I am writing this on behalf of an elderly who went to your clinic last week but returning home feeling dejected and depressed by a young male doctor in attendance. To "some" of you who have no respect and compassion towards your patients (including doctors, nurses and staff): 良言一句三冬暖 惡語傷人六月寒 You are there to help your patients not to act as a supercilious person. You are there to make your patients healthy, both body and mind, not to belittle them whenever you could. You may need to see a lot of patients each day, but this is not an excuse to insult and ridicule someone who comes to you for medical advice and guidance. BE KIND!

裡面醫護人員態度不是和藹，他們會要求你有睇政府醫生基本智慧，如果無，你會受到教導方式指導。

A very old local clinic in the Central region of Tsuen Wan. Thanks for all the medical services provided here. They served this region in over 50 years. Look old from outside but service is good inside. Thanks, thanks, thanks.

My thanks to everyone working in this clinic, despite it is typically overwhelmed with patients.

Accident patient gone for dressing needs to queue up for hours, the patient developed swelling & allergic reaction on body so we appraised the nurse in-charge but instead of immediately attending we had to queue up for another nurse who did not do anything. Upon calling the hospital we were told that an allergic for accident patient could be a worrisome sign and asked us to rush to the A&E but the Lady Trench clinic staff did not have this medical knowledge. The staff is totally inconsiderate, do not care about the deteriorating condition of the patient. Visit this clinic at your own risk.
