Honestly I never expect much on bar food, but this magic bar in Prince Edward called HANDS absolutely amazed me with their high quality dishes and variety of beers. The staff explained the menu in detail courteously which I highly appreciated. Duck confit was made with their home recipe. Served with lemon sauce to neutralize the oiliness. Moist and tender meat with a good amount of melting fat. Pleasant herbal aroma, not oversalted like other duck confit that I had at other places. Opposed to the powdered version, the mashed potatoes were homemade. Creamy and rich yet still preserving chunks of soft-boiled potatoes to add more texture. Ordered a beer tasting set of draft beer with 4 crafts of my choice 🍺FRUITY - Heroes Jasmine Green Tea Wheat Beer Floral and citrus. Very light tea finishing. Paired well with the duck confit. 🍺HOPPY - Deeds Brewing A Quiet Deed 2022 DIPA brewed with 8 hops. Piney, bitter. A strong beer to be savored slowly. 🍺SOUR - Yardley Brothers Fuzz Box Peach Yoghurt Mixed Fermentation Sour Barely noticed it had a 9% ABV. Thick and sour, peachy, almost like a puree. 🍺MALTY - Carbon Brews x Fineprint Cool Beans Coffee Stout Earthy, nutty, bitter. Roasted coffee, dark chocolate. Rich and aromatic.

A wonderful place for people to chill and relax. Food and beverages are all in great deals and portion sizes. The French fries serving with three local sauces is a creative twist and really brings out the flavour of the fries. The burgers are average but very filling. Not to miss out that Hand’s is a magic bar, there are staffs performing magic shows and the show is super entertaining. Would definitely be back for its excellent service.

One of the very few craft beer options in Prince Edward, with a proper kitchen and magic games in the evenings. Good happy hour in the afternoon (20% off)

Inviting street-side café with a unique ambience - a magic theme of all things. Staff were helpful in guiding me through the menu options, especially what vegetarian options they could offer me. Prices feel high for the area, but this is near the gentrified zone of this district, so it's not surprising. My mushroom cubes were tasty, and the sparkling fruit drink (locally crafted) was very nice. I think other future guests will enjoy the special interior design and the emphasis on local brews. Worth a visit if you're in the area and need a bite!

Their avocado crab meat spaghetti was so creamy that I instantly fell in love with it. Also tried some gin here that are from local brands with a bit flowery in taste and I liked it very much. Service was nice and the bartender knows a lot of gin and beer stuff that I learnt a lot from him. There’s also magic show at night which sounds super fun!

TGIF and decided to treat myself to some me time at Hand Craft Beer & Magic in Prince Edward, Hong Kong. This restaurant specializes in a wide selection of craft beers from around the world, including award-winning options and local Hong Kong brands. The attentive staff, particularly the waiter, took the time to understand my taste preferences and guided me through the craft beer choices, making it feel like a personalized beer class. In addition to the impressive craft beer selection, the restaurant offers regular magic performances, adding an entertaining touch to the experience. Among the beers I tried, the Green Grape Honey Beer stood out with its refreshing grape aroma, cider-like taste, and subtle hints of honey and malt. It's a delightful option, especially for women. The Beer Pool Meatballs, marinated with craft beer, were a standout bar snack. They were tender, juicy, and paired perfectly with the homemade sauce cooked with onions and beer, offering a delightful sweetness. For the main course, the Whole Soft-Shell Crab Cheese Pasta featured handmade pasta with a satisfying chewy texture. The deep-fried soft-shell crab was crispy and flavorful, complemented by a rich cheese cream sauce made with beer and other ingredients. As a beer enthusiast, I find joy in exploring different craft beers and their unique flavors. Hand Craft Beer & Magic has many more options I'm eager to try. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, where I'll invite my colleagues to join me and share the experience.

Food is ok. pricey and portions are small. they have fries with the burger but it was literally 10 pieces of chips. not great value for HK 138 a set. food took a long time too....can avoid this place as there are plenty of other choices in the area. good gimmick if you don't care about the food...

Service was great and friendly. The food was average didn't like the sauces with the fries and the chicken wings could've been cooked more. The pasta was good the sandwich still had onions after requesting no vegetables. The beer was good. The waiter also did magic tricks at every table but ours. That was kindve disappointing. The food and the fact we weren't treated to any magic is the reason for it losing stars.

great fusion food, my favourite so far is the fermented beancurd carbonara . and the staff really demonstrate magic tricks to customers. Brilliant idea, I hope it takes off when the pandemic is behind us. I definitely think it is fairly priced. Although the street doesn't deliver same kind of vibe as those st Sheungwan or Tai Hang, it offers plenty of street parking space. Don't think people will be whinging on the price if they are having the same dish at the island side.

3-min walk from Prince Edward station. Very nice and decent place for food, snacks and craft beer and magic. The waiter explained the menu to us in great detail. The food and drinks are homemade specials. I really appreciate their efforts and creativity! 𝑀𝓊𝓈𝓈𝑒𝓁𝓈 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝓌𝒽𝑒𝒶𝓉 𝒷𝑒𝑒𝓇 & 𝒻𝓇𝒾𝑒𝓈 Very rich in Beer! Mussels and fries freshly made! Crispy, yet not oily at all! 𝒮𝑜𝒻𝓉𝓈𝒽𝑒𝓁𝓁 𝒸𝓇𝒶𝒷 𝓅𝒶𝓈𝓉𝒶 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝒸𝒽𝑒𝑒𝓈𝓎 𝓈𝒶𝓊𝒸𝑒 Super rich cheesy sauce, with asparagus and mushroom, prefer spaghetti with Al dente texture though! Like the combination of crab and pasta! 𝑳𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝑩𝒆𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒖𝒌𝒂 𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒅 It’s like drinking Manuka honey , light and fresh! 𝒀𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒍𝒆𝒚 𝑩𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔- 𝑸𝒖𝒊𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒋𝒐𝒃! Fruity and flowery, balanced bitterness, I like it so much! I really like the magic performance after the meal! The magician is very professional and it brought an amazing experience to us! If you like magic and want some time to chill out with friends, this is highly recommended!

Nice place and very good craft beer selection However, very expensive $98 for 0.4L + service charge at 10% is really too much. Had the deadman’s porter which is excellent. My friend had the Vienna lager by Lovecraft-normally the best lager in HK but it looked a little flat? My other friend had a beer which he didn’t like and asked to return it for a different beer but we still had to pay for it. Big price but not so big customer service. Staff generally very pleasant and helpful but management need to lower their prices and review their return policy before I would return or recommend to anyone. I’m sorry to say this but it is a place I would otherwise love to go to regularly.

food standard is below average, drink is so so, quite expensive for the district... you have to ask for services...the waitresses are not attentive, menu is restricted to only a few selections.

Bar & restaurant specialises at craft beers, whiskies & gin. For beers they have about 10 fresh taps, usually local brews, and dozens of bottle selections from around the world. Choices are renew from time to time. Taps can be asked for tasting before order. Friendly staff & magician on-site.

While they do have a range of beer it is quite pricey here ($80-$100 for ~400ml). Their beer was cold which was great but so were their services. Ordered an appetizer for a handful of chips, which was way overpriced and tasted like something you could probably find in the supermarket for $30. Don’t think i’ll be returning

Very close to the mtr station. Quiet place. Though the menu seems unconventional, it tastes nice just like any other dishes! Nice craft beers too.
