This hospital is very rubbish! I waited a long time for the doctor to treat me!

One of worst hospital so far visited. The doctor doesn’t really care nor the nurses, feels like they lack knowledge or experience. Patient are more like just numbers than actually an individual patient who receives proper care. Got admitted here for a day the doctor doesn’t prescribed any medication nor any follow up. According to them they don’t know what’s the problem; which is not something that a patient wants to hear from a doctor. Would really not recommend here unless you’re facing some minor health issues.

All I can say, don't go to this hospital. Really lack of knowledgeable doctors and staffs. My family had bad experiences there.

A very good and price-reasonable hospital with quite complete and comprehensive medical services

We love this day care school because the teachers are professional, caring and helpful. Great environment for kids to learn, wonderful teachers who teach with passion and knowledge.

my mom's name is Yan Chai

on 6th October 2022, I have an appointment at Otorhinolaryngology Department, Yan Chai Hospital, Tauen Wan my appointment time is 10:30. Priority No. 1. I attended hospital at 10:12 and waited at outside Room 39 on 3/F as instructed. I waited until 11:30 when noticed all patients left t I approached the reception counter to enquired why, afterward I received my treatment immediately. Unfortunately I was not been told why this so happen and no explanation for the delay. It is an unnecessary wasting of patients time. Nevertheless, nurses rendered the treatment is fine and their manner are good, it is a little comfort to my disatisfy.
