Opening day at lunch time and got through the drive thru in 20 min, order was exact, food tasted great! Extremely organized and customer service is supreme!

Not a member of the cult, but this is by far the best chic-fila-a I've been to. The quality of the food was excellent, staff is incredibly friendly and inviting, ample parking, the owner and staff had tons of aloha. I sincerely hope this location prospers, and then they continue to keep their staff happy. There is a ton of parking, park in the lot and walk inside, the drive-thru will take you a lot longer.

Had an amazing experience at the new Chick-fil-A. The atmosphere was great and I was helped by an incredible manager named Sam who was attentive and kind. I will be back!!

Great food and amazing service if you haven't tried Chick Fil A yet its a must do. I've been to a few on the mainland and the Kapolei location is top notch. Real chicken, nuggets and Mac and cheese for my boy, and don't forget the polynesian sauce and the Frosted lemonade, kanak attack. Tell them Unko Braddah sent you.

Really disappointed they have no chicken noodle soup. I asked when they will get it, I was told it’s up to manager. Please Were begging bring back full menu offered everywhere else! The chicken noodle soup taste like my great grandma’s homemade chicken noodle soup and it’s very near and dear to me. It’s the only way I can experience a little bit of her heaven. Best Regards
