Overall, decent as a place to stay but not much else. Gives a serious attitude of apathy in regards to the guest experience. Come if you're curious, but its really not that worth it. Rooms are decently sized, nice and quiet. Bathroom has a sewage smell and the shower/sink had drainage issues. Access to the hotel itself was difficult. If taking public transport there wasn't a clear path to the reception area and luggage had to be self dragged through the beach and up stairs. No visible access from the main road that we could find. Layout and navigation inside also felt unclear and unfriendly as we had to walk circles to find the ticketing booth and the exhibits (tickets were unavailable from the concierge and had to walk a distance to get them from the road side entrance) The exhibit was pricey for what was displayed and not much information about the ark itself as presented. Mostly about random animals and fables unrelated to the ark itself. Perhaps the exhibits are mostly targeted to kids but still didn't feel like it was presented in a way that fit the theme well. Feels poorly managed and am disappointed mostly in the missed potential.

The place is really nice and quite and well connected by bus to the city and subway stations. It is really amazing to have so much food with a very reasonable price. The refilling of the food is quick. Good for family bonding and there are some attractions that children can enjoy. A very relaxing and quiet resort.

Very nice experience at this 3 star hotel. Has most amenities that you would expect such as hair dryer, toothbrush, shaver, shower cap etc. The room is pretty standard but very clean, even comes with a balcony which is shared. Was able to spot planes landing in Hong Kong airport which was a cool experience.

A decent hotel, has all the amenities and things you would expect in a hotel (Safe, TV, cabinets, drawers). The bed was a bit hard but still quite comfy. The pillow was very soft and the quilt was nice and clean. The rooms on the left side of the hallway all have a shared balcony and is quite nice, you can see a lot of planes flyby. The toilet was the big disappointment here, it had a very bad smell when you walked in. As stated they use well water so the water was a bit yellowish and gave a stinky smell. The towels were generally good, some had hair on it which wasn’t nice to see. Overall, a decent hotel but personally wouldn’t come again.

Decent hotel with an interesting theme park based on Noah's Ark. The family rooms are spacious and comfortable, but overall hotel service is average and location is on one of the islands which makes travel to the city a bit difficult and time consuming. However hotel has its own private beach, so if you are looking for a relaxing stay away from the city, then it is a good option.

We were so happy as the weather is good, location by beach n we have a church function next day. The bed is big, nice. Except some kids next door a bit noisy but with ear plugs we managed. We did not know there is a small garden table so was a bonus as we booked a year ago was full n this year ok booking.

ONLY to be told, after the taxi arrived, that the hotel is not accessible to vehicles and that we had to drag our 3 large luggages, 3 strollers, 2 toddlers and 2 kids to the taxi/bus stop 200 meters away from the hotel, no ramp, no concierge, no security staff!!! I guess somebody forgot the disclaimer before we booked the hotel!

Buffet breakfast was worth the trip. Good minimum selection of breakfast foods and fresh salads including Chinese congee and condiments. Toast and free flowing coffee, tea and orange juice to top it off. Clean counters and floors make the atmosphere pleasant.

Great accommodation and things for kids to do. Bunk bed rooms are lovely and the staff is fantastic. Must visit for a staycation. The out door play ground and beach side dining is just awesome.

it is not an exciting adventure but it is definitely an island you can chill out and kids can enjoy the indoor facilities a lot when weather is not as good as expected. my 2 year old and 5 year old love to visit the beach and Noah's Ark a lot! As a mum, I like the Hotel restaurant as I can enjoy a lunch with 270Β° seaview.

If there are shampoo and conditioner for hair provided, it will be much better. The king bed is comfortable and there is a place outisde of room for starry night talk.

Great beautiful place to check out on Park Island perfect for staycation or a 1-2 night trip for tourists. Fun room feels like in a ship, nice balcony facing the famous suspension bridge. The tall gentleman at 3/F reception was very helpful, housekeeping was friendly, security guard at gate was kind. Excellent service! Only problem: screaming kids occasionally and if you get a connecting room with a thin door between you and them you can’t really sleep or work. Ask for a quiet room if sleep and online work are important to you. Overall, recommend!

My daughter loved it. Be prepared to walk a lot from the ferry terminal and around the park.

Great experience. Loved the customer service of the staff and enough activities for small kids.
