furniture and storage. For the 7 days quarantine, hotel has prepared 7 big bottles of water, enough towels and toiletries for the entire stay. One can always ask for more if it runs out. I was delighted at how good the food was. I was expecting it to be awful and was prepared to rely on food panda. However, I hardly needed it, except maybe order from panda mart for extra soft drinks and snacks that's all. Last time I did 7 days quarantine was in April, in a hotel in Tsuen Wan (has a lady's name). Their rate was similar to this one, but the experience was really awful. So, you're looking at a more budget friendly option with good room etc. This is one of your best choice.

Really nice rooms and a great view. 5 minutes walk to the MTR station. There are a lot of eateries near the MTR station, but not immediately around the hotel. It takes more time to wait for the traffic lights than walking.

We've been to many hotels over the years, and many that are not managed by the Marriott group; there are clear reasons why we avoid their service and their exclusive memberships over time. This was the first hotel we've been to that doesn't open up their lobby AND their gym amenities to their guests. In 2023, really? I had to leave the lobby in order to visit a washroom (our room was far up from the lobby, and required my access card), and on another day to visit the gym without the change room/shower being open. Perhaps in a bid to cut maintenance and costs. Passable front desk concierge service, garbage guest amenities, disappointed yet again with Marriott.

Everyone of the staff are wonderful and helpful. Wish they'd have an international socket and they didn't have any adapter. Also quarantine room should not have more then two people in a room and should not put single customer like me next to any family stay. I have no idea Hong Kong family would communicate in shouting and screaming way. All day from 9am till 11pm!! And I was working!!

Nice quarantine staying! Room is spacious and food is great! My only complaint is that the vegetarian choices don't have enough protein! Too much carbs - delicious but not that healthy!

I stayed here for my 7 days’ quarantine. Being a lifetime platinum member and their other hotels were fully booked, I decided to stay loyal despite of the negative comments on the reviews. To my surprise, since the time when I step into the hotel, my impression was good, and when I arrived outside my room at about 22:00, a hot meal was waiting for me. It’s hot, I’m sure it’s there only a few mins ago, that was my first meal of the day after getting stuck in the airport with the long queues. The view was open and room were reasonably spacious. Daily meals were actually quite OK although the portion was a bit small, if you pay a bit more with the chef’s menu, you can get a nice soup too and the portion was a bit bigger and better. In the past 2 years, I spent 14 days of quarantine in the Sheraton and 21 days in Four Points, I think this hotel stands better than the other 2. But the location of this hotel is bad, the shuttle bus traveled all over Kowloon, arriving this last stop after 1 hour. Also be prepare that if you call them in the day time, you won’t be able to reach any assistance but if you call them late night, normally there are someone to answer the call in a very polite and responsive manner. I think that being a quarantine hotel, we should not expect to receive the same level of service as a normal hotel as they got a lot of limitation from government. To me, I do think that is of a very good value stay and I’ll stay here again next time I return to HK..

Great value for money quarantine hotel. The room amenities are stripped to its bare minimum with large water bottles, disposable bathroom amenities, disinfectant, garbage bags etc. Aside from basic wear and tear in the room, everything was very clean and tidy. Three daily meals were delivered promptly and quality was just decent, so don’t expect any gourmet quality. No drinks except tea bags and instant coffee, so we resorted to Deliveroo for cold drinks. Food deliveries and care package deliveries were delivered to our rooms within 5 minutes of the hotel receiving them.

Can't ask for a better place at this price-range to spend my 7-day quarantine. The room was spacious (by HK standards) and clean. Deliveries were made very promptly. The staff was courteous and efficient, and the food was generally tasty and varied (though the portion is on the small side for the protein). All of this certainly made the quarantine a lot more tolerable than otherwise.

I think this works well as a quarantine hotel. The room is spacious largely and the view is spectacular. The service team is very courteous and accommodated all the need. Delivery is prompt as well. The food option was not of good serving size and quality can be improved, but the chef recommendation menu is worth the top up. I will not hesitate to stay here again.
