Good Wi-Fi. 2 free water bottle, 2 tea bags (no tasty, bad quality). in my room the airconditiong is leaking, the wall paper are falling down, i noticed many black hair in each room corner and between the bed. In the shower room the silicon joint are already mouldy, maybe they dont sale bleach in Hong Kong? Have problem with the hot water, sometimes its very hot and sometimes become cold, no pleasant situation... :(

I came in about 10:30pm during the middle of a typhoon. Front desk is small, but they speak good English, though when I came there was a bit of a line. Only one person working. Only one elevator and as it was busy I had to wait a while. Room had two bottles of water with electric hot water pot available. Small room, view of neighboring building. Small but private bathroom. They give you toiletries. Overall, good place.

If you are a budget traveler in Hong Kong but are looking for a proper Hotel to stay and not some guest house then this place is for you. Depending on the deal you get this place will cost you slightly more than some good guest house but lesser than major bigger hotels like Dorsett or Silka. I was traveling with a group that wasn't all too comfortable with cheap Guest house, so I chose this. We don't regret it. Has all the facilities, clean bathrooms (actually they were bigger than the bathrooms I have seen in better Hotels of Hong Kong), AC etc. Hotel's location is very good. Right on a main street with lost of buses plying. Less than 5 minutes from MTR station on red line that connects you to all major markets of HK. Feels safe even roaming at 1am. Friendly staff that speaks good English, but no porter etc kinda services.

This hotel was great. The rooms were clean and very spacious for Hong Kong. Out of the 3 hotels I stayed at in Hong Kong, this was the cheapest and also had the biggest room. Reception were fantastic, very polite and went out of their way to help you. The location is okay. The metro is about a 5 minute walk away. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again.

Right on the main road so a bit noisy. Supermarket, convenience store and other shops within walking distance. Station about 5mins on foot. Front desk is helpful!

It is the most disgusting hotel l've ever been. They didn't clean after last guest so the room is full of smoke smell. The linens are clearly used. And the cover of the pillows and quilt are not enclosed so I can see the dirty yellow right there. The worst part is, they refuse to refund for any cancellation or early check out just because I used third party for booking. Who doesn’t use a third party for booking!? And they are very pricy. The same price you can have a four star at Jordon. The neighbourhood is not neat either.

The hotel is a little gem. Great value for the price, and next to markets of all types across the road. Close to transport. The front staff are very willing to assist with any issues and are very helpful as possible. Clean and tidy, with new supplies everyday.

Room is very small and very dated. Dont even hv space to put a small suitcase. Shower not stable. Definitely needs maintenance and renovation. Front desk staff are helpful though. Location is alright, 7-10 min walk to MTR station. Personally I won't stay here again.

Staff speak very good English, the hotel rooms are small, but nothing unusual for HK. Location is good, between two train stations. Paid, self service Laundry facilities within a block walk.

The hotel itself is tiny, but it's as expected. Staffs were polite but the cleaning ladies were a bit awkward. First they don't speak english, and after telling them we didn't need room service for the day she tried peeking into the room thinking we were doing something dodgy. Otherwise good value for money.

The location is great, near lots of public transportation. The room is a bit small but you get what you pay for. I stayed for 3 nights and the room was serviced daily. Just a few minor complaints. 1: The keycard got deactivated before the checkout time which made me waste about 10 minutes to get it active again. It happened to at least 1 other person. 2: The person servicing the room took a plastic bag and assumed it was trash. I used it for some of my belongings. 3: Right outside my room a window was missing and the empty space was covered with a large plastic sheet. Sometimes there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke coming into my room because of that.
