Doctors are incompetent and cold, and the staff there will lock you inside the building even when you're not a danger to yourself or others, without even warning you before you go inside, that they won't let you leave. Patients are not listened to and doctors and nurses have little to no understanding of trauma, PTSD or addiction, which are all medical conditions which they should know more about than I do, but sadly they don't. Avoid going here if you can.

On my 30th bday, i had to be admitted in quarentined room because of pox. Generally staff talks to you like you are a burden. People who come to clean randomly naggs or shouts at you ocassionally for no reason. One day i was taken to x-ray room (mind you that i was already weak cause of the sickness and over that docs told me not to eat or drink for xray) and after finishing i felt very nauseas and told the guy who was pushing my wheel chair to take me to toilet or bin or give me anything where i can puke. He left but it was too late, i stood up and barely start walking to the empty rooms nearby to find bins, i had to puke right there. After that, the guy just went wild, started dragging me to wheelchair twisting my arms and swearing under his breath. The way he was acting, it looked like he had done this before and knew where the cctv were. After that incident i was very traumatized and didnt even dared to complain as i mentioned before the general attitude of the staffs are just 'uncomfortable'.

Terrible hospital. Misdiagnosed me so I transferred to a private hospital after 2 weeks of no result. Constant wait and doctors are too young. Not enough experience and all junior doctors.

Princess Margaret Hospital AED has long waiting hours. Sometimes it exceeds 7 hours. However, it’s a must to point out that this hospital has some of the best specialists in Kowloon area after Queen Elizabeth.

The worst hospital I have seen in my life. The treatment is good but have wait so long time. I arrived at the hospital 1am but the ticket the nurse print showed 1:23:15am. While I was setting with my wife she was crying by the pain. And who came later then us they were checked before us. It's better to go to private hospital, you have to pay a bit more in private but at least you no need to wait.
