Been
using
at
this
hospital
since
2012
multiple
times
using
their
private
rooms,
but
recently
the
services
have
been
very
disappointing,
from
quality
of
the
nurses
to
the
handling
of
their
admin
stuff.
If
their
private
rooms
are
fully
occupied,
you
can
forget
about
staying
here
as
their
semi-private
room
services
is
a
totally
different
world,
can't
imagine
their
normal
ward.
Twice
using
their
semi-private
room
because
of
unavailability
of
their
private
rooms,
twice
as
disappointed.
While
they
over-kill
with
4-5
nurses
brushing
in
and
out
or
private
rooms
every
like
30
mins,
nurses
in
semi-private
were
inexperienced
and
looked
like
she
was
skewering
my
veins
to
put
the
drip,
ended
up
with
4
months
of
bruised
wrist,
not
to
mention
the
injection
bruises
on
my
butt
for
4
months!
Recently
my
kid
got
sick
and
stayed
there
for
4
days,
the
whole
paediatric
dept
was
like
a
war-zone,
so
many
human
errors
could
have
been
made
if
one
wasn't
careful.
Some
nurses
were
not
even
sure
of
what
they
were
doing.
Once
a
nurse
kept
asking
my
4.5
yr
old
girl
to
walk
herself
to
the
nebuliser
room
while
she
was
attached
to
the
drip.
I
came
out
of
the
bathroom
and
saw
what
happened,
reminded
the
nurse
that
my
girl
is
attached
to
the
drip!!!
And
she
only
realised
after
I
told
her,
seriously?
While
in
the
nebuliser
room,
she
instructed
us
to
press
the
button
as
usual
to
ask
for
top-up
of
the
liquid
half-way
through
the
process,
but
when
we
pressed
the
button,
she
told
us
to
return
to
the
room.
Luckily
I
knew
what
was
going
on
and
reminded
her
she
needed
to
top
up
the
liquid!
I
will
not
mention
many
others
mistakes
they
made
that
really
made
me
worry
about
returning
there
in
future.
Every
hour
in
the
middle
of
the
night,
nurses
would
barge
into
the
room,
open
the
door
so
wide
with
blindly
lights
from
the
corridor,
walking
with
their
footsteps
so
loud
and
wake
everyone
in
the
room
up.
And
a
few
times
they
came
into
the
room
just
to
put
the
nebuliser
masks
back!
while
we
parents
had
to
look
after
the
kid
ourselves
through
out
the
day,
we
couldn't
even
rest
properly
at
night.
Barely
asleep
at
4am
after
they
placed
the
mask,
at
6am,
a
nurse
came
in
and
ask
menial
questions
such
as
what
the
child
had
eaten,
whether
there's
any
poo
or
pee...Well,
they
don't
have
to
wake
people
up
at
6AM
in
the
morning
just
to
ask
these
questions!
Worst
was
asking
for
reports.
While
there's
this
thing
call
encryption
email
with
password,
this
hospital
has
been
very
reluctant
to
send
reports
using
email
upon
multiple
requests.
We
discharged
from
the
hospital
lacking
a
blood
culture
report.
The
hospital
insisted
on
posting
to
us
instead
of
sending
in
an
encrypted
email.
We
have
not
received
the
report
due
to
the
recent
closure
of
the
post
office.
While
there
is
a
chance
of
mail
getting
lost
or
stolen,
how
is
that
any
safer
than
sending
email?
The
hospital
mentioned
that
was
the
only
printed
report
they
have
and
not
possible
to
email
anymore.
While
I
asked
what
if
it's
lost
in
the
mail?
She
insisted
that
we
wait
for
the
report,
and
if
lost,
we
have
to
request
for
another
print-out
and
collect
it
ourselves
at
the
hospital.
They
have
sent
an
encrypted
email
earlier
after
I
made
a
request,
I
am
not
sure
why
they
are
so
persistent
on
sending
out
physical
mail
or
asking
for
self-collection.
Well,
thanks
very
much
for
your
excellent
service,
Union
hospital.
Thinking
about
going
back
is
already
a
nightmare,
I'll
switch
to
another
private
hospital
from
now
on.
And
now
I
know
why
my
friends
staying
in
new
territories
would
rather
travel
all
the
way
to
HK
side
to
Sanatorium
hospital
than
to
go
to
Union
which
is
10
mins
away.
