A popular eatery among tourists, a vast menu but because the menu is so huge they don't really specialize in anything to the point they can actually put their foot in it. It's all "ok", as far as tastes go. The coconut water is always a good choice, hydrates so quickly. The steak burger, I enjoyed it, the cake is thick and not so moist, the seafood basket was ok but with that I just wasn't in the mood to eat so I can't really judge it. Lorina was awesome when it came to ordering, she knew the menu through and through, thanks to her I had other great meals as well 💋

Palm Sugar in Honiara is pretty chill. The pizza's alright, but you've gotta try the breakfast wrap - it's a winner. Grabbing a fresh coconut there was super refreshing, and their burger? Yum! Ended up going twice because it just felt right. Definitely a decent place to hang out and grab a bite.

We visited twice during our stay in Honiara as the food is great and a bit cheaper than the nearby Breakwater Cafe. The menu is quite big but they fresher options are in the hot counter by the till. The coffee is also good - and they have ceiling fans so find a table under one and cool down!

When there twice of recently and i found this is the best place to drink coffee in town. I tried long black coffee and the taste is great. The fruit salad ia okay but you need to tell them before hand not to add dressings otherwise will become too sweet. There are many varieties of food but i dont recommended hong kong friend ho fen. Try Vietnam phoo instead!

Plenty of food to chose from, from burgers and pizza to Asian favourites (thai, malay, vietnamese). Fair prices and good portions. Quality varies a bit I found the pad thai too oily, and with a bit of a Maggi aftertaste, burger was ok even though the bread was kind of toasted. The panfried fish with mash was really good. Nice and friendly service.

This became my go to for dinner on a work trip to Honiara. The menu is quite varied and better value options, especially the more “local dishes”, than any of the nearby spots. It’s popular with locals, in a good way. They don’t serve booze - which was its benefits.

A good priced cafe in Honiara very popular with locals and expats. From a breakfast menu through to dinner (burgers, Asian choices). I had Pork Wonton & Noodle soup which was tasty and filling. I’ll be back for breakfast tomorrow.

Great place , excellent atmosphere, but everyone I know that eats there keeps getting sick..last 2 weeks it has been the meatlovers pizza and seafood pizza. really hope the manager sorts out food hygiene otherwise will find it hard to keep customers.

Good food. Burgers and fries, pizza, thai and local foods. Nice setting, centered in artisan mall.

Good location, close to a range of hotels and markets. Food was excellent and very generous serves. All round nice vibe. We ate here 3 times and every time food was great - breakfast wrap, burger, Thai basil rice and all day curry all highly recommended. Home made lemon fade and the fruit smoothie also delicious

I often visited this restaurant for dinner during my stay, and it was a nice cafe restaurant. Although the cafe has an open atmosphere, they do not serve alcoholic beverages.

Could happily go to Palm Sugar every single day until every item on the HUGE menu has been conquered … twice

A lot of options (maybe too many) and not too expensive, but the last time a went, I felt sick (turista) but I don’t know if it was because of the food there

Thursday 9th, Ordered 3 lots of fish and chips. Fish had a really bad offsmell , unable to eat. Spoke to the waiter who decided to take 2 plates bk. A cook came out and told us what fish it is and went on to say, there's nothing wrong with the fish. It's a type of fish called (barrakuda) which does have a strong aroma but this fish was off. My brother and I know what barrakuda is because our father had been running fisheries for years. The fish is old , tough and show discoloring in the flesh and shouldnt be sold to customers. We weren't offered not even a refund or if we would like something else but told''!do we understand each other!!. Maybe I would have ordered something else but as it's in Honiara, I was expecting freshly caught fish, but wasnt the case. Paid money for Rottnest fish.!!.not cool.

👍👍 A life saver in Honiara. In three total nights in town we went 4 times. Reliable and tasty food with a cool a/c and proper coffee. Approved and recommended if you are in town, tough to find comparable.
