One of the most visited Kwun Yam Shrine in the city. The place is well known for wealth. There is a lot of smoke from incense.Avoid bringing small kids inside

Most people come here to make a wish. They have a suggestion for how to pray at the temple. However, plenty of smoke from incense inside the temple.

With more than a hundred years old history, this temple is now very accessible by MTR, a mere 5 minutes walk from Ho Mun Tin station. Very friendly and helpful caretakers

A temple with strong rituals. My gf loved it being very Buddhist. Different to temples in Thailand. It's small, filled with smoke from candles and incense and busy. But able to get assistance with rituals. It's a working temple with nothing special about the location except it's hard to find. Well worth a visit if you want to do the rituals

It feels sacred inside with plenty of deity figures. This small temple is accessible by bus but a bit of walk to get there.

The nearest MTR station is Ho Man Tin Station. This HungHomKwunYum temple is well known for asking for a mercy from God/Goddess for a specific amount money you wish for. Some reviewer said it is like borrowing(the staff will give you a red envelope back), when you get what you want, you must comeback here and return the red envelope. That's what I heard. By the way, the staffs here are really nice and helpful. I really like this temple. I could feel my peaceful mind and could feel the mercy from goddess toward me🙏🙏.

Even on early weekday morning, the temple is busy with local and tourist visitors. The energy felt very good. A short walk from MTR. This temple is highky respected by locals, had a long history, and is very busy around Lunar New Year.

This is an old Buddhist temple in the Hung Hom district in Hong Kong. This temple isn't that large but it's always full. It's a well known and popular temple so a lot of people like tourists visit it. You can buy incense here and light it up as an offering

Poor and very dirty street with lots of old aged men and women crowed in highly polluted smoky lunar temple. Disgusting

glad to have 2 Kwun Yam statues consecrated by the master. many worshippers. well located and closed to MTR Ho Man Tin Station.

So crowded during the time near lunar new year, but if you want to enjoy the atmosphere you can visit during those time you can see how popular it is for Chinese. In other time you can enjoy the structure and every piece of this temple quietly. Surely you definitely can find a good way to enjoy one of the most historical and signature temples in Hong Kong

Small temple. If you want to pray for health and happiness, you can visit here. But I think Wong Tai Sin will be better

A very traditional temple worth a visit by tourist and especially the locals who are asking for merits for a child or more if you believe in Guan Yin because I've heard so many unbelievable true stories including my own sister who have their wishes come true. Besides that issue, it's existence during the Japanese invasion was a miracle that no one can denied and explained. I strongly recommend tourists to have a visit.

Its very interesting place ,i think its their tradation to lit up a jast stick then vow down to respect their ancestors and Goddesses.. I also notice something hanging in the cieling with the smoke on it,dont know how to call it.. Just thinking hope it wont burned the whole temple im sure they tie it securely . Its a peaceful and smokey temple ,very old and dusty but believers dont mind at all. Just respect their belief and understand what they are doing inside..
