it was a nice plaza. had ac and free wifi. most shopkeepers were nice and helpful, but most didn't speak chinese

lots of shopping n eateries. 👍👍but Shatin is still a highly dense area. Even 3 three phases of NTP cannot support.😬😬

I suggest shopping weekdays around 11:am less crowd and you would enjoy all the shops ,by the way Ikea now are sale i was there yesterday

A newer section of a larger mall system - many eateries, and always crowded till late hours

I find the latest iteration (newly renovated) New Town Plaza Phase 3 to be quite underwhelming...it is super crowded and packed. I miss the older versions of this place.

Nice little mall, especially the Japanese stores are just great. So if you like Totoro it's a must see!

Usually when going to the mall we spent our time in phase 1 or 2. This time we needed to go to a shop in phase 3 and we are impressed with the retail, restaurants and hypermarket. Great place to be

Staff are unfriendly and getting free parking makes one feel like we were not welcomed here.

High-class fast food restaurant. Most of the time use non reusable cups and forks and spoons. Not environmental friendly.
