A Sushi restaurant. Nothing fancy. After you choose & order what you want, your food will be delivered directly to your table on a toy-like train.

Same quality as the brand. But many customers in this restaurant, it is suggested to using the Apps to get the seat tickets first.

Good to have lunch or dinner here, service is good and location is easy to find, however long queue except you have membership here then you can get your ticket on mobile app remotely. The sushi is best among sushi restaurants nearby. Looking forward he next phase of enhancement of using mobile app to order sushi instead of tablets.

Very yummy and delectable food, however a bit too expensive, still worth it though. Convenient transport nearby, but too long waiting queues, almost after 10-15 minutes of the opening time lines start appearing until near the closing time of the restaurant.

Good seats distancing under Covid19, otherwise would be too crowded. Food ok, value for money.

new. now with a "high speed" delivery system 天富羅蝦。Good with plenty of seats but , need to wait for a long queue the food is as usual. a hygiene environment

Absolutely horrific experience. I came to the store to use an in-app coupon on my points card but when I opened the app the coupon had disappeared. The restaurant staff were unable to help me and gave me a hotline number. I spoke to the staff on the phone for 30mins and they told me that they couldnt help me either even though it was an error with their app. How can anyone trust their membership system if coupons can disappear and they refuse to help? Absolutely awful dining experience.

Come if you have below expectation, Missing orders, low quality food (messy and worse than homemade), BAD customer service, long waiting time. Goodbye Genki sushi.
